Please, take care of Cloudpuff
It was a normal summer here in Zephyr Heights. Queen Haven, the current leader of the city, and mother to Zipp Storm & Pipp Petals, was taking care of her pet winged Pomeranian, Cloudpuff who is exercising on the royal Pomeranian treadmill. After many minutes on the treadmill, she turned off the treadmill.
"Alright, Cloudpuff." she said. "Exercise time is over. We don't wanna get you too thin. Here, boy. Fetch!"
Haven threw a ball in a distance, and Cloudpuff flew for it, despite having small wings. Haven went back to her chair and decided to read the newspaper and waited for Cloudpuff to get the ball. But unfortunately, she fell asleep for 30 minutes. But it wasn't until the next morning when Cloudpuff came back and grabbed the ball in his mouth and woke her Haven up.
"Huh?" she muttered. "Good job, Cloudpuff. Who's a good winged Pomeranian?"
Then, there was a knock on the door and she answered it. Outside she saw her 2 daughters, and their 4 best friends, 2 Earth ponies, Sunny Starscout & Hitch Trailblazer, 2 unicorns, Misty Brightdawn, & Izzy Moonbow, along with baby dragon, Sparky Sparkeroni.
"Hey, Mom! Are you ready? Are you ready?" Pipp said in glee.
"For what, my daughter?" Haven said in confusion.
"The Annual United PonyCon in Bridlewood this weekend!" Zipp continued.
"It's a convention where all Pony types are united in this convention and where the important ponies are gonna celebrate the day where magic has been restored in Equestria, and the activation of the Unity Crystals!" Sunny explained.
"That's right." Said Hitch.
"I LOVE PONYCON!!!!" Izzy said in excitement.
"Uh, I never been to a convention before, but it sure looks like fun..." Misty said, reluctantly.
"Huh? That was THIS weekend?!" Haven said in shock. "I can't go. I don't have anypony to take care of Cloudpuff.
Suddenly a knock on the door was heard. Haven answered it, and outside came a red earth pony, Sprout Cloverleaf.
"Would you please stop leaving your undergarments on my front lawn?" Sprout said in annoyance to Sunny and her friends.
"Sprout. Would you please take care of Queen Haven's flying Pomeranian, Cloudpuff for the weekend?" Hitch said.
"What's a "Cloudpuff"?" Sprout said in confusion.
"Not a "Cloudpuff". Cloudpuff." Sunny said. "He's Queen Haven's pet flying Pomeranian."
"Say, "hello"." Said Haven as she grabbed Cloudpuff.
Cloudpuff hisses and drools at the red male earth pony, which disgusts him in fear.
"Yikes! You actually care for that thing?" Sprout said.
"Oh, I like Cloudpuff!" Haven said in glee.
"Well, I don't. Get somepony else." Sprout said in annoyance.
"Oh, well. I guess we can't go away this weekend after all, my friends." Haven said in depression.
"Go away?" Sprout said in a reaction. "You mean, if I take care of Cloudpuff, you guys will be gone ALL weekend for the convention?"
"Actually, a 3 DAY weekend." Hitch said. "Friday, Saturday & Sunday."
"As in, not here for 3 days?" Sprout said.
"Yeah, but you've already said you can't do it, we understand." Sunny said in annoyance.
"Don't feel bad, Sprout, the 9 of us can still have our own Ponycon convention at your house!" Izzy said.
"I changed my mind! I'll do it! You guys deserve a weekend away!" Sprout said in reluctancy.
"You'll do it?!" Haven said. "Great! my daughters, give the earth pony Sprout, Cloudpuff's schedules, and his list of things that he needs to do."
"Do we have to?" Zipp said in annoyance.
"We have to. We're part of the royal family of Zephyr Heights." Said Pipp.
After giving them the instructions and schedules, including feeding times, and other stuff, Sprout wasn't kind of paying attention to what Zipp and Pipp were saying, he was just thinking about the 3 day weekend of relaxation.
"Friday, Saturday and Sunday, a 3 day weekend." Sprout thought in excitement.
Just then the bus arrived, and there were ponies cheering, and saying and chanting "PonyCon" in excitement.
"The bus is here! THE BUS IS HERE!!!!!" Izzy said in excitement, and ran off to the bus along with Misty.
"Come on, ponies!" Misty said.
"Well, time to go. Don't want to be late. Have fun, bye bye." Said Sprout while pushing off Queen Haven out the royal castle of Zephyr Heights.
"Now, you won't forget my instructions, won't you?" Haven said.
"I have the memory of a griffon. I'll take good care of Creampuff." Said Sprout sarcastically.
"Cloudpuff"! Hitch corrected.
"Right. Of course." Sprout said sarcastically.
Once the bus drove out of sight, Sprout said, "So long, losers!" and then, he laughs and jumps excitedly happily in joy and said, "They're gone!" And runs back in the Zephyr Heights royal castle. With Cloudpuff peeking his eyes on the window, whining sadly and feeling lonely and having no pony (no one) to take care of him.
Sprout arrives in the royal garden with a folded chair and with his muzzle with sunscreen on it, and starts relaxing peacefully for his own 3 day weekend. "This is going to be the best 3 day weekend of my happy life." Sprout said. "I'm gonna do all the things I can't normally do because of Sunny and her friends, including Queen Haven."
3 Days Later...
3 days have passed, and now, Sprout is now badly sunburned, still relaxing. He heard voices of ponies chanting "Ponycon" as the bus starts to arrive to the royal castle of Zephyr Heights.
"Well, thus ends the greatest weekend of my life..." Said Sprout. "No Sunny and her friends, nothing but me, me, me."
Just then he heard a small howl coming inside the castle. Sprout gasped in shock.
"Ahh! The Pomeranian! I forgot the Pomeranian!" he shouted.
Sprout rushed to the castle and saw Cloudpuff so tired and weak, and can't fly like his normal self. He was so weak, that Sprout ran into the kitchen while in panic. He then put 3 cans of dog food and emptied them into Cloudpuff's bowl.
"Okay, okay, okay!" Sprout gasped in shock, as he tried to give Cloudpuff some food, but to no avail. "Eat, eat, eat, eat, eat, eat! You gotta finish this food!"
Outside, Queen Haven, & the rest of the Mane 6 were ready to check on check on Cloudpuff.
"Okay, do you think Cloudpuff is alright?" Haven said to her daughters & their friends.
"Well, let's just find out and see what happens." Zipp said.
"I just hope Sprout followed the directions." Pipp said.
"Of course he'll do it." Sunny said.
"And I hope he'll take care of the animal wisely, and behave with the animal" Hitch said.
"He'll be fine." Said Misty.
"I agree!" Izzy said.
Sprout heard them talking outside and began to panic even more.
"Come on!!!!" He shouted, as he heard the key turn. He looks at the dog food. "Oh, great!"
"Cloudpuff, we're home," Haven announced.
Sprout walked up to Queen Haven with his mouth full.
"Hi, guys." Sprout said in a muffled voice.
"Sprout! What are you doing here?" Haven said in curiosity.
Sprout suddenly swallowed the food painfully and said, "Just uh, checking up on old Cloudpuff for you."
"Oh, well, you've decided to turn over a new leaf, huh?" Hitch said.
"Now that's new... Last time you almost conquered our town and destroyed my father's lighthouse; my home, and now, you're caring for others now." Sunny said in curiosity.
"Uh... yes?" Sprout lied.
"I knew you'd turn over a new leaf." Izzy said.
"Same here. You're like a new Sprout Cloverleaf." Misty said.
"What a great friend you are, Sprout." Zipp said.
"Yeah. My sister's got a point. Pipp said.
"So, uhh, well, see you. Goodbye." Sprout said.
"Thanks, Sprout. I could always count on you. Queen Haven said.
But before the Mane 6 could go back home to the Crystal Brighthouse, and Haven was about to go check on Cloudpuff to see if he's alright, The Mane 6, Sparky & Sprout heard Queen Haven screaming. Haven realized that something was wrong with Cloudpuff.
"Cloudpuff! Cloudpuff, what's happened to you? What's wrong? Sprout, Ponies, something's wrong with Cloudpuff! Everyone!" Haven screamed in shock.
Sprout frowned and muttered about what he done...
Later That Night...
An ambulance appeared outside of the Zephyr Heights royal castle. The doctor, examined what really happened Cloudpuff inside with the Mane 6, Sparky & Sprout watching her.
"Yes, yes, it's just as I thought." The veterinarian said.
"What?" Haven said.
"This is definitely a winged Pomeranian." The veterinarian said.
Haven gasped in shock.
"I knew it! Oh, Sprout, did you hear that?!" She said sobbing uncontrollably.
"Mom, stop crying. You're embarrassing us and yourself." Said Zipp in embarrassment.
"Therefore, a shot of winged Pomeranian plasma must be carefully administered." The veterinarian said and gives it to Haven. "Here you go."
"Aren't YOU going to do it?" Haven said. "You are a veterinarian, and a doctor."
"Oh no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. I'm too squeamish." The veterinarian said while leaving the castle.
"Uh, hang on Doc. Let me help you with you bag there." Sprout said while ditching the other ponies and the baby dragon.
"Sprout, Wait." Haven said. "I can't give Cloudpuff his plasma. I'm squeamish too."
"Oh, your Majesty, I don't wanna..." Sprout began.
Cloudpuff began to cough violently.
"Cloudpuff!" Haven said worriedly.
"Okay, okay, you win! I'll do it!" Sprout said in defeat.
"Now don't hurt him, Sprout." Hitch said. "I have experience with animals and creatures, including sea critters.
"Okay, steady." Said Haven.
Sprout tried to jab the syringe on Cloudpuff's fur, but Queen Haven yanked him out of the way.
"Wait, that's too hard!" She said. "Go slowly and try again."
Sprout tried to jab the syringe in medium speed, but Queen Haven yanked Cloudpuff again.
"Wait!" She said.
Sprout tried again, and again only for Haven to yank him and said 'Wait' 2 times.
"Will you hold hold him still?" Sprout said.
But unfortunately, Haven didn't and after a few more times, and misses, Sprout accidentally injects the syringe into Queen Haven's muzzle.
"Ouch!" Haven yelped. "Uh, Sprout. You've injected me with winged Pomeranian plasma."
"Well, you made me do it." Sprout said as he removed the syringe on Haven's muzzle.
"What's gonna happen to me?" Queen Haven said in fear.
"Oh, nothing, it's just a little winged Pomeranian plasma." Sprout responded.
"I don't know, I feel kind of funny." Queen Haven said. "I don't feel so good."
"I agree with her. Something fishy is going on, and I'm afraid that winged Pomeranian plasma, might have an affect on pony types or other creatures. Like a side effect on medicine." Hitch said.
"Remind you of some guy who got injected by some plasma and got turned into a animal creature hybrid, Sis?" Zipp said.
"Very scary..." Pipp said in fear.
"I watched it too, and it was really scary." Sunny said.
"And this episode is very terrible it airs every Nightmare Night month on TV in October..." Misty said, as she looks as Izzy and Sparky who doesn't care.
"What? I like this scary Nightmare Night episode." Izzy said. "And Sparky likes it too!
"Mmm-hmm!" Said Sparky, then laughs happily.
"I'm telling you, it's all in your heads, guys!" Sprout said.
Just then Cloudpuff started to walk to his water bowl in the kitchen, and drank some of it. He immediately afterwards began to bark happily, and felt a lot better.
"He just needed water?" Sprout said in annoyance.
"Oh, Cloudpuff, you're better!' Queen Haven said in joy.
"Well, that's a relief." Sunny said relieved. "But I'm afraid something might happen to Queen Haven, guys."
"Oh, how touching. I'm going to go home and throw up. Good night." Sprout said sarcastically.
"Sprout, wait! The winged Pomeranian plasma!" Haven said."
Trust me Queen Haven, NOTHING is going to happen to you. It's just an episode from an TV show, and it's just make-believe. You're fine." Sprout responded.
"Uh... let's just go home, guys. We've had enough Ponycon for a while." Sunny said. "Sprout, do you need a ride home in the Mare Stream?"
"Yeah." Sprout responded. "I could need a lift."
The Mane 6, Sparky & Sprout left the castle, leaving Cloudpuff concerned. Haven turned to her pet, smiling at him.
"Don't worry, Cloudpuff. Sprout said I'll be fine. He knows everything." Said Haven. "So, you hungry?"
When Cloudpuff heard it, he barked excitedly in joy and flew happily. So, Haven went into the kitchen and prepped the food for Cloudpuff, As she was about to give the bowl to Cloudpuff in the living room, she starts sweating, and figures what Cloudpuff's food would taste like. And then, under temptation, she started to eat the food with her own hooves and then ate it. Then she starts eating the rest of the food until it was all empty. Afterwards, Haven grabbed the bowl, unaware that she ate the rest of Cloudpuff's food, gave it to Cloudpuff.
"Here you go! Eat up, my Cloudpuff." She said.
"Arf?" Cloudpuff barked in confusion.
"Sorry, Cloudpuff. I can't control myself." Haven apologized. She then burped. "Arf." She then covered her hooves in shock. "Why did I do that? Am I cracking up?"
"Arf." Cloudpuff responded.
"No. No, Sprout's right. I'm fine. I--I worry too much." Said Queen Haven in embarrassment. It's all in my head, I feel tip top and okay."
Suddenly she starts to fly to the bathroom, and her wings start to get slower to match Cloudpuff's speed, realizing that Cloudpuff is faster that her.
"Cloudpuff, you're getting a lot faster." Said Haven before her voice becomes slow motion.
Cloudpuff had arrived to the bathroom first while Queen Haven was still going to the bathroom, still slowly.
"Look at me. Never better." She said as her voice echoes.
Suddenly the unthinkable happened Queen Haven's head starts to throb, and her pores started to grow and shrink, before going back to normal.
"I'm okay, Sprout says I'm fine." Said Haven, denying the side effects.
But what she didn't know what's about to happen to her, and the worst is yet to come. Her tail shrank to the size of Cloudpuff's and became more puffy, and her ears became more canine-like.
"Cloudpuff, I'm fine!" Haven said.
But Queen Haven is not fine, Cloudpuff watches his owner watches her straining in pain, while her hooves became more canine like, and her head and face starts to become more canine like. She was so much pain, that she is barely comprehensible. Then, her skin becomes a lot like fur as it starts growing rapidly, and her wings start to shrink in the size of Cloudpuff's!
"That's okay. I'm a lefty wing anyway." Haven said worriedly.
Despite this, her tail starts to become even more furrier, and her hooves have reshaped and have grown into Pomeranian paws!
"Oh! Now I don't have to buy those new shoes!" Haven said worriedly.
Then, she starts to shrink in Cloudpuff's size as the transformation was almost complete...
"I take it back, Cloudpuff. Something is wrong with meeeeeeeeeee-arf!" Haven said as she lost the ability to talk.
After getting a ride home from Sunny and her friends, Sprout decided to hit the hay, feeling so tired, and so annoyed after 3 days of neglecting of a royal pet of Zephyr Heights.
"I hope I never get to see another winged Pomeranian or another pet, even a creature again." Sprout said.
Then he yawned, and just as he was about to get some sleep, the doorbell rang. Sprout was confused and annoyed, thinking it was somepony else.
"Who could that be?" Sprout said. "As if I didn't already know."
As he was about to open the door, Sprout said; "Your Highness of Zephyr Heights, I already told you. You're gonna be just-- fi-------" Then he hesitates and shouts hysterically about what he saw.
Sprout saw a winged Pomeranian with light pink fur, blue hair and a tiara that resembles the Pegasus Unity Crystal/Haven's Tiara.
"Arf." barked Haven.
Sprout screamed in horror as what he saw.
"Arf, arf." barked Haven.
Sprout tried to pet the Pomeranian, but the Pomeranian just growled in ferocity...
Sprout screamed in horror after petting the Pomeranian, then closed the door and locked it shut while breathing heavily in fear.
"Queen Haven? Oh, Celestia. What have I done?" Sprout said in fear. He picks up the syringe filled with winged Pomeranian plasma. "It's all your fault."
He threw it in a distance until he tried to calm himself down and overcome the fear...
"Okay, okay, okay, okay, okay. Get it together, Sprout Cloverleaf...." Sprout said while calming down.
But before he could calm himself down, he heard the bark of Pomeranian Haven, and he screamed in fear that he barricaded the door. No matter how much Sprout could barricade where he sees the transformed winged Pomeranian, She always finds a way to get inside! This scared Sprout so much, that he hid in his closet.
"None of this would've happened if I only fed and took care of that Pomeranian and followed Zipp & Pipp's instructions!" Said Sprout in regret.
But Haven the Pomeranian peeped in the closet door, causing Sprout to run in fear and, run around in circles, which almost caused total destruction to Sprout's house, which is now a mess. Sprout had crashed in the living room table and fell down, Sprout groaned in pain as he got up, but he then saw the syringe filled with winged Pomeranian plasma was on his muzzle.
"Uh-oh..." he said to himself, realizing what was about to happen.
Later, outside the Crystal Brighthouse, 3 winged Pomeranians stood on the fence and began singing the My Little Pony: Make Your Mark Theme Song. Sprout who is the 3rd Pomeranian with red fur and blonde hair wasn't happy with it.
Just as the 3 Pomeranians were still singing, Izzy, who opened the door to the Brighthouse was holding her rollerblade.
"Will you be quiet?!" Said Izzy in annoyance, as she threw the rollerblade out the door, causing Pomeranian Sprout to be knocked off the fence as the 2 Pomeranians watch in concern. But they resumed their singing after Izzy closed the door.
Inside the Brighthouse, Izzy was about to get some sleep when the rest of her friends woke up.
"What was all that noise?" Sunny said dazed.
"It's the middle of the night." Pipp said, tired.
"I know. We have get ready for tomorrow." Zipp said, exhausted.
"What did you do, Izzy?" Misty said.
"Oh, just told 3 Pomeranians to be quiet." Izzy said.
"Wait, 3, Pomeranians?" Hitch said.
"Yeah." Izzy said.
"Well, it's fun visiting Ponycon. But for now, let's just all get some sleep for tomorrow." Sunny said.
"Yeah." Izzy said.
"Goodnight, everypony! Sweet dreams!" Sunny said.
"Goodnight!" Everypony said.
And then, they all went to sleep.
