For Thunderstride was famous for his incredible lasso ability's he's the bringer of joy to everypony around him. This pony is not just your ordinary earth pony oh no sir! He is a master of the lasso! A twirler extraordinaire, his skills could lasso the moon and stars if he wanted. When he spun his lasso, it was like watching a symphony of loops twits and swirls, the dancing of his rope is like magic that left all ponies eyes wide open and breathless. Thunderstride performed everywhere from the busy streets of Canterlot to the quiet fields of Ponyville, Thunderstride's fame spread across Equestria. Ponies would gather around to catch a glimpse of his dazzling lasso tricks, their hearts filled with wonder at how he made such remarkable loops and swirls. Every pony's face was adorned with the brightest of smiles, Thunderstride could lasso anything you asked him to, or make loops, and jump through them. The ponies would "ooh and aah" at his performance, he loved performing for ponies all around far and wide his name was everywhere. And oh, how Thunderstride revealed his talent with a wink a twirl and a spin, he'd send his lasso soaring high into the sky, catching dreams and laughter with each flick of his hoof. The ponies would say "he's not just a lasso wielding hero! He is a bringer of joy to all, a maestro of merriment whos performances and presence could turn any frown upside down". Thunderstride loved performing to the ponies, for after all it is his talent. But little did Thunderstride know that one of his greatest adventure was yet to come! A adventure that would take him deep into the Everfree Forest! one of the most spookiest places of equestria a place where all ponies feared. For something had its eye on Thunderstride, watching him travel and perform from within the shadows, In the land of Equestria magic and mischief danced hand in hoof anything is possible even for a pony like Thunderstride. One bright and sunny day the golden sunshine spread across Ponyville's meadows Thunderstride was out practicing his lasso tricks, with a grin on his face he spun his lasso high, the wildflowers danced happily in the breeze, swaying to the rhythm of his twirls. Everything felt alive, warm, and full of excitement! But little did Thunderstride know that mischief was afoot! Mischief is lurking amidst the meadows, Thunderstride was twirling his lasso and throwing it at apples in a tree when suddenly, the air crackled near him as smoke and a figure emerged from the shimmering haze..... It was none other than Discord the unruly trickster of Equestria, his chaotic aura is swirling like a tempest in a teacup the wind picked up clouds was chocolate milk and as Discord approached closer to Thunderstride he froze stiff standing and looking up at Discord right into his yellow eyes. Discord stood there with a mischievous grin stretching from ear to ear, moving slowly and closer hes keeping his eyes on Thunderstride, they are gleaming with mischief, I like your remarkable talent Discord said. I have watched your lasso spin like a whirlwind of wonder all across equestria performing to ponies far and wide, Discord said. Thunderstride stood there speechless his heart racing for a moment not knowing what to say, He eventually said "y-y-y-yes my lasso is my special talent some call me the whirlwind of wonder". But Discord being Discord, couldn't help to resist the urge to stir the pot of mischief and unknown. With a flick of his claw and a mixture of chaos, Discord cast a spell that sent Thunderstride's lasso skills swearing into the unknown. Thunderstride's heart dropped as he watched in disbelief, his trusty lasso now nothing more than a rope at his side, Thunderstride then tried to perform his tricks he once could do, but his lasso would tangle like he's never seen before, Discord then vanished from the area laughing at Thunderstride, hahaha. Confusion clouded Thunderstride's mind "why would Discord bother me of all ponies" he said, Thunderstride's hooves felt heavier than ever as he walked through the meadows, the weight of uncertainty pressing down upon him like a rock. Oh how could I go on without my beloved lasso? What is a pony without there most cherished talent? What would all the ponies of Ponyville have to say, once they find out that I lost my lasso talent. As Thunderstride pondered these questions, a piece of determination flickered within him like a light in the night. He decided to uncover the truth behind Discord's prank and to reclaim his lost talent that he and the ponies once loved, Thunderstride said In a loud voice. "Discord where are you" he shouted, but the only sound heard was the heartbeat of Thunderstride's heart, little did he know it was only the beginning of his journey that's filled with twists and turns. Discord watched as Thunderstride ran around in frustration, but then Discord appeared before him "poof" once more Discord chuckled at his own handiwork. Discord stood there before Thunderstride and said in a low voice "there is a stone" he paused. "A stone that is of great value to me, My dear Thunderstride I will offer you a deal if you could retrieve it for me, This stone is called The Red Stone of Sardius it is a legendary stone.... a ancient stone.... Its lost deep within the treacherous Everfree Forest no pony knows where it is other then those that know how to find it, retrieve it for me and I will restore your lasso abilities permanently! For it is your talent to have". With a smirk on Discord's face, he leaned in closer to Thunderstride, his eyes twinkling mischievously in the moon light. "Ah, my dear Thunderstride, he chuckled lightly, I have to tell you a inconvenience regarding me and The Red Stone of Sardius.... You see, there's an ancient spell woven around it, a spell that keeps me, and only me, at bay, I cant get close to the stone. You see dear Thunderstride, The Red Stone of Sardius is a stone of power, a power I can control. and It was hidden away with a spell of protection against me, by ponies back before my stone prison form". Thunderstride's ears perked up with interest as he listened intently to Discord's words for he knew this is a wonderful chance, a chance to get back what he once had, Ponyvills most greatest lasso performer. Discord said "fear not my friend" and a snapping of his claws. "I shall grant you your lasso wielding abilities back, for you'll need them on your journey you can use your lasso to fetch the stone off the pillar it rests on a pillar no pony can find for ones that already know how to find it. However, as for me... well, I'll have to stay behind and watch from afar" your lasso will fetch the stone no hoof can touch it Discord said. A sense of determination washed over Thunderstride as he processed Discord's words. And with his lasso skills temporarily restored, he felt stronger then ever he was ready to face whatever challenges lay ahead in the Everfree Forest. As Thunderstride prepared for his adventure into the depths of the forest, he couldn't help but feel great confidence knowing that Discord's chaos is working in his favor. Thunderstride agreed to Discord that he would set off on his journey to retrieve the Red Stone of Sardius, a stone no pony can find. And he was happy to know he will have his lasso skills granted back to him forever after getting the stone. Thunderstride begin his journey he started following the trails Discord told him to look for, the trails continued through dark caverns and tangled thickets, but he pressed on and on towards his goal of retrieving that stone. Thunderstride encountered mysterious creatures in the forest and faced several obstacles, there was old buildings where he had to use his lasso to pull himself up leading him closer to his goal, Thunderstride trembled at the scary creatures and sounds of the Everfree Forest it was frightening to him, but he didn't stop on no sir. After a series of trials and tribulations, Thunderstride finally reached the heart of the forest. In the center there was a pillar, it is a magical pillar where the Red Stone of Sardius floated with a spell of protection on it. With a feeling of relief and triumph Thunderstride walked up to the pillar and said "this magic spell only keeps Discord away" he remembered Discord saying to use his lasso so Thunderstride threw his lasso, snagging it around the stone. He pulled it to him, retrieving the precious gem, it was heavier than he expected, the stones beautiful crimson glow was illuminating the darkness around him. His eyes glistened in the red glow as he held it close to his face. Thunderstride then put the stone in his saddlebag. Thunderstride ran through the Everfree Forest, eventually returning back to where Discord was waiting. Thunderstride pulled out the red stone out of his saddlebag lifting it in the air, with a little smirk on his face Thunderstride presented the prize to Discord, saying "here is the stone! The red stone you wanted. It was not very easy, but I have it". Discord then looked at the stone and knew it was genuine. He was impressed by Thunderstride's bravery in retrieving the magical stone. he then took the Red Stone of Sardius from Thunderstride. Discord then said, "I will keep my end of the bargain", Thunderstride's lasso skills forever restored with a snap of his claw, Thunderstride could still use his lasso like ever before doing tricks and loops his heart was full of joy once more. Thunderstride is happy that he is reunited with his beloved lasso abilities he's a twirler extraordinaire, He felt a lot of joy and gratitude telling Discord how thankful he was and that Discord's prank and trickery had tested him in ways he never imagined although it was wrong of Discord to do such things it had ultimately led him on a journey of discovery and growth, Discord reminded Thunderstride that he is the unruly trickster of Equestria. As Thunderstride jumped in joy reclaiming his lasso and can still do the tricks, Discord stopped him and said "wait!" "there is one more thing" with a sly grin on his face, Discord then bestowed upon him a remarkable gift. With a flick of his claw and a burst of magic, Thunderstride's earthbound form was transformed into that of a majestic Pegasus his wings sprung out behind him Thunderstride couldn't believe it! his heart danced with astonishment and gratitude at this unexpected transformation not seeing this come from Discord, this is a testament to the unpredictable nature of Discord's mischief Thunderstride thought. Thunderstride left Discord saying thank you again, he then spread his wings he soared high into the skies of Equestria looking at clouds and hills, Thunderstride knowing he will still impress the ponies with his lasso and also staring a new adventures with a purpose. For in the realm of chaos and harmony, every twist and turn brings forth the unknown opportunities and growth. Thunderstride having his lasso in hoof and wings outstretched he was excited to start the next chapter of his journey and eager to discover what mysteries are ahead in his beloved homeland of Equestria. From that day forth, Thunderstride continued to dazzle the ponies of Ponyville with his awe inspiring lasso skills and performing tricks and making ponies smile, Thunderstride would speak of his adventures in the Everfree Forest and his encounter with Discord, it is his testament to his unwavering spirit and joy also his new Pegasus transformation.
