Our omniverse is home to a bunch of different planets, galaxies and universes. It's beautiful as it is peaceful, but the peace doesn't last forever as a gigantic warship glides across the dark space, with cannons firing at every direction, it's in a fight with something else. Another warship was a few meters away from the attacking warship also firing at it. These two warships are battling out in a big battle. The bigger warship has deployed a multitude of smaller ships to attack the other one. One of them has a circular cockpit connecting to two hexagonal wings pointing vertical as it fires at the following warship.

As these ships are firing, a superhuman zoomed towards the ship and with one slice of her sword, sliced the entire ship in half as it exploded. She continues flying towards the ships to disable them, but these ships weren't alone, as more ships were deployed. These ones have the same circular cockpit, but instead of hexagonal wings, they have bent-wings as they accompany their companion ships and continue the assault. While that's going, another individual lunged at the ship and using his longswords sliced the wings off the ship and exploded, as he continues fighting.

The smaller ships continue their assault on their enemies, meanwhile the smaller warship isn't defenseless either, it also comes equipped with cannons, movable turrets and railguns of its own to defend against the attackers, one of them uses the turrets to destroy more of the enemy ships.

"Oh yeah, take that you scumbags, this omniverse isn't yours to conquer!" she retorted as she blasts more of the ships.

But more continue coming as UFOs were deployed and fire at the ship, but were dealt with from another individual who joined the battle with her two siblings fighting the onslaught of fighters, she used her greatsword to slice the UFOs in half as they exploded, killing the occupants inside.

"As much as I enjoy fighting these relentless ships, who I admire for their determination albeit being extremely faulty. There's hardly any worthy challengers for us!" she complained as she sliced another UFO in half.

"Well, I don't want our enemies to try to find our signatures or detect us. If they do, they'll beeline out of there and make a break to another part of the cosmos and we may never find them!" he retorted as he sliced another ship's wings off as it exploded.

"Remember you three, we're trying to keep the enemies from reaching any universes that they'll deem to destroy. If that happens, then our crusade would've been pointless," reminded an individual inside the warship.

"Yes Merlin, we understand," he replied as he continued his onslaught against the ships.

Unfortunate for them, the bigger warship still wasn't done as another compartment opens and more ships came into view, they were smaller than the other three, but are faster, agile and very quick. These purple ships aren't exactly ships as they fly closer to the smaller warship, transformed and landed on the warship in their true forms, robots.

Inside the smaller warship, more of the superhumans are inside, with their master operating the controls, they all hear the thud of the robots landing on their hull.

"Bad news, if we don't do something, they'll breach the hull!" she exclaimed with a rapier holstered on her back.

”Merlin, shall we deal with our unwelcome guests?” asked one of the siblings to their master.

”Go, keep the ship in operating condition, otherwise, our controls will be broken,” exclaimed Merlin.

”We will, come on you guys, let’s go save the universe,” replied the youngest as the remaining siblings walk out of the ship

They open the hatch and looked at the robots, as they transformed their forearms into their blasters and aimed at them.

”I advise you hunk of junks to stand down, or else you all would end up in a pile of parts,” replied the individual who got into a fighting stance. The robots looked at each other and fired at them which they responded by separating and getting ready to attack them.

The first individual brought out her bow and fired explosive arrows at some of the robots which exploded from their chests as they’re sent adrift into space, while the next used his bo staff to strike at the robots and catapult him out of incoming danger before slamming the weapon on the robot’s heads crushing them. The next sibling used her gauntlets to punch the robot’s arms almost to nubs, before her gauntlets shot out a blade and sliced the robot’s heads off, while the individual manning the turrets fired at the remaining robots on the hull. The robots have been dealt with, for now, but the onslaught of the other ships is taking its toll on their ship, the hull has been comprised, the engines are about to be destroyed and fuel is starting to run out.

”I’m afraid we can’t keep holding out for this battle for too long my students, our ship won’t survive for this long if we get more punishment. We must retreat!” exclaimed the wizard.

The siblings were right to head to heed the wizard’s warnings and were wise to retreat as more ships were being deployed. Once they entered, they turn and flew off towards their only destination, home. Once they see that their enemy is retreating, they turn back to their main vessel. The hatches open as the smaller ships enter to be stored and repaired. Meanwhile, in the main center cockpit, lies the masterminds behind the whole operation, they’re hidden by shadows so we couldn’t see them, only for their eyes.

”If our operation of cleansing the entire Omniverse of its heroes, we must take extreme action and strike our enemies at the source. We can’t afford for them to follow us,” replied one individual.

”Patience my friend, our moment will come to us. Right now, we need to recuperate from a few losses. Only then, we will strike down our enemies,” replied the second individual.

”If I may, when we arrive at each universe, we should plunder its resources and capture any that oppose us. Then, we destroy it leaving nothing without a trace,” replied the third individual looking at them with evil red eyes.

”(Chuckles) I might have to agree with this one, plundering and capturing our enemies is equally more fun as destroying their pathetic universe,” chuckled a smaller individual.

”Then it’s settled then, let the capture and plunder begin,” replied the first individual as they all laughed evilly.

Their laughs echo across the space as their warship flies off in search of their first target. Meanwhile, the smaller warship entered an Earth-like planet that once harbored life, but was extinct by another of their worst enemies. They entered a barren, almost-destroyed compound as the ship landed, still retaining battle damage. They exit the ship and walked out to examine the damage.

”I’m surprised it can still fly despite dealing such damage,” replied the second smallest of the siblings.

”Yes, surprising indeed Osun. Nakano, can you see if you can repair the damage to this ship. We may need it for what is about to come,” replied the wizard.

”Yes Merlin, for what’s to come?” asked Nakano.

”The prophecy is starting, and we must see to it that it comes posthaste,” exclaimed Merlin as the rest of the siblings follow the wizard, leaving Nakano to repair the ship.

”What do you mean by prophecy?” asked Osun.

“Follow me, and I’ll show you,” replied Merlin leading them to the compound.

The group followed the wizard as he waved his staff at ancient carvings. They glow around the gateway leaving the group in awe. The gateway opened up as they walked through the gateway and stepped onto a movable platform. Merlin pressed a stone button and the platform begins to move, surprising the group. They looked around and see carvings of different individuals locked in battle with an unknown enemy.

What is this place?” asked one of the siblings.

"This is one of a few ancient temples that reside on our very home, Terra. But this temple specifically, holds a very special secret nobody knows about. A secret that could give us all the edge we need to destroy the very enemy all of us are fighting," replied the wizard, as the platform stopped.

They walk off the platform as they observe the underground structure. It glows a beautiful teal between the cracks of the rocks. Markings similar to the ones the siblings found are etched into the rocks. But as they near what looks like a futuristic control center hidden underneath the temple, they see a big wall and etched on them. They are intrigued by what these symbols are.

”What do these symbols mean?” replied one of the siblings.

”These symbols Davion are clues to the selected guardians that will aid us into stopping our enemies,” replied Merlin.

”Are you sure we need them?” asked another of the siblings.

”Don’t underestimate them Akari, they’ve got the power to stop even the strongest of opponents,” remarked Merlin believing that his hunch is right.

”No offense Merlin, but against the enemies we’ve been fighting, they’ll get slaughtered in a matter of seconds,” replied the eldest with great concern.

”Have a little faith Nagisa, the prophecy says it all,” remarked Merlin.

”How would we know if some of them can be trusted? What if they turn against us out of pure observation?” replied the second eldest.

”I know you all have some concerns about them Hinata, but they’re extremely beneficial to our cause. All of us might stand a chance against a few of them but a full army, we’ll be outnumbered,” remarked Merlin, telling them that they need their help to fight the enemy.

”He does have a point, on our own, we might have a chance if there’s only 2 or 3, but a bunch more, and it’ll be impossible,” replied the youngest.

”Atalanta, I agree with you, we need the help we can get. Where do we find them Merlin,” asked the third eldest.

”Once the ship is fully repaired, we'll activate a portal to the selected individual and head to our location. Once arriving, we'll brief them on the mission they're about to undertake," acknowledged Merlin.

"I see, well, we better start looking, those symbols on the wall detail about a hundred, maybe more," replied Davion analyzing the wall.

"Sheesh, it will take a while," groaned Akari.

"It's a risk we must take. Loosing to our enemies will be severely disastrous for all of us. With so much power inside of them, they'll remake the universe whenever they see fit. So I say we find our new champions and have them join us," replied the third eldest.

"I like your enthusiasm Astra, now then, let the search commence. The omniverse must be saved," acknowledged Merlin as he typed on the console. It activated as it began its search for new warriors to stop their arch enemies from destroying the Omniverse, the Annihilators.
