//-------------------------------------------------------// Sunnie and the Milkshake Machine -by SunniesStories- //-------------------------------------------------------// //-------------------------------------------------------// Sunnie and the Milkshake Machine //-------------------------------------------------------// Sunnie and the Milkshake Machine Sunnie finished her last mouthful of ice cream and placed her spoon back in the glass. She gave Butter Cream a half smile as he took the empty glass away without a word. Sunnie’s belly grumbled unhappily, echoing Sunnie’s own upset attitude. She didn’t want to be at the Cream Brother’s Creamery, rebuilt on her and the Blue Bee’s expense. She wanted to be back at the Blue Bee, cuddled up with Velvet, celebrating the weekend, but she didn’t want to go back, not just yet. She sighed quietly, and dumped Bits on the counter, not bothering to count them before she left. The evening was warm, but Sunnie didn’t feel it. Her hooves scuffed the dirt as she walked aimlessly. She and Velvet had had their first real fight earlier in the week, and now Vel hadn’t arrived tonight like she always did for the weekend. Sunnie was worried they may have damaged the special bond they’d shared for so long. The fight had been over some new equipment Velvet had purchased for the upcoming Summer Sun Celebration in Ponyville that was supposed to start on Sunday. The mayor had tapped the Blue Bee to provide refreshments for the event, and Velvet had offered to ‘get help’ to keep up with the demand. Sunnie had agreed, thinking that she was going to find some temporary workers to help them out. Instead, Velvet had gone and bought a machine that could make milkshakes, along with a small warehouse on the outskirts of town. She had been extremely proud of what she’d done, but Sunnie wasn’t able to share her enthusiasm, the sight and sound of the contraption leaving her stomach feeling hollow. It just felt wrong to have some machine make milkshakes when she, and the Blue Bee, had always done it by hoof, and she’d tried her best to explain it to Velvet. Velvet had misunderstood, and claimed the machine was just an oversized blender that could make milkshakes just as good as anypony. Sunnie had grown incensed, demanding a taste of the machine’s shake and claiming that it would taste like garbage. Velvet had refused, pointing an angry hoof at her and warning her not to touch any of the equipment, or any of the milkshakes. “I wish she could’ve seen it from my point of view.” Sunnie muttered to herself. “Milkshakes aren’t something that should ever be automated, for whatever reason.” Her belly let out a pointed grumble. Whenever she was upset, her appetite went into overdrive, but this late at night, no stores were open. Butter had already flipped his open sign over before she left. Sunnie kicked a stone, and it skittered along the ground before clattering against metal. Sunnie looked up to see the warehouse standing before her. Somehow, she’d wandered back to it, either through instinct or sheer coincidence. She walked through the unlocked door, and hit the light switch by the door. Only half the lights came on, but even in the gloom Sunnie saw the contraption. It had been a mass of noise and motion when Sunnie first saw it, but now it was silent, still like a grave. Sunnie looked over to the right-hoof side of the warehouse, at the three enormous vats of milkshake that sat ready and waiting for the festivities. Her stomach let out a loud and angry growl. Sunnie walked slowly towards the vats, her eyes looking up near the top. The first vat had a banner showcasing a trio of strawberry-cherry shakes. Sunnie’s eyes were drawn to the vat’s hose, which led down into a bucket that rested beside the vat, and would eventually be hooked up to another machine that would dispense it. The sweet scent of milkshake tickled Sunnie’s nose, a slow drip of the treat trickling down the hose. She knew she shouldn’t, with both Velvet’s warning and her own natural repulsion of machines echoing in her mind, but her growling belly drove her forwards. She wanted to share Velvet’s enthusiasm, but she couldn’t shake the feeling of wrongness that emanated from the machine. Maybe if she tried some of the machine’s shakes, found out how they tasted, she could come around and be able to give Velvet a heartfelt apology without a ‘but’ floating around in it. “Just a taste.” Sunnie murmured to herself. “Just to reassure myself.” She studied the controls for a moment, before unclipping the hose from the side of the vat. It swung out towards a large, empty space in the warehouse, presumably where the dispensing machine would sit. Sunnie took a deep breath, before tapping at a button on the control panel. The vat’s pump began to rumble, and milkshake spurted out of the hose before Sunnie was ready, pouring the pink drink on the floor. She jammed it into her mouth, milkshake spilling down her front and out the sides of her mouth. She let out an appreciative ‘mmm!’ as the strawberry-cherry milkshake flooded over her tongue. Maybe she had been wrong about the machine after all, but she decided to have a bit more, just to make sure. A few more minutes went by, with Sunnie enjoying the cold, creamy shake, every other swallow thinking to herself she should stop, and never getting up from where she sat. Ulp! Ulp! Ulp! Ulp! Her stomach let out a contented gurgle, and Sunnie felt it begin to press against the cool concrete floor. A shiver rocked up her spine, causing her ballooning belly to slosh. She let out a quiet moan, rubbing and squeezing her swelling belly, not noticing the vat’s pump, which was still warming up, kick into the next gear. The flow of shake suddenly increased dramatically, and with a confused gulp, Sunnie felt her belly start expanding even more rapidly than before. Her eyes flicked over to the controls, but before she could even think of getting up to shut it off, the pump let out a ka-chunk, and the hose began to vibrate. Sunnie watched a large bubble of shake, bulging the hose, start sliding down towards her mouth. She closed her eyes, and gulped as hard as she could. GULP! With a loud groan, Sunnie’s belly almost doubled in size, beaching the mare on a gut that now resembled a waterbed filled with milkshake, Sunnie nearly letting out a shriek of pleasure at the sensation. Her hooves wriggled for a moment in a vain attempt to touch the ground, before she gave in to her gluttony, squeezing her blorping belly tightly. She glanced over her shoulder, watching her already wide flanks begin to swell up larger and larger as well. She let out another muffled moan. The pump was going full-tilt now, and with each swallow Sunnie felt herself swell larger, her belly sloshing and gurgling as it filled with more and more shake, the sensation of being literally pumped with shake making the mare swoon. Sunnie watched around the hose as her forelegs began to thicken, her cheeks began to plump up. Her flanks, growing fatter and fatter by the second, began to touch her back rolls as her hind legs became buried in soft flab. Sunnie’s eyes looked up to the vat’s controls, and the gauge that displayed how full the vat was. The needle was creeping towards the halfway mark, and another moan bubbled out of Sunnie’s throat as realized just how much more she still needed to drink, and how much more she was going to grow. She closed her eyes, starting to lose herself in the sensations bombarding her, the fullness, the fatness, the pressure, the taste of it all… when the lights of the warehouse clicked fully on. Sunnie’s eyes shot open, and she looked towards the door, her cheeks flushing red as she saw Velvet walking towards her. The control panel sparkled green, and the pump shut down with a rattling sigh. The flow of shake slowed to a trickle, and Sunnie let Velvet take the still-dripping hose out of her mouth. Guilt had turned her pleasure on its head, and Sunnie opened her mouth to say something, to apologize, but all that came out was a thunderous belch that blew Velvet’s mane back. “BURRRRRRRRRRRRRP!” The unicorn shook her head, her face blank. “I thought I told you not to touch anything in here, Sunnie.” Sunnie gulped audibly, shame and guilt turning her face redder and redder. Velvet sighed, then looked up at her marefriend with a softer expression. “I kinda figured you’d be here after I didn’t find you at the Bee.” “I’m… uuuurp… shorry.” Sunnie’s bloated cheeks distorted her words. Velvet shook her head again. “No, I’m sorry. I found Bumble’s photo album while I was looking for you. I remember you showed me it, once, but I never really sat down and went through it.” Velvet looked around for a moment, before dragging a crate over from the wall and clambering on top of it to get up to Sunnie’s level. She was always taller than Velvet, but with her milkshake-stuffed gut, she was nearly triple the unicorn’s height. Velvet’s eyes shimmered under the bright warehouse lights. “I understand why you got so upset when I said this,” she gestured to the machine, “was the future. I thought it was no different than a blender, just a tool for making milkshakes. But a tool doesn’t do the entire job for you.” She sighed heavily again. “A tool can’t make a milkshake with love like you can, and I’m sorry for insinuating it could.” Velvet stepped carefully on Sunnie’s plush chest. “Can you forgive me for being so arrogant?” Sunnie let out another muffled burp, her cheeks puffing out as she tried to not burp directly in her marefriend’s face during such a tender moment. “If you can forgive me for drinking the milkshakesh you told me not to touch.” Sunnie said with a bloated smile. “Always.” Velvet returned it with a broad grin of her own, and laid a gentle kiss on Sunnie’s sticky pink lips. She licked the residue off her lips, her hoof tapping her chin. “I mean, it is good, but… something’s definitely missing. It’s not up to the Blue Bee’s standards, is it?” Sunnie shook her head, and Velvet looked over at the other two filled vats. “Whatever shall we do with all this shake? I can’t return the machine until after they’ve all been emptied.” She turned back and gave Sunnie a wide smile. “What was your record again? 217 shakes?” “Thish doeshn’t count, it hash to be in glasshesh.” Sunnie giggled, her body sloshing as Velvet joined her laughter. Velvet’s horn sparkled, and the hose floated back over. She laid one last deep, sticky kiss on Sunnie’s lips before popping the tube in. Sunnie’s bloated forelegs pulled Velvet off her crate, pulling her into a tight hug. She wriggled a moment, before getting comfortable on Sunnie’s chest, her head resting in the crook of Sunnie’s foreleg. As she turned the pump on, she nuzzled the chins on Sunnie’s neck before pulling out a book, finding her page, and starting to read. All the while, her already big marefriend began guzzling down more milkshakes, her body expanding and swelling with each gulp. Ulp! Ulp! Ulp! Ulp!
