Author's Note

At the request of superfun, I have written a bonus chapter where Rainbow Dash is rescued! You can consider this as canon to my story or as an alternate ending, either way works. :)

Bonus Chapter: Rainbow Rescue

"You're sure?"

"Yes your majesty, believe me the guards would not be calling off the search if we weren't certain but the truth is clear, there is no reliable way to determine who these unicorns were and where they took Rainbow Dash, I offer my apologies"

Twilight sighed, Rainbow had gone missing a long while ago and while there was a clear picture of her movements that day and the company she kept, the trail ended just short of being able to figure out quite where the kidnappers had taken her. Twilight, determined to continue the search, asked "Is there anything I can do on my end to help? She needs to be found!"

The guard pondered for a moment before going "Well... if we were able to at least narrow down the number of locations that we could search I might be able to convince one or two platoons to accompany me, do you think you can do that?"

Twilight instantly replied "I have to try, kindly provide me with all the details of your investigation so I can review them"

The guard bowed and said "Of course your majesty"

• hours later -

Starlight walked into the throne room to check on Twilight, the purple princess had been sifting through pages of the documented events prior to Rainbow's disappearance, where she went, who she was with, what she was doing, everything had been noted down to a point that you could basically retrace every step and yet... the kidnapping itself was a mystery.
Starlight trotted up and said "Hey Twilight, have you found anything yet? You've been at this for almost half an entire day!"

Twilight groaned "Urgh, I'm getting nowhere! The guards were thorough and I don't think they overlooked anything..."

Starlight glanced at the various pieces of paper before noticing some names she didn't recognize and asked "What's this?"

Twilight, not looking at it for more than half a second, went "Oh, just some stallions that Rainbow met at the local club"

Starlight asked "Well what did they have to say?"

Twilight, flippantly, replied "Oh nothing, the guards didn't question them..."

There was long silence as Starlight realized that Twilight had been so caught up in her information gathering that she hadn't noticed the one thing the guards probably should have taken into account, Starlight decided too wait and see how long it would take the penny to drop before Twilight figured out the one thing that she just figured out about the evidence.
A full minute passed before Twilight's eyes widened and she gasped "OH MY CELESTIA THEY WEREN'T EVEN QUESTIONED!"

Starlight smiled and smugly remarked "There you go"

Twilight called the same guard from before and stated "Guard, explain to me why the stallions weren't questioned please"

The guard, somewhat flustered, explained "We didn't feel that tracking down and questioning the stallions that were... being entertained at the club that evening would have provided new information, we were of the understanding that all relevant information about Rainbow Dash and her captors had been gathered when we talked to the other club patrons and the bouncer in charge of preventing anyone but the VIP members and their guests from entering the back room"

Twilight nodded "Understood, I won't reprimand you or your team this time but in future I must insist that, in cases like this, every single creature be questioned no matter how unnecessary it may seem even if it means you have to drag Fluttershy to a crime scene to question a bunny. I expect that no stone be unturned in these emergency situations... however, I believe your team has worked hard enough for now, so Starlight Glimmer and I will continue from now on"

The guard once again bowed and said "Of course your majesty"

Starlight looked at Twilight quizzically and asked "Why me?"

Twilight went "You found the clue when I didn't, you might catch something I overlook. Come on, we need to track down one of these stallions, according to the notes here the one nearest to us is... ah, a young blue stallion called Wacky Wings!"

Moments later, Twilight and Starlight were at the door to Wacky's home and upon opening the door and seeing the princess of friendship, he gasped and bowed down "Your majesty! This i-i-is an unexpected s-s-surprise! How may I help?"

Twilight rolled her eyes, she didn't need ponies to bow before her like this, she cleared her throat before simply going "Wacky, please stand. I have some questions regarding three mares that you and your companions became intimate with at a night club and... wait, hang on... you're an earth pony? That's odd, why do you have a traditional pegasus surname?"

Wacky chuckled awkwardly "Parenthood! My dad is a pegasus and my mom is an earth pony! It's actually kind of fascinating that names and biology don't always have to match! Anyhow... you know what happened at the night club?"

Twilight said "Yes, you may be unaware of this but there was a pegasus mare there with a rainbow colored mane who has since gone missing, we believe that the unicorn mares she was with have kidnapped her. What do you know about them?"

Wacky gulped "Gee... not much more than you might already know, Nimbo and Cumulus stuck out like a sore hoof!"

Starlight's ears perked as she asked "Nimbo and Cumulus? They had pegasus names?"

Wacky nodded "Yeah, must be a mixed biology thing like me... does that help at all?"

Starlight beamed "Yes! Thank you for your time!"

After Wacky bid them farewell and closed the door, Starlight turned to Twilight and excitedly began to explain to her "Twilight this is perfect! The sky kingdoms are predominantly populated by pegasi but if these two unicorns have some pegasus heritage.... then maybe they live in the sky? It makes sense when you think about it, the cakes didn't send Pound to Cloudsdale just because he was a pegasus and they are earth ponies, this narrows down the places to look a whole lot!"

Twilight caught on and said "Let's alert the guards!"

It took several days but eventually the guards happened upon Nephele, discovered two unicorns that matched the descriptions and with them a bimbofied Rainbow Dash who was finally set free from their evil spell and then taken home. The authorities of Nephele allowed Ponyville to conduct whatever punishment they believed was necessary as they had decided to ban Nimbo and Cumulus from returning, turns out every pony in Nephele despised those two very very much.
Once Rainbow had removed all the clothing, the make-up, the perfume and was back to looking like her regular self, Twilight decided to check in on her and see if she had any problems or was feeling a little traumatized by what happened.

Twilight met up with Rainbow at Sugar Cube Corner and asked "Hey Rainbow, you feeling alright after everything?"

Rainbow exclaimed "Ah! Much better! I can move! I can talk! Best of all, I can look like my own usual sexy self again!"

Twilight giggled "Glad to hear it! What do you think we should do with those two? I mean, putting them in Tartarus seems extreme. They aren't necessarily pure evil, they're just ditzy air-headed girls who took things too far, no malicious intent"

Rainbow hummed in thought before going "I did have one little idea that might just fit the bill, with a little help from you!"

• the next day -

Nimbo and Cumulus were stood in the middle of Rainbow's living room, except they weren't quite the same as before. There was no make-up, no jewelry, no fancy mane style, no clothes and neither of them could talk or move by themselves, they looked just like your average and every day run-of-the-mill ponies and they were hating every single solitary second. On the outside they looked very happy but on the inside it was utter turmoil, it was rather poetic that as punishment they were having to go through what they thought was an act of kindness to Rainbow Dash, they didn't know what went wrong! What happened next was possibly the worst part of it, Rainbow had decided a little karma was in order for these two... which is why she sat on her couch, opened her legs and said "Your week of penance begins girls, tend to your mistress!"

Like the obedient and silent girls they were, they trotted forward ready to go to town on Rainbow's warm wet pussy lips.
