I had just arrived at the new school: Canterlot High, looking forwards to making a few friends and learn as I study at the school.

Little did I know; what is before me, here as I begin my time at the Canterlot High.

The first I notice; is that every student is wearing blue and yellow Pony ears and a matching tail to go with it. Curious; but if this is the worst I were to face, I know I will make it.

Most everyone is wearing fairly regular Street Clothes; no Uniforms or impressive Suits, thankfully. I guess I could have handled the Uniform, but the suits is just not for me. It isn’t so much the uncomfortable clothes, but the kind of People wearing them.

As I had managed to reach my Locker, I had started to feel a bit outside. Everyone is wearing these Peculiar Accessories, and I don’t. As a matter of fact; I don’t wear any Accessories, and I don’t even own any at all.

“Maybe I could acquire a pair of Ears and a Tail?” I ponder; “But, where do I go, and whom do I ask?” I consider.

“Hi, I am Pinkie Pie!” a pink girl presents herself, out of the blue; “If you are looking for the Ears and Tail; ask Rarity about them, she is the white girl behind it all!” she explains, pointing out exactly where Rarity is right now. (By her locker, of course.)

“Thank you, Pinkie!” I respond, as I head over to the location she had indicated.

Of course; Pinkie Pie had already vanished; as if she had just appeared out of the blue, to explain how I were to acquire these Accessories. Well; maybe that was all she had intended to say, not even caring what my response would be. A very Peculiar girl.

“Since I were considering acquiring a set of these accessories, I can as well have a look now!” I ponder, while I am walking over to Rarity’s locker.

“Hi, are you Rarity?” I inquire, as I am looking at the girl.

“Yes, I am Rarity!” she responds; “Pinkie told you?” she inquires.

“Yes, she did!” I respond; “I am just curious, as to how I could acquire a set of these Ponyish Accessories everyone is wearing!” I explain.

“Oh, these!” she exclaims.

She had already unlocked her locker, extracting a set from within the confines of her locker; presenting me with the desired item.

“Put them on..” she offers; “I hope you will enjoy them!” she responds.

“Thank you, Rarity!” I respond.

“You are quite welcome, Dear!” she responds, before she is returning to what she was doing.

With that, I return to my locker. I had left all my things inside and locked it, thankfully.

As I am slipping the ears on, I start to feel as if I am blending in with the crowd. Almost as if these had been the official Uniform of the school.

Once I reach my locker, I had already put the tail on; feeling as if I belong, as one among the students. While peculiar, at least it isn’t strange. Just a bit out on the left field.

With the books in hand and the accessories on, I feel comfortable walking to my class.

Of course, there are questions I had forgotten to ask. There always are, particularly in situations like this. I am after all new here, at the Canterlot High.

“Is it just Pinkie Pie and Rarity, who are so nice and kind to me; or, are everyone this nice here?” I ponder, as I am walking to my first class.

“They could be tasked to help the Fresh-Men (girls) like me, of course!” I ponder, giggling to myself.

I soon reaches the door, to my class; it is open, because I had managed to reach the classroom in time. This would have been embarrassing, if I had managed to be late to my very first class.

Everyone in class still wear the accessories; both the Ears and the Tail, even as they are in class, I soon notice.

“A bit odd, peculiar; but so long as the Teacher is not complaining, who am I to raise a fuss about this?” I ponder, as I quietly take my seat.
