Ponies screamed in horror as sirens wailed. The paramedics rush as they hook up an injured Scootaloo and put her on the stretcher. Rainbow Dash screams in horror as her pint sized friend is rushed to the hospital.

Lightning Dust stares in shock at what she has done, not even resisting as the police officer places the handcuffs on her. Rainbow rushes up to her before she is placed in the squad car.

"YOU WASHOUT BASTARD, I'M GONNA KILL YOU, BECAUSE OF YOU MY FRIEND COULD BE ON HER DEATHBED, YOU BIT----!" Rainbow was cut off by Applejack who placed a hand over her mouth as she held on tight.

"Woah, Rainbow Dash, cursing her out ain't gonna help anyone, just remain calm.

Rainbow grabbed her friend's hand and pulled it away. " REMAIN CALM?! HOW THE BUCK AM I SUPPOSED TO BE CALM?" she asked, still looking at Lightning Dust with murder in her eyes.

Lightning Dust looked at Rainbow Dash with tears in her eyes. "I-I'm sorry, Rainbow Dash. I'm so so sorr----."

"SORRY? SORRY ISN'T GOING TO FIX THIS, NO! YOU CAN TAKE YOUR SORRY AND SHOVE IT STRAIGHT UP YOUR…" The cop shut the door before Rainbow could finish, making the last word silent to Lightning Dust. She already knew what Dash said, she could read her lips as they screamed ass. The officer entered his car and drove off, taking Lightning Dust with him.

Rainbow continued to yell, Applejack desperately trying to hold her back. "RAINBOW!" Applejack yelled, causing Rainbow's attention to be turned towards her.

"WHAT?!" Rainbow snapped back, eyes on the verge of tears.

"It's not gonna do any good standing her yelling, we need to get to the hospital and check on Scootaloo, let the justice system handle Lightning Dust." Applejack said.

Rainbow Dash broke down and hugged her country friend, she wailed into her shoulder as Applejack stroked her back. "There there, sugarcube, hopefully she'll be ok." Applejack gently lifted up Rainbow Dash, letting her cry on her shoulder as she carried her to the hospital, walking with her friends.

At the hospital the ponies sat in the waiting room with deafening silence, Rarity read the old fashion magazines that were strewn across one of the many tables.

Rainbow Dash paced back and forth, walking from one side to the other as she was on the verge of hyperventilating. "This is my fault, I should have pressed harder, I should have told someone sooner, I should have…"

"Rainbow, it's not your fault. Here." A cup of coffee was handed to her, her friend Pinkie went off to get coffee and food for them. Her usually chipper self was more serious and reserved like the others have never seen before.

Rainbow took the cup and held it softly, the warmth from the coffee warming her hand. "But it is, I should have…"

Pinkie stopped her before she could say anymore. "It's not your fault, Dashie. It was Lightning Dust who influenced her and now she's paying for it." Pinkie said as she handed out the coffee and meals. "Now please, come and sit down, get something on your stomach." Pinkie said, patting an empty chair inviting Rainbow to sit.

Rainbow sighed as she took a sip of her coffee and came and sat down next to Pinkie, joining them in eating as they all waited for the doctor to come with the results.

Soarin came in and looked around for Rainbow. Seeing him at the front desk Applejack waved him over and offered him her seat next to Dash.

Sitting down, Soarin put his arm around Dash. "I got your voicemail, sweetie. Is she going to be ok?" Soarin asked.

"I-I don't know, I hope so." Rainbow said through tears as she rubbed her eyes with a tissue, leaning into Soarin's chest.

The doctor came in with a grim look on his face, holding a clipboard he looked to the gang of friends. "I'm sorry to say this miss Dash, but I'm afraid we can't do anything, it'll be a miracle if she lasts a couple of nights, but the fall has broken several of her bones, punctured her right lung, and has caused damage to her brain, it'll be a miracle if she even recovers, but you may want to go say your goodbyes." The doctor said placing a hand on Rainbow's shoulder.

Rainbow fell to her knees crying, tears flowed freely as she wailed in agony. "Please, please doctor, is there no way to save her? Please, I beg of you." Rainbow asked the doctor through tears and gasps.

"I'm sorry, but there's nothing we can do, but." The doctor goes silent for a second before continuing. "There is….one way to save her, but it's highly unorthodox." The doctor replied as he sat down with Rainbow.

"What is it? I'll do anything to save her, please doctor." Rainbow said as the doctor looked her in the eyes.

"It's called unbirth." The doctor said, only to be met by a confused Rainbow Dash.

"Unbirth? What in Tartarus is that?" Rainbow asked as she tilted her head.

Twilight spoke up, a tone of solemness in her voice. "It's an ancient ability passed down from our ancestors. It's a vore ability where you can carry a being inside of you, in the times before modern medicine, anthro women would unbirth the deathly sick or mortality wounded, they would heal them or in the most extreme cases regress them and make them their own. The practice has fallen out of use since modern medicine and technology, but some still practice it if there are no other options or for pleasure, but those who do it for pleasure only do it in their home or have special friends to do it with." Twilight replied, causing Rainbow to think.

"Will she remember any of us, or her friends?" Rainbow asked.

"It's possible, they were stories of unbirthees still having memories of their past life." Twilight answered as Rainbow took a deep breath.

"Ok, I'll do it, for Scootaloo." Rainbow said as the doctor stood up.

"Then please, all of you come with me." The doctor said as he led the company to Scootaloo's room
