After scamming the residents of Ponyville in a long series of house flipping, Anon is forced to buy property outside of Ponyville.

He purchases a supposedly haunted house in the Everfree. With the help of Twilight and Rainbow Dash, the three work to fix the house and meet his deadline of a week.
