I stood over a slain foe; I had severed his arms, and blood flowed like a river. My spear was still embedded into his torso, dead center of his diaphragm. His comrade lay just to my left, trying to stand; since I stood just a little in front of him, my boot spur dug into his face as my long sword pierced his damned skull. My soldiers, the 101st Infantry Division were the best in breaching walls and the like. I write this mission down to remember who fell that day, I lost four friends that I had trained with. I myself can regenerate my health and heal my own wounds and cursed to be immortal. I am half threstral and half Earth pony. My four comrades were of the Pegasi race. I had to watch them fall from the sky like pincushions onto the ramparts. I could hear their screams as they were being hacked to death with my daggers and dull hatchets. On the Ramparts behind me above the portcullis fell Storm Cloud. Storm Cloud was always looking at the silver lining but he was brave and willing to lay his life down; I'll miss seeing his light gray figure in formations. The second fell on the left side guard tower of the main gate; that is where Sunrise fell, and from where I stood, I helplessly watched her die as one of her severed wings was tossed like rubbage to the ground below. Sunrise, her yellowish fur,, and her infectious laugh will be missed over the holidays. The third was known as Stonewall, a fortress of strength and speed, and he never would yield in a fight, not even in training. I had learned to trust him with my problems. Finally, There was a Whirlwind. He was fast and level-headed; I saw him crash to his death with arrows in his wings as he dived to try to save Sunrise. I looked at my troops, and I gave the order, which I knew Luna would punish me for. "Kill the all take no prisoners! Burn the city. Kill every man, woman,n, and child and anything that breathes!" My name is an omen of impending doom, and it sure as hell fits! The first house I now entered held an elderly couple with two grandkids. Setting my sword ablaze, I butchered the old man, the old woman,, and the two little kids. I now am ashamed to say I brutally killed them with my boot spurs. Somewhere I hear Luna trying to regain control over my orders. The second house held a crippled girl and a young lad. The lad I cut in two, and with my spear, I used to skew the girl and shove her into a bread oven and hold her in there, listening to her screams. This immortality and regenerative power gives me the curse to relive my sins... I almost regret saying I have remorse for my crimes, etcetera. However, I have no remorse, and I guess all the years I've killed have taken their toll. I'll continue describing this battle. Our forces pushed the enemy all the way back to the second wall; the distance between the first gate and the second gate was about four miles in total. We fell back out of range of the archers and potential artillery and set up a base camp. Night fell, and I patrolled the area. I had left my spear with the Smith for repairs, and I had just my long sword. I came across a wounded foe who was still attempting to crawl to his comrades for medical aid. Sheathing my sword I drew my dagger and rolled him over. He was a poor archer with no armor or chain mail...I looked over his light frame and then plunged my dagger into his body. I began to cut him open and filet him. His screams filled the night air, and once I was bored, I transformed my terrestrial body into the animal of my namesake - a raven and flew into the night sky. The soldier's bloody mass still writhed in agony, and I looked for a torch to burn the corpse; I didn't find a torch, so I landed again, and whilst in my raven form, I pecked inside of him and tore his intrils apart. I theory as a a threstral I should be able to transfigure into a bat but not so with me. The battle ended, and I suppose I forgot to mention who we were fighting; we were fighting the Saddle Arabians. Those bastards never saw me coming the night the battle and war ended. We made it past the second gate of four, and we had set up a base. As the soldiers slept or patrolled, I flew into the third gate and watched the foe patrolling or sleeping. I had left my spear behind to travel lighter and also forewent the helmet I normally wear for greater visibility. I cast my gaze upon the guard house and then toward a small watch fire down below between gates three and four. I flew down and transfigured back into my human form and began a fucking blood bath. Both of me gripped my long sword, and I severed warriors half through their plate armor. I often used a single break someone's neck by pulling back in their heads, snapping their necks, and leaving a head or two rolling. The civilians caught between gates three and four panicked and I assumed they recognized my brutality from prior days and weeks. I did things that, if I were brought before a war council, would cause an immediate execution. I had a few weeks ago stumbled upon a warrior with his family trying to get them to safety. The man tried shield the infant he held but I spun him around and butchered the infant before I thrust my sword up to the hilt into his torso. His family met an equal fate that day too. I cleared the third ring and hit the fourth and final gate. on the walls, I found pitch and oil, and I began to tip the barrels of burnable fluids and lit them on fire. the souls below began to panic as they were all mostly the sick and wounded and I watched them burn alive. As a threstral, I was gifted and strength and speed, that is how I managed to clear the third gate and guard area in short order. I killed everyone and everything that breathed. I am now walking in the palace and a few guards attacked me but I slew them easy enough. I found the Saddle Arabian king asleep due to high fever. I chained him to the bed and I woke him and told him what I had done to his queen and his concubines. As proof I poured out a satchel I acquired in the concubine palace and dumped out every single heart that was inside. Drawing my dagger I cut out his tongue then I proceeded to cut him open and cut his intrils out. This barbaric method of mine usually involved lemon juice and salt for sanitation purposes and to inflict pain. When the man died I went to open the other gates. It's morning now and my troops and my officers and my princesses looked at the horror and carnage I left in my wake, Luna and Celestia looked traumatized and Twilight Sparkle collapsed and trying to comprehend this level of brutality. Cadence I recall began to vomit as her foot became implanted in one of my dissected corpses. My trial came and gone and I got reduced to castle duties and was eventually discharged and now I run rogue.
The RogueView OnlineLunar Guard ChroniclesThe RogueI was walking the streets of Appaloosa, and since my discharge, I had to give my Armor back to my family, excluding my sword, since I paid to have it made. I walked into a tavern for some food and drink when I saw some of Luna's elite soldiers with some Yakistians. I could feel their gaze upon me and I felt unnerved slightly. There were two Saddle Arabians who looked down the countertop toward me, and I saw fear and hate in their eyes. I decided to order two rolls and an ale and began looking at the crowd around me and tried to count how many potential threats I had. I counted ten knights, two Saddle Arabian pegasi, and eight soldiers from Zephyr Heights bearing the mark of Zipp Storm's Blitz Squad six. I had counted a total of twenty soldiers among roughly forty civilians. I finished my light meal and stood to leave when I heard a voice, "That sword, comrade, I recognize from what we read from an escaped scout from six months ago. I wager she's that butcher!" I heard one of Luna's knights whispering. "She's Raven Crowe for sure I can't mistake that sword or her long silver hair....even if it's braided." Zipp's soldiers spoke among themselves. "That's our mark! We need to end her before that terrestrial takes on her bird form and flies away!" The civilians all were wearing daggers or short swords. A sharp pain tore through my body and I looked down and saw a crossbow bolt in my abdomen. I ripped the projectile out of my body, stood up, and drew my sword. my dress was about calf length with two slits that came up to mid-thigh and permitted me to have a wide range of motion. My boots were studded to provide traction and to inflict pain on anyone I kicked. Before anyone could move, I was in the loft with Zipp's troops, and I quickly massacred them all, and the one I left alive was lying impaled on a round table with their own spear pinning them down. The Saddle Arabians I targeted next I severed one from left shoulder to his right hip and his comrade I flipped over the counter tip into a wall lined with wine and beer bottles. I quickly followed him and as he tried to stand I smashed his face into the bottles and cut his arms and legs off. Luna's guards had spread out trying to flank and surround me. The first one to engage me I parried and set him crashing into a table. The other nine knights rushed me and I spun in a wide arch and managed to wound them all with my speed and momentum. Their legs decorated the floor and as they screamed I began wiping out the civilians as they tried to take me down. I by now sheathed Mt sword and drew a boot knife from my left boot. I aimed to blind them all. When I had finished every single one had lost an eye and tried to run. I grabbed a couple bottles of a Prussian beverage and used rags to stop the bottles up and then lit the cloth on fire from two small lamps and hurled them at the fleeing civilians. The bottles burst and created a massive flame and the villagers were now ignited into torches. I walked the tavern and made sure everyone was dead. I walked into the street and saw about forty of the Appaloosa garrison with strung long bows and were ready to fight. I turned to flee but hit the ground with arrows in my body. I stood as I began to regenerate. I went on the attack and scattered their entries in the dirt street. The people had frozen in fear and I walked out of the town whistling a tune I learned from back home. Eight days now passed since the Appaloosa incident and I found myself north of Ponyville. I figured that I could be hunted by now; I just killed fifty-six people! At any rate, I figured I should skip town and leave before I could get arrested. I ducked into an alley took my raven form flew off and blended into a flock of ravens. Nightfall came and I had landed in a small city just due north of Ponyville. I knew that Luna and Celestia were there because from the air I saw their banners flying on city hall. Somewhere else in the town, I saw Zipp Pipp's banners. Hell! On the Eastern side, I saw Saddle Arabian flags. This was a summit and I bet they're gonna be discussing me. I cautiously walked Ponyville, damn my luck I ran into Zipp and Sunset Shimmer. "Whatcha doing in Ponyville Raven Crowe?" I replied that I was passing through, trying to find some sort of job. "If Luna learned I asked you to look into why my soldiers from Appaloosa never showed up here she'll kill me." I was now fucking terrified inside because the townspeople would recognize me. Albeit there were about fifty other threstrals there and we all carried similar swords and we all looked the same except for the slightest differences. Sure I can look for you, I said and began the return trip. I guess it's lucky that I can turn into a crow...even though I can turn into a bat. I chose the raven just for the namesake. Once in Appaloosa, I asked around and the townsfolk had no clue it was me who killed everyone and got away. I had done a transaction with one of my kind and she was known to be a liar. I hunted her down and found her conning a soul for a few hundred bits. I dragged her back to Ponyville and framed her for murder and she got executed for my crime. Luna looked at me the whole time Zipp interrogated the framed killer. The Saddle Arabians looked at me with malice. "Why is that butcher here? Princess Luna your majesty may we place a request for that threstral to be executed or handed over to us for her war crimes?" Luna had responded with that it could be brought to the table for discussion. Taking my leave I felt like Sunset Shimmer knew what I had done, the same goes for Starlight Glimmer and Twilight Sparkle; I heard a voice behind me. I turned and saw Discord and he gave me a knowing look and nod and I knew that he saw through me! I had my escape routes planned and down to who would make a good hostage as I left town.

Saddle Arabia would like to ask for a boon. We are requesting the head of Raven Crowe be given to us. As you know, she is known from the late war as a butcher. You’ve seen her carnage, will you give us our request?” "You do have a valid point, As you so wish Raven Crowe is open game. Remember her capture is up to you, we will not risk our own to take her down." The whole Summit was in a celebratory mood now and orders were being issued out. Meanwhile... In Appaloosa Raven Crowe walked the streets many recognized from a few weeks ago but no one dared to call her out. As the day progressed news came that Saddle Arabia was offering forty million gold coins for information to where Raven Crowe was located. Some of the people sent word and others were set to make sure Raven stayed. Raven Crowe had that gut feeling that she had become prey. She quickly headed toward the city gates when the garrison - numbering sixty thousand stood in her way. "Move aside and no one dies today!" Her voice was clear as crystal but laced with a deadly poison and a hint of blood lust. The archers were given the order and Raven Crowe hit the cobblestone street with a thud and looked like a pin cushion. After five minutes she rose up and went on the attack. With just her sword Raven Crowe knew she had to to rely on her swordsmanship. The first soldier met her blade with a broadsword. "Miss Raven Crowe lay your weapon down!" "I am not that foolish and I can sense it from your faulty stance that you think I'd surrender." Raven after speaking her mind severed the soldier's legs off just above the knees. Grabbing the broadsword Raven attacked the next soldier. Appaloosa was setting up to see another blood bath when The officer in charge called the troops back. "Raven Crowe....surrender and have you not realized that you raised your blade against Equestria?" "I got discharged and my father is shamed and let me remind you that you attacked first! Dumb Cunt! I'll kill every last soldier here!" "Soldiers! Kill her and bring me her head!" Raven took the broadsword and threw it like a knife and it managed to sever five heads mostly from the bodies they belonged to. Four hours passed and the sixty thousand lay mutilated and dismembered on the streets with blood and intrils strewn about. Raven heard steps running behind her. Raven picked up a spear and spun around; spin around and Raven had skewered a kid about twelve years old and Raven propped the spear against a wall and began to walk out of the city. Raven Crowe screamed, "If I ever pass through here again....and you attack me, I'll lay waste to this shitty town!" Raven Crowe had just stepped beyond the gate when a crossbow bolt pierced her hip. Raven grimaced from the pain and tore the bolt out. Turning around Raven Crowe saw the crossbowman and she charged the archer and severed him from shoulder to hip. The townsfolk rushed her and the first few to reach her were cut down. Raven killed about eighty of them before she had the space to run. Raven managed to reach a nearby treeline and then took her crow form. Raven sat and watched the people trying to find her. Raven Crowe let out a call and flew off; the townsfolk knew they lost their prize and went home to bury or cremate the dead. Four Hours Later Raven Crowe flew for four hours before landing in a small Yakistianian village. The Yaks looked at her and knew what she was worth. Raven Crowe knew this village because during the war her troops had passed by and had been run off. "Today I'll fulfill my oath to wipe all of you damned yaks from this village." Raven thought to herself. Raven drew her sword and the yaks knowing who she was and had been waiting for her return. Raven charged the yak host and began to slaughter them all. Raven tapped into her threstral speed and left the gatehouse garrison strewn about and disemboweled. When the sun rose for the dawn of the new day it was more red than usual due to the blood spilt the night before. Looking over her shoulder Raven saw the village of four thousand dead and scattered. Man, woman, and child lay dead below her and she set about to burn everything including the livestock. "You want a villain Celestia...I'll give you a villain so horrific that Luna can't save you." Raven thought as she picked up a surviving kitten. Passing by a cast iron picket fence she skewered the kitten on it and lit it on fire. Raven Crowe walked from the city and into some nearby hills and thought to herself. "My mentor trained me to kill like this....he probably never knew how far I'd go! Hell, his training from the age of six to now my ripe age of twenty-five he programmed to massacre and enjoy this shit I leave behind." There were times when Raven Crowe would go over the list of all the people she killed; she had a habit of learning the names of her victims before she killed them. This particular day Raven Crowe sat in a small cave and recalled what the last yak had said to her before butchering them, "Please tell my cousin Yona I love her?" Raven knew that name. Raven Crowe froze as she realized that Yona was in Canterlot. drawing her dagger Raven began to cut her wrists and cursing her life. There was still a small tiny fragment of her conscious left alive in her.
Hunted Part 2View OnlineLunar Guard ChroniclesHunted Part 2Raven Crowe found herself in a cave overlooking a small farm, she had been there for about a week and observed one old man his three sons. Raven never saw the wife, grasping her sword and dagger, and her hunger being ravenous at the present made her approach. The sons recognized her from a description from some Saddle Arabian soldiers. Raven Crowe looked slightly saddened, "I suggest you just give me two weeks of food and I'll be gone. However, if you attack you know already that anything living on this land will be brutally slaughtered." "Bitch!" The eldest son attacked with his ax and Raven parried with her sword and then in one swift motion slit his throat. and as he fell Raven used her sword to cut the young man open and in intestines spilled into the dirt. "Final chance to give me a week's supply of food and a water skin and I'll be gone." The old man offered her some food and in about five minutes Raven Crowe felt horribly sick and crumpled to the ground. The old man dangled a bag in front of her face and laughed. " Stupid whore, you think I'd let you live after you took my son?" "You're the stupid one for waving the antidote in my face!" With what strength she had Raven stood and plunged her dagger into the old man and in her rage tore his head off. The other two sons attacked and Raven severed them in half and crumpled to where she had seen the antidote fall. It was about an hour when she felt well enough to walk. Raven Crowe entered the house to see an old woman with a crippled kid. "I told your sons and husband that if they attacked I'd slaughter every breathing thing on this damned farm. I'll start with you and as you bleed out you get to watch your crippled daughter die. I'll be merciful and do it quickly." Raven slit the old woman's throat and she was dead in about two minutes because besides the throat Raven slit the old woman's wrists. The crippled daughter cowered in petrified fear. The child reached for a bag and then slid it over. Raven's keen hearing heard the sound of gold coins. "Please miss, let me live." Raven looked at the girl and after a long look, Raven felt an odd emotion which she couldn't shake. The child had silver hair like hers, Raven if it weren't for her training and strengthening and conditioning she would have a more visible limp but her strength hid it well. In a fit of new emotions and old memories Raven quickly stood and with the pommel of her sword knocked the kid unconscious. "Damn it!" Raven screamed as she knelt in the silent house. The memories of her mentor came into view and memories of her father as well. "I wish I could just fucking die!" Raven screamed again as she stood collected what she needed and left. Most people if they had witnessed what had occurred would've seen that their prey, their bounty was unraveling. Raven Crowe had only one real enemy, this foe was much younger and eight inches shorter. "I swear, I really hope they send little adorable Keket after me soon...she might be the only one who could take me down." Raven thought about her subordinate and realized that Keket had been right; Raven knew that in her head that she was mentally and emotionally fucked up. Along the dirt road, Raven wondered why she let the cripple girl live. This would be a first for someone to survive her wrath. Looking back toward the farm, Raven knew that if she kept letting people live who reminded her of her early life then someone might learn what happened and how she was trained and conditioned. Canterlot "Wait! You're telling me that crazed warrior we've been hunting just let an eyewitness live?" The Saddle Arabian king looked shocked, "I order everyone who is hunting Raven Crowe to take notes on her survivors, because we may learn what makes her tick. I do believe there is a threstrial here with similar traits as Raven Crowe, her name is Keket find her and bring her here." Luna and Celestia looked concerned Cadence had a bad gut instinct about what might occur and Twilight mentally calculated the odds of Keket being sent after Raven Crowe. Their height difference was one factor but Raven's skill, experience, and brutality might end Keket's mental state. Raven Crowe Raven Crowe found a small cave where she could stay the night and as she slept fitfully she dreamed that she was back home and her father was beating her with a branch from an oak and her mentor had her head submerged under icy water almost drowning her. Raven snapped awake and huddled against the cave wall. "Father I swear one day I'll kill you!" Raven screamed as she slammed a piece of wood into the cave wall. Raven drew her dagger as she went through her mental list of hundreds of names and with each name she cut herself until she passed out from blood loss. Little did Raven know that she would have a run-in with others who looked like her with the exact same handicap that she had when she was much younger with her noticeable limp. That would eventually tell her hunters more about her past.
