Silver Spoon's pregnancy went smoothly thanks to her dear friends, they ensured that she didn't exert herself and helped take it easy, fetching food and drink for her, bathing her if necessary and of course, they kept the identity of the father of her child a complete secret for her.

The day finally came when the baby was finally ready to be born and Silver Spoon was rushed to hospital when she started to go into labor. Rather than having her parents with her as she began to give birth, Silver Spoon instead requested that her friends be there with her to help her get through the unbearable pain of childbirth, especially since she had gotten pregnant at a very young age and it was her very first baby.

Silver Spoon had been in labor for twenty hours before the baby started to crown, in a way it was lucky her dad wasn't there to see his child/grandchild being born because Diamond Tiara and the rest of the gang were pretty sure that Silver Spoon would have attempted to kill him with something for the excruciating pain that she had to endure.

Eventually, a healthy young colt was born and Silver Spoon couldn't be happier, she had a great dad, a perfect little baby and her best friends.
