Dr Stable sighed softly as he hugged them softly. “Unfortunately we cannot do anything else but place her in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) for the foreseeable future and pray to Celestia and Luna that she comes out soon with only a slight speech impediment and her lack to fly again… I suggest that you head home and rest… Ms Dash needs you all to be strong for her.” The group said nothing but left the hospital in a slowly pace, traumatized and feeling like the worst villains in history for doing this to their friend. Rainbow dash’s mind had been completely deliberately panicked of all reason and had become much more dangerous to herself and the horde, becoming reckless and self destructive. Before being grabbed by the horde of zombies, Rainbow dash quickly flew up and burst throught the double planked barn roof and tile of the barn with her 600 pound body . Splinters and blood slowly flowed from the open wounds in her rainbow mane but she didn’t care as she then flew away from the barn going fast as without looking infront of her. “Got to get away from..-“ Rainbow Dash began to say before slamming into a thick tree with a sickening crunch of both bones and the feeling of being absolutely fine from the crash. Let’s all meet at the town hall in ten minutes!” Twilight commanded as the ponies of ponyville and her friends nodded before every pony galloped into the town to find their possibly hurt friend. It took about five minutes before a group of three ponies ram to the town hall were a group of search party’s was being lastly sent out to find their Pegasus friend. “TWILIGHT WE FOUND DASH!” A pony cried out as they were rushed up to the purple alicorn. “Where is she!?!?” Twilight shouted out as the pony in question was panting hard. “Me, bob bon, vinyl and Colgate found dash in a crater that was soaked in blood..! Vinyl is taking dash to the ponyville hospital as we speak!” Lyra said as the mane five and cutie mark crusaders held their mouths in shock, hearing that their friend was in serious condition from the harmless prank that pinkie pie planned to open dashes eyes to her constant pranking. The mane six galloped to the ponyville hospital to see their friend and to apologize. Pinkie pie started tearing up as she galloped with her friends to the hospital. “It’s my fault..! I planned the prank b… but I didn’t…” Applejack cut in to pinkies rambling, her voice filled with venom unlike the rest have ever heard from her. “I don't bucking care that your fake crying is going to get any sympathy from us!” Rarity’s eyes widen as she she spoke loudly, unladylike for a good reason. “Shame on you applejacks! Doctor Stable brought a hoof to his head before sighing softly and speaking out with a professional but borderline aggressive tone. “Friends of Miss Dash please come to me…” Twilight, Pinkie pie, Rarity, Applejack, Fluttershy and Spike stood up quickly before walking to Dr Stable. Dr Stable saw the faces of Dashes friends and felt his heart stop for a solid few seconds; Pinkie pie was an absolute mess, her main no longer poofy while her eyes were bloodshot from crying. Dr Stable could see the scar on her back right leg opening up, reminding him to take her in and stitch it up before her prosthetic leg tears into her muscles. Applejack was the only one in a stable condition and position to hear the news without the fear of her breaking down publicly but her eyes had the dark bags under her eyes from the lack of sleep. Rarity’s makeup was running down her muzzle as her eyes twitched from being both dirty and guilty of being a terrible friend. Dr Stable couldn’t blame them, the prank was harmless but somepony got hurt and they have to live with the guilt of putting Ms Dash in this crisis. Twilight wasn’t fairing any better, being known for having a panic attack when anything became far too much for her to mind to process. Thankfully the Anxiety suppressants were keeping the young alicorn from barging past him and into the operating room. Spike was holding twilights right forehoof tightly, his claws piercing the flesh of twilight but otherwise much more stable than his charge. Fluttershy the poor dear was hyperventilating, her eyes bloodshot while her body trembled in terror and guilt. She was on the verge of a full blown mental breakdown. It was no secret that she and Dash grew up together in cloudsdale and moved to ponyville together. Many of the staff figured Dash and Flutters being a couple but Dash had last time explained to nurse Redheart that she’s still single but waiting for her partner to sweep her off her hooves. Dr Stable coughed into his hoof before speaking to the group, completely hoping that no pony else had to be put under. “Ms Dash suffered a serious injury to her body; her left wing completely shattered, her spine slightly out of place, her ribs had several fractures while one puncture her left lung. While suffering from internal bleeding we discovered that a large impact wound had pierced her throat muscles and severely damaging her esophagus. Her vocal cords were critical damaged from the piercing and it wasn’t until we discovered this that we realized that her brain wasn’t receiving oxygen. It might be likely that she was brain was starved for oxygen for a solid hour and a half, we had to put her under heavily to even attempt to preform the surgery. Thankfully we managed to save her but she her pain had completely shut her consciousness down and leaving her in a comatose state…” The group gasped loudly as their heard about Dashes injuries but to be put into a comatose state made all of them start to sob uncontrollably. Dr Stable sighed softly as he hugged them softly. “Unfortunately we cannot do anything else but place her in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) for the foreseeable future and pray to Celestia and Luna that she comes out soon with only a slight speech impediment and her lack to fly again… I suggest that you head home and rest… Ms Dash needs you all to be strong for her.” The group said nothing but left the hospital in a slowly pace, traumatized and feeling like the worst villains in history for doing this to their friend. Pinkie pie and Fluttershy were sobbing loudly before splitting from the group to return home, shortly after Applejack silently sobbed as she shortly after pinkie pie and Flutters left. Rarity couldn’t hold in anymore and broke down sobbing, spike left go of twilight and went to rarity and began to hold her tightly as they sobbed together. Twilight looked up at the moon with her eyes narrowed on the moon as of the moon was judging her before Twilight let her head hang down and unfolded her wing and walking to her home, her wings getting dirty and her feathers being damaged as the alicorn dragged them along as she wasn’t in the mood to keep herself from falling apart. Unknowingly a single fruit fly on the light fixture flew out of the hospital to the roof, landing on the roof before a green flash of fire surrounded the fly before a fully grown changeling infiltrator appeared from the green fire that tore their disguise away. “My queen one of the elements is in a coma, from the fools that they called friends” Queen Chrysalis cackled in evil glee as a potential foe is out of the picture in her plans. Before feeling a bit depressed that her children didn’t accomplish this feat themselves. “Good job shadow blade, anything else to report?” Shadow blade looked at the slowly moving group of elements of harmony walking to their houses. “The Elements are in a depressing mindset that I don’t think they will be a major threat for a solid while.” Chrysalis rubbed her chin before an idea came to her mind, a plan to make her hive no longer be considered hostile to equestria. “I think the operation to replace them all will be called off immediately and I want a courier to deliver a letter of both surrender and possible integration into pony society.” Shadow blade nodded before flying off to the Canterlot castle, smiling softly. “I am closest my queen, I will deliver the message myself.” To be continued… Author's Note Changelings!? Pinkie loved the rock farm and all of her family but she knew that she couldn’t stay forever, her father had struck her down when she pestered him for a whole thirty minutes. She didn’t think it was his fault but she couldn’t stay with the knowledge that her father struck her down for being too concerned for his health. As she made her way past other towns and cites and even a scary forest Pinkie saw the town of Ponyville and the iconic gingerbread building. Pinkie sighed as she reached into her mane and pulled out a switchblade that was etched from her father’s hooves as a going away gift to her so she could protect herself from evil ponies. “Didn’t help me when that Timberwolf attacked… didn’t help against Nightmare Moon, Sombra, Chrysalis, Tirek or even Starlight… I wonder where starlight is at this point.. but I know you will help me in finding peace…” Pinkie said softly before unsheathing the blade, examining the edge as her reflection in the blade showed a depressed mare that had critically injured her best friend and possibly killing her. “E… Everypony… please… forgive me….” Pinkie pie said while she wept before bringing the blade to her neck before slashing the muscle, going deep enough to do the job. Pinkie began to choke on her own blood as she couldn’t breathe from the injury, in her fleeting moments she weakly prayed for forgiveness before closing her eyes and the switchblade fell beside her as blood pooled around the body of pinkie pie.

Present time Fluttershy stood infront of her coffee table, hiding the spot where she was nearly robbed of her freedom and where she finally had spoken to someone about her trauma after so many years of keeping it bottled up inside her but her fear of dragons did not need to be told, if she talked about it she might be called a interspecies whore and that was a fate much more crueler that what swoon did.
