Robbed of their price when Sunset Shimmer freed Cozy Glow from stone and put her on the path to redemption, the Dark Powers of the Demiplane of Dread trapped Cozy, Sunset, Twilight and Cozy's childhood friend Aurora in the lands of Barovia. Ruled over by the vampire Strahd Von Zarovich, Barovia is a gloomy land filled with untold horrors. Strahd, sensing an oppotunity find a successor to the dark throne of Barovia puts himself to the task of corrupting Cozy Glow in a vain hope that the Dark Powers would release from his eternal torment him in favor of a new, more exiting price. But Sunset believes even the seemingly irredeemable Strahd can be made to see the light. Will redemption triumph once again, or will Dark Powers succeed in their designs to corrupt even the most virtuous of hearts?

This story takes place after the events of Glowing in Everglow, which explains why Cozy is no longer a villain, but is otherwise a standalone story. Inspired by the adventure Curse of Strahd for Dungeons and Dragons 5e.
