A bright light filled the room.
Tick. Tick. Tick.
Twilight huffed. She had been waiting all night. As a fan of My Little Human, she was an avid author in the community. However, tonight was different. After a month long hiatus, she had finally posted on the Canternet, her masterpiece. A story archiving her own original character's adventures through politics as the head of United States. In her latest chapter, she had ended the war with Iran.
Unfortunately though, after...
How long was it? Twilight glance at her clock at the bottom of her monitor. It read 12:28 AM. Wow, after almost 4 hours of her story being uploaded, only four ponies had read it.
Wait, four? She told Dash, Pinkie, Rarity, and Fluttershy to read it! Applejack didn't have any Canternet access on the farm, so obviously she would have to wait. Her horn lit up and her phone levitated over to her. She dialed Rarity, yet to no avail.
She slammed down the phone and turned her attention back to the glaring monitor. Twilight glance at the, "What's Hot" box. Her eyes went wide. One of her stories, "50 Shades Of Grey," was posted! Her mouth turned down into a frown. In her opinion, it was one of her worst works. She originally posted it for kicks and giggles.
The tower lit up in a magical aura, and she flung it at the wall, shattering the Ponishiba shell. Not a moment after, Spike stomped down the stairs, carrying a broom.
"Who's there? I'm not afraid of you! I'm, I'm warning you," he shouted into the dark room. Twilight stepped toward him. He swang at her hoofstep, and she recoiled. For such a small dragon, he had a pretty solid swing! She focused her magic into her horn and lit up the room. Spike stammered out an apology as Twilight pointed to the broken computer.
"How about you use that broom to clean up that mess?"
"Oh, did, did I do that? Wow," He looked over to the desk, across the room and shrugged. Twilight stated up the stairs. Why would they like such smut? It's not even good smut! It's equatable to "Naked Came The Stranger!" Just a joke on her audience's behalf! But just what does one do when they don't even realize it's a joke?! Suddenly, she had an idea. Her magic lifted up a notepad and pen, and she jotted down a few words.
Without another word, she slammed her door and left for bed.
The dawn came soon for her. It was the same as every other morning. The same as every other day. She went to go replace the computer she wrecked in her rage the previous night, and turned it on. She even logged onto the Canternet.
She clicked, "New Story." In the title box, she typed, "Canternet VS Quality."

Guys, this is my first fanfiction written and submitted HERE. This is pretty meta, so let's see if the moderators will let it slide. In my opinion, this isn't a good story. Very shaky. I just sat down and wrote it. In the freezing cold. However, I feel maybe you should all check out TNAB's blog post that was in the description. This was meant only to open your eyes people. He's right. While clop is nice occasionally, it shouldn't get more attention than an actual story.
