Since being freed from her stone prison, former Queen, Chrysalis has been taking part of a reformation and redemption program. Going along, she no longer disguises herself, and is currently enjoying herself at the local gym. While there, she notices a familiar face, Rainbow Dash, who is struggling to do some bench presses. Curious, as well as looking for some fun, the changeling approaches the pegasus with an offer for an even more in-depth workout.
