After the cold winds swept a baby carriage to the doorstep of Canterlot Castle, King Solaris (Princess Celestia) and Princess Luna notice something rather unusual about the foal. Not only did this foal have a horn, but also bared wings too! When her brother insists the foal be cared for at Small Hope's Orphanage, Princess Luna objects before offering to raise the foal herself.

Unable to keep his sister from backing down, Solaris grants her permission to raise the infant... even if she doesn't realize the mess she's about to get herself into.
