Prologue: Part 1- Equestria

In the land of Equestria, we see a chariot being pulled by two Pegasi. Inside the chariot is a Unicorn Mare in her late 20's early 30's looking at the other occupant of the chariot with a worried look on her face.

The other occupant is none other than 10 year old Apple Bloom: The youngest child of the Apple family and a member of the Cutie Mark Crusaders.

Said Filly was currently curled into a ball bawling her eyes out. Though this wasn't very surprising, given what Spoiled Rich and Chancellor Neighsay had recently done.

"If Neighsay doesn't have a good reason for this, I swear he will be a dead Stallion walking!" The Unicorn Mare says in her head, trying to resist the urge to go find Neighsay and put fear of the higher beings into him.

You see, after the CMC got their Cutie Marks and helped their former bully and new friend: Diamond Tiara stand up to her Mother: Spoiled Rich, things were calm for a little while, a week to be exact.

That's when Spoiled enacted a rather vicious plan.

With help from Chancellor Neighsay: The head of the Equestrian Education Association (EEA for short) and the head of the Noble Council. They had managed to get custody of Applebloom taken from her Grandmother and two older siblings, her parents having disappeared when she was around a year old.

Normally the ponies in charge of education don't have the authority to do that, but the Noble Council do have the authority to take the custody of young ponies from their families and since Neighsay was the head of the Noble Council... yeah you can guess what happened.

Neighsay went along with the plan for two reasons. Reason One: He and and Princess Twilight Sparkle don't get along, this is because of a rule known as the 'Ponies First Policy', it basically states only Ponies can attend School in Equestria. This meant Twilight had to home school Spike since she was a young teenager.

Reason Two: Neighsay had a hand in Bright Mac and Pear Butter's disappearance, what he did won't be revealed just yet. But when it's discovered, he better pray that he lives to tell the tale.

When Spoiled, Neighsay and the FPS (Foal Protective Services) Agent went down to Sweet Apple Acres with a squad of Royal Guards(Including Captain Shining Armor, who was still training his successor so he could take over as the Captain of the Crystal Empire's Royal Guard) announced why they were, Princess Twilight, Rarity, Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash, Spike and known singer (And Applejacks Marefriend) Countess Coloratura were also there.

Princess Twilight immediately tried to shut it down, but Neighsay smugly revealed paperwork with Princess Twilight's Mentor and fellow Princess, Princess Celestia's signature on it. Celestia had no choice but to sign off since after what happened with Princess Luna 1000 years ago, the Nobles had more authority in Foal cases. The only way she could have said no, was if there was a reason to doubt Neighsay and Spoiled. With Neighsay being the head of both the EEA and the Noble Council, it wasn't likely to happen.

When Twilight checked it over, with tears in her eyes she says "There's nothing I can do, I'm sorry." She then broke down, not even reacting as the others gave Spoiled, Neighsay, and the Guards dirty looks.

Applejack actually going as far as stating, "You do realize that because you did this we can 'legally' end the trade agreement between the the Apple and Rich families right?"

Spoiled just scoffs, not thinking her Husband would be furious about this. Which he will be.

Once Applebloom was loaded onto the carriage, Twilight looks to her brother and says, "Captain Armor, you and the Royal Guard are hereby banned from Ponyville until this is reversed, same with Princess Celestia." Princess Twilight says coldly, not even giving her brother the chance to explain himself.

"That's not within your authority!" Neighsay barks out, still thinking Princess Twilight is a 'commoner' and shouldn't be a Princess of Equestria.

"Actually, it is. I was LEGALLY given jurisdiction over Ponyville and for that comment, ALL NOBLES who live in Canterlot are banned from Ponyville unless they have family OR business relations in Ponyville." Twilight says, making Neighsay furious, knowing that technically she CAN do that.

Rarity is mentally relieved Twilight didn't do something that could reduce the amount of customers at her boutique Ponyville. Though she is still on Twilight's side regarding this.

Once the carriage leaves, Twilight immediately goes to Town Hall and informs Mayor Mare about the new rules she's inforcing. When the mayor asks about it, Twilight tells her everything.

When Mayor Mare hears this, she nods darkly. Knowing that messing with the founding family of Ponyville is NOT a smart decision.

This brings us to what's happening with Applebloom currently. The carriage stops at a building in Canterlot where many orphaned and abandoned fillies and colts live.

"Alright, now here comes the hard part. Getting the emotionally distraught filly out of the carriage. The FPS Officer thinks in her head.

With a bit of luck, she is able to get Applebloom to go into the building and to the room where she is staying. But after that, she refused to leave the room.

She sighs and looks at the one in charge of the building.

"I had no desire to bring her here, especially since this resulted in the Royal Guard, most Nobles and PRINCESS CELESTIA of all Ponies being banned from Ponyville. Make sure she doesn't get harmed by anyone inside or outside this building." The FPS Officer says sternly, earning nods from the matron and her staff.

Once outside the building she mutters: "Here's to hoping this doesn't cause a Civil War."
