Equestria has entered a new ice age, one where survival depends on the continued use of incredible machinery and moral flexibility. Where sacrifice and compromise are everyday ordeals, and an inability to adapt is an inability to survive.

Drill Bit thought the worst the winter could throw at him had passed, but now finds himself fighting to protect an unfortunate colt that had everything taken from them.
