Author's Note

This Chapter is HEAVALY Themed around AuroraDawn's Rainbow Factory and Pegasus Device, You don't need to read them, but I would recommend it.

Chapter 2

Hours after going to bed they open their eyes as they hear an alarm clock suddenly wake them up ”Ughh.... why'd that wake me up.... it's so.... early...” said scootaloo, groaning out in fatigue as they try to find the source of the blaring alarm, they find and read a slip of paper that was near the alarm, seeing that the boss apparently wants to see them.

They sigh as they get up from the bed “Great.... I guess I gotta go see them.... I wonder what they want from me....” after leaving and making their way to the elevator that leads to the boss's room, the admin waits as they hold a few files “So I guess the boss wants to see me right...? Do you know why they want to, or is it just some random reason?”

The admin nods “yes, yes, I do, they're not here at the moment after the Giovanni incident in Mulple the boss is rebuilding the castle, so I'm here to give you the list of missions the boss put on you.”

“Well... that makes sense, I suppose... alright then... show me these ‘missions’ then...” Scootaloo is then given a set of 5 missions.

“Feel free to do them in any order, if it helps, I marked them with numbers, the higher the number the more difficult it is.”, looking down at them, Scootaloo reads through each one.

“Alright... what happens if I fail?” Scootaloo asks the admin.

They smirk “well then, someone more competent will do it and probably complete it”

” I see.... and if some of them take a long time, how long do I have to do them? you guys are not expecting me to do them within just a single day are you?”

“HELL NO, some of my missions took months, so that's how much time you have.”

Scootaloo sighs relived “Oh thank Celestia.... I'd be screwed if I'd had to finish them all within a single day....”

“However, if you can complete all of them by the end of the week, I'll give you info on where sweetie belle was, is or where they're going.”

Scootaloo’s eyes widen “Seriously? Alright then.... you got yourself a deal.... I'll finish all of these missions by the end of the week and then hopefully you'll tell me what you know about my friend Sweetie Belle...”

“I can give you more than info, but first Complete the tasks”

“Alright then.... I'll complete each mission as soon as I can and then get the info you have on my friend....”

And with that, she quickly rushes off and looks back down at the missions in their hooves, analyzing each one carefully and looking at each one's specific details, trying to figure out the easiest one to do first but looking at them, three out of the five were just short chores “These three missions don't seem so hard.... I wonder how the other two are?” looking at them, they were labelled; 'The Factory of Rainbows' and 'The princess of magic' “A factory of rainbows? and... the princess of magic?” They pause for a moment before ultimately deciding that they are going to go to the Factory of Rainbows first for their first mission, wanting to get it out of the way as soon as they can.

Reading the mission description, it went as so: 'There is a factory that seems to be harvesting something called Spectra to create rainbows, however the ways they get this Spectra involves living Pegasus, we have sent repeated notes requesting the shutdown of the factory, however they have not listened and as such will pay the price, your mission is to kill the one leading the factory and destroy it...'

“Wha-.... they're using Pegasus's to gain some...... Spectra? and this. Spectra is used to create rainbows? seriously? that's just.... gross, and wrong” May as well open a portal to get there faster “Alright... here goes nothing...”

Using their wings she opens up a portal to what looks like the generator room and fly though the portal “Alright... I'm here now.... now to find who the hell is running this entire place and deal with them...” thinking they should cut the power, she looks over at the generator and see the giant off-switch on it, noticing that it's pretty obvious the off-switch controls the power in here "I mean.... yeah probably.... since this whole place runs on generator power...."

They walk over to the giant off-switch and flip it, cutting the power from the entire factory, the place goes dark, and they look around before beginning to speak to themselves “Well alright then.... the place is now dark.... so... where is the person that runs this entire place?”

Scootaloo pauses as they hear the hoof steps getting closer, their ear's shifting around as she tries to identify where they are coming from “Hmmm.... someone's coming....” -They look at the person as they approach, watching as they are holding what appears to be a flashlight- “Judging by that flashlight they have... they look like some normal employee or guard in this factory.... probably not the person I'm looking for.” They watch as they watch the Pegasi move over to the generator, seeing them reach for the giant on-switch, likely intending to turn the power back on, she thinks to themself again “Yeah... definitely just some normal employee or guard.... and one very stupid one at that”

She thinks to herself for a moment before ultimately concluding that just a single swift blow would definitely work “No point in drawing this out anymore.... I'll deal with this person quickly... so I can hopefully find who runs this entire place....” They suddenly and swiftly hit the Pegasi in the head with an incredible blunt force, a loud thud being heard as it connects, the hit having more than enough force behind it to kill them and not even break the skin, the Pegasi collapsing to the ground shortly after getting hit.

“Alright.... one person down.... now to try and find the person that's actually in charge of this entire place.” she looks outside the generator room and spots a few; 50 Pegasi with flashlights looking for what cut the power, in this case her “Damnit.... they're sending out a search party.... and there's quite a lot of them too.... Judging by how many there are.... trying to take them all on in a fight is absolutely not an option.... so.... I'll probably have a better chance to sneak past them into the main part of the factory....”

Scootaloo slowly and silently exit the generator room, being mindful enough to try to stay in the shadows and out of the lights of the flashlights from the herd of Pegasi as they slowly start to sneak away, she continues to sneak through the main room, looking all around her at the tubes of color, noting the place is barley and mostly dark, with the only bit of light illuminating the entire place coming from those tubes “....what is with all those tubes?....”

Suddenly a voice calls out from behind "Who are you and what're you doing here!"

“Who I am is not important.... what IS important is that I'm here to shut this entire place down....”

"Shut this place down eh? Well your dream of shutting us down will never happen as long as I'm around"

“Is that so?.... well sorry to break it to you.... but it's not up to you whether or not this place gets shut down.... the one who sent me here to shut this place down out ranks you entirely....”

"O.. outranks me? That's not possible, I have the highest authority in this factory."

“Well.... guess what?.... the one who sent me here outranks you, they can absolutely do whatever they want, and you can't do a single thing about it.....”

"When I find out whoever sent you here, I'm going to kick their ass!"

"Oh really?.... and you think you could kick THEIR ass?.... no.... you couldn't.... you just don't stand a single chance against them.... in fact, you don't stand a chance against me either...."

"I don't stand a chance against you either? How about we test that theory."

"Oh really?.... you really think you could even touch me?.... I doubt you could land a single hit if you tried...."

"Try me, I bet you can't hit me either. I'm one of the fastest fliers in Equestria after all."

"You're one of the fastest fliers in Equestria huh?.... well then... lets test that theory...."

The boss of this factory spread their wings and gets into an attack ready stance "Try me, I've been doing this for a long time I already know your next move."

"Oh I highly doubt that.... you don't know what I'm going to do at all...."

"Oh yeah? Then what're you gonna do then huh? I bet I can dodge it."

“Alright.... then if you're so damn cocky.... lets see you dodge this....” Scootaloo yells shooting herself forwards, aiming to tackle their target straight to the ground, however, they dodge and swiftly flies around them and in front of Scootaloo.

"You call that fast? I could dodge you any day. Try again."

"You just got lucky.... and I'm not gonna go easy on you now...."

"Then don't, fight me with all you got. I bet you can't even land a single hit on me."

"Oh yeah?... how bout I make you eat those words right now?"

"Try me! You're going to fail miserably, and you know it."

"I'll make you regret ever saying that....." Once more Scootaloo goes on the attack, shooting forward again and going for another attempt at knocking them to the ground but yet again they dodge.

"Missed me once again. Is that really all you got? I'm getting bored just dodging."

“Oh yeah? then how bout you stop dodging and actually counterattack for once?!”

"You asked for it" The stranger said before charging towards Scootaloo and tackling them to the ground.

“AGH!” Scootaloo screamed in pain.

"I told you that you couldn't land a single hit on me." They taunted.

“Damnit.... I almost had to you....”

"You almost had me? You were nowhere even close to getting me, you were never going to hit me."

"Oh really?.... well you say I was never gonna hit you huh? Well, what if I do this then...." Scootaloo uses her wing to STAB the Pegasus.

"AGH! What the...the hell!?…"

Scootaloo smirks “Too easy...” they knock the Pegasus off them “Looks like I got you now....”

"N..no fair, you played dirty and distracted me."

"Did I?.... or is it just that you just dropped your guard too easily?...."

"I will admit that I did lower my guard, but I had you pinned down. You only managed to get free because of that cheap shot."

"Eh, guess that's your fault then.... you were so focused on pinning me to the ground that you didn't even pay attention to my wings...."

"Yeah yeah yeah, I get it, you got the better of me. But that still was a dirty move and you know it!"

"Well you should have had some more backup plans instead of focusing on a single thing...."

"I did have backup plans, I just didn't expect you to play so dirty"

"Well don't expect your enemies not to play dirty in a fight.... always prepare for anything and everything.... that's one of the main things to keep in mind when in a fight...."

"...yeah yeah I know that already. I just didn't expect you to actually attack while I had you pinned to the ground. I had the upper hand; you really had no chance of winning but instead you stabbed me with your wing!"

"I'm not just gonna let you pin me down like that and not try and do anything about it.... you should have at least tried to do something to keep me unable to attack... like pinning my wings or something...."

"I was too focused on trying to keep you pinned so you wouldn't escape. I didn't think you would resort to such a cheap move like that. When you have your enemy pinned the last thing you expect them to do is suddenly stab you with their wing!"

"It's not a 'cheap' move.... your just a bit too much of a dumbass...."

"Excuse you?! I am not a dumbass! I was seconds away from pinning your ass to the ground, how was I supposed to know you were going to resort to a cheap ass tactic like that?! I was simply surprised, that's all, I was not being a dumbass!"

“Oh? Did I hit your ego somewhere?.... I seem to have struck a nerve with my 'cheap' shot.... heh, thought you'd be better at a fight than this....” Scootaloo taunts.

"My fighting skills are perfectly fine! I'm probably the best damn flyer in all of Equestria! I'm just not used to people fighting dirty like that! Most fights I've had don't have cheap shots like that!"

"Yeah sure... I totally believe that you have the best flight skills in all of Equestria." Sarcastically said Scootaloo

"How DARE you question my flying skills! They're the best in all of Equestria!! I'm probably the fastest and most skilled flyer out there! Name me one person with better skills!"

"Rainbow Dash? Spitfire? Sky Stinger? Literally any flyer that's more known then you?"

"I'll admit Spitfire is a great flyer. I mean she's the damn wonderbolt captain for Celestia's sake! But I'm just as good as her! And Sky Stinger?! Seriously?! He's a poser! He thinks he's the best flyer but he's nowhere near as good as me!! He's a complete joke!"

“...and what about Rainbow Dash? And Sky Stinger may think he's the best flyer in the world, but he's still better than you in the end....”

"Did you not hear what I said? I'm JUST as good as Spitfire and I'm a hell of a lot better than that wannabe Sky Stinger! In fact he doesn't stand a chance against me! I bet I could make him eat his own words once and for all!"

"Alright, alright, I get you're probably as good as Spitfire.... but what about Rainbow Dash? You still haven't said anything about her..."

"Are you stupid or something? Did you not hear me say that I'm JUST as good as Spitfire? That also includes myself as well, Rainbow Dash. I'm my own damn self! Are you questioning my own flying abilities now?!? You must be a complete dumbass and that's saying something because I can be a huge dumbass myself, but you're clearly on a whole new level!"

"No you dumbass, I mean Rainbow Dash the flying, cloud moving, rainbow making, weather pony. That Rainbow Dash.... the one that's better than you."

"I feel I'm having a brain aneurysm right now from all this stupid talk. You DO realize that I AM Rainbow Dash right? Like you know, the same pegasus that controls the weather, can move clouds? That whole flying, super speed thing? The very pegasus that's standing right in front of you!"

Scootaloo freezes, completely stunned and in shock at what they've just heard, silently standing there for a moment trying to process what she had just been told, trying to fully understand in her head what's going on. After a solid minute, they slowly regain their speech and, after struggling for a few seconds, finally speak “w-wait.... WHAT?!”

"Oh, for the love of- are you seriously this dense? I am Rainbow Dash! The very same Rainbow Dash that controls the weather, has super speed, does the weather and cloud work? Is that making sense to your thick skull yet?"

"B-but.... b-but you can't be Rainbow Dash.... you just can't...."

"And why the hell not? What makes you think that I'm not Rainbow Dash? What is it that is making that hard for this to sink into your head? Is there a reason you can't seem to comprehend that I am in fact Rainbow Dash? This really shouldn't be that hard to understand!"

"I-I-I don't know, it just... doesn't make sense.... y-you can't actually be Rainbow D-Dash. You just... can't!"

"Why are you finding this so hard to understand? What is it that you can't seem to grasp about this? My name is Rainbow Dash! I am THE Rainbow Dash! I'm the most talented, coolest Pegasus that ever-stepped hoof on this planet! And I'm right in front of you! What's so hard to believe about this!?"

"Y-y-you s-s-simply c-can't be Rainbow D-Dash. Y-you j-j-just can't! Y-you c-can't actually be t-the p-pony I have a-always looked u-up to. It can't be p-poss-possible!"

"What is so impossible about this? What exactly does NOT make this possible in your head? I am in fact the one and only Rainbow Dash! If you've looked up to me so much you should at least have enough common sense to realize that the pegasus you've been talking to this whole time IS IN FACT ME! How is this too complicated for you to understand!?"

"B-b-because y-you're R-Rainbow D-Dash! My i-idol, m-my h-hero, t-the p-p-pony in c-charge of t-the weather! I-I-I c-can't b-be h-h-having a c-casual c-conversation w-with y-you!"

"Your... idol... Your hero.... and you're having a casual conversation with me?... You sound a lot like Absentia...Wait, you've sounded familiar to me this WHOLE time! But I didn't realize it until just now! You REALLY sound like a certain small Orange Pegasus! I can't believe I didn't realize this sooner until now!"

Scootaloo's body told her to run, to run as much as she could “W-what... do you mean I s-sound familiar...?”

"I'm suddenly realizing how STUPID I've been to have not realized it. It's so obvious but it took me this long to realize it. I can't believe it didn't hit me sooner! You sound like...little ol' Scootaloo!"

At this point, Scootaloo’s hole body is telling her to run “H-how... did you figure out... w-who I a-am...?”

Rainbow Dash smirks at Scootaloo "How could I not notice it? You sounded oddly familiar to me this whole time, and now I know it's because you sound like a young Scootaloo! You must be Alternate Universe or a younger version of her!"

Scootaloo’s Body was just YELLING at her to run, The sound of their own heartbeat pounding in their ears, they silently turn around and BOLTED as fast they can fly away from Rainbow Dash, feeling complete fear and terror take over their body, their mind panicking and filled with the thought they need to get away as far and as fast as they can.

"HEY! GET BACK HERE, WE'RE NOT DONE!"

They continue running, almost on the verge of tears from how terrified they are after being exposed. They can hear Rainbow Dash screaming behind them, demanding they come back, but they keep running as fast as they can. They don't want to think about what's going to happen if they get caught by her, as she runs away, she hears something CRASH through the wall, but she doesn't dear to look back.

They go deeper and deeper into the factory, until she hopes she lost them, They look behind them, trying to see if Rainbow Dash is behind them or following them, and when they don't see her behind them, they start to relax and breathe a bit, believing they've out run her, wandered around more, before entering a dark and wet room filled with more spectra mixing tanks... and a chained up pegasus.

"H-Hello? I-Is that y-you m-m-miss d-dash?" the pegasus whimpered.

Scootaloo’s eyes dart around the room, the sight of the chain up Pegasus in the corner of their vision, when suddenly they suddenly hear a voice from the corner of the room asking if they're Ms. Dash. she takes a step towards the Pegasus, speaking back slowly "N-no, I'm not Rainbow Dash..."

“Y-You aren't?”

"N-no, I'm not. I'm... someone else..."

"Someone else? W-who are you then?"

"...I shouldn't say my name... not here. W-who are you?"

"My... My name is Absentia..."

"...Absentia... that's an unusual name... How long have you been chained up like this..?"

"T-to be honest, I d-don't know... A few y-years?"

"....You've been chained up for YEARS like this...? How...? How are you still alive...?"

"W-well... Rainbow D-Dash k-keeps me... Alive... And... D-drains me of my s-s-spectra frequently..."

"....She's been draining you of your spectra frequently...?"

"Y-yeah... I-it feels horrible... It feels like my s-soul is being pulled from my b-body..."

"....How often does Rainbow Dash come here to drain you.....?"

"Usually o-once a-a day... S-sometimes twice, i-if she's feeling m-mad at me..."

"....Is it.... painful when she does that.... to you...?"

"Y-yeah... It a-always hurts... S-so much... It feels like a-a- a huge part of me is being... T-taken..."

"....How long has she been....taking your spectra for..?"

"L-like I said... A few y-years... S-seven, or eight... I can't keep track a-anymore..."

"O-oh.... oh god..... seven or eight years... Oh god... h-how are you still alive.... how are you not broken and shattered after all this...?"

"T-trust me... I am b-broken... C-completely and-and utterly broken... I-If I had a-a-a choice... I-I would l-leave this h-hell hole..."

As Scootaloo listens to Absentia speak, admitting that she is completely broken from being chained up down here and being torn of her spectra every day for seven or eight years, they start feeling even more horror and pity; of course she is broken down after all that, all that pain and torment would break anypony... A feeling of anger slowly starts to fill their chest at how Rainbow Dash could possibly do this, slowly running their hoof down the chain as they speak quietly "I.... god.... how could she do this to you....”

The Rainbow dash she knew would never had done this, but this rainbow dash was a monster, one she was sent to kill but let her fear overwhelm her, one she should have killed right there and then… but even then, Absentia would still be down here, chained up, A feeling builds in them of guilt, knowing they should have killed Rainbow Dash right then and there, should have prevented her from doing this, but they were overcome with fear and their courage broke... They feel their body suddenly tensing up, as if realizing what they should be doing, and they slowly raise their wings, getting ready to cut the chains around Absentia.

They feel their heart race and beat faster, as if their body was telling them to just do it, cut the chains and free Absentia, to free her from the torment of her spectra being torn from her by Rainbow Dash and being chained up and held prisoner in this dark factory for YEARS Without another thought, and knowing there's no going back now after they cut the chains, they raise their wing and swiftly slice through the chains around Absentia's neck and hoofs, the metal links snapping and falling to the ground with a loud clatter, the Pegasus suddenly free from the chains.

"Y-you... You freed me...?"

".... Yes, I-I have.... Y-you're free now.... You're not chained up anymore...."

"I... I'm free? W-I no longer h-have to live in this h-hell hole...? N-no more Rainbow D-Dash?"

"...Y-yes, you're free.. You're free from this hell hole... F-from this factory... A-and free from Rainbow Dash...."

"I... I m-mean, I don't h-have t-to worry a-about being b-beaten a-anymore? T-tortured, a-and h-hurt?"

"N-no, you don't have to worry-” -but before Scootaloo could Finnish, rainbow dash tries to open the door- “oh no... she's trying to open the door...."

Rainbow dash SLAMS the door open; she sees both Scootaloo, and hiding behind them was Absentia "Oh no... I don't believe it... YOU FREED ABSENTIA!?"

"Y-yes, I did.... I freed Absentia from her chains.... I'm not letting you hurt her-"

"You... you freed Absentia! The prisoner that we've been torturing for 7 whole years! The one pony we've been draining spectra from! And you actually freed her! Are you completely mental or what!?"

"I freed her because she deserves to be free! You're the one who has been keeping her chained up and tormenting her for SEVEN YEARS!"

"You just don't get it do you? Absentia is a criminal that deserves all the pain and suffering we've put her through! Not to mention she could expose our entire factory and all our hard work! She's too dangerous to be left free!"

"You're the one who doesn't get it... She isn't dangerous! She's been chained up for SEVEN YEARS, only used to be drained of her spectra and beaten! She's DONE NOTHING TO YOU AND YOU JUST TORMENT HER!" They feel the anger in their chest bubble, a huge feeling of rage starting to fill their mind, as if they should just take the chance and kill Rainbow Dash right now, make her pay for everything she's done to Absentia by hurting and tormenting her for seven years.... Scootaloo feels herself starting to step closer.

"I don't get it. I DON'T GET IT!? I've spent SEVEN LONG YEARS working on this project and all the hard work we've done! If Absentia gets away she can ruin EVERYTHING that we've worked for! And you just come in and release her from her containment! WHY!? What makes you so convinced that she's so innocent and harmless!?"

"SHE IS NOT DANGEROUS! SHE IS NOT A OBJECT! SHE HAS DONE NOTHING BUT SUFFER FOR SEVEN YEARS BECAUSE OF YOU... BECAUSE OF YOU!"

"Absentia is nothing but an experiment! That's all she is! A test subject! There's nothing more to her! She's an object that must be tested on and experimented on for the sake of science! We do this FOR THE GREATER GOOD! You think she deserves to be free!? After everything she's done!? That we've done!? Just how STUPID could you possibly be to think that releasing a criminal is acceptable!?"

"You.... YOU'RE A MONSTER!" and in a moment of blind rage, she slices into Rainbow Dash’s side.

"GAH!! Did... did you just cut me... with your WING!?"

"I did just cut you! And I'll do it again! This is ALL your fault! Everything! You hurt Absentia for SEVEN YEARS! You kept her chained up and used her only as a test subject and experiment, all for your sick experiments! You say that it's for the GREATER GOOD!? I don't CARE about what the 'greater good' is when your clearly a MONSTER! You are a monster! You don't care about Absentia or what you have done to her! All you care about is your sick, twisted experiments and what you think is the 'greater good'! I can't let someone like YOU continue to be alive!" Then, still enraged, they SLICE their wing down at Rainbow Dash.

"AGAGH!" Rainbow Dash stumbles back in pain "You... you're a complete idiot... you really can't see I'm doing this for the greater good! That this is... necessary...!"

Scootaloo sees Rainbow Dash try to speak, but the rage and anger in their chest is too much, and they don’t care what she has to say, it won't make a difference, all they care about is getting rid of her, they raise their wing and cut their wing down again at Rainbow Dash, their eyes glaring with rage.

"Agh... dammit... stop...!"

They hear Rainbow Dash start to beg, but they ignore it, they don't care what she has to say, they just want to finish her off and get rid of her once and for all, they raise their wing again, about to cut their wing down on Rainbow Dash, as they glare down at her... They glare down at the pegasus, seeing her eyes widen in terror as she starts begging them to stop, that she is sorry, but they don't listen, the rage and anger in their chest is too much and they know what they have to do... "SHUT UP!"

Scootaloo slices their wing down as they glare at Rainbow Dash, their eyes filled with blood rage, rage and anger… They finally finish the deed, and they see and watch as Rainbow's body lays limp on the floor... she turns to look at Absentia, still covering her face with her hoofs, not realizing that Rainbow Dash is now dead... They walk over to her slowly carefully, their wings slowly lowering as they gently speak "...It's all over now... She's gone..."

"A-are you... S-sure?"

"....Yes... I'm sure.... She won't hurt you ever again..."

Absentia spots the body of rainbow dash "She- she's... D-dead?"

"...Yes... She's dead... She won't ever hurt you again..."

They stay quiet for a bit, before sobbing "Y-You saved me... You s-saved m-me... A-after seven or e-eight years of suffering, a-abuse, and h-hell... You s-saved me..."

They still have to get out, something as easy as getting in, "Yes... I have... But we're not done... We still have to get out of here..."

“H-How are we g-going to g-get out?”

"Don't worry. I know the perfect way to get us out of this place..."

"Y-you do?"

"Yes. We're going to get out of here... I promise you..." Scootaloo slowly lifts her wing off Absentia's shoulder, walking over to the side of the room and raising their wing, ready to make a portal back to base.. In a single, calm, and powerful movement, they slice their wing down and a rift in space and time appears, a portal opening in front of them

"W-wha- What is that?"

"That is a portal... it'll lead us down to the base..."

"W-we're going into the p-portal?"

Scootaloo nods her head and give's Absentia a pat on the back "Yes. We are. And I'll be with you the whole way down. I promise..."

"O-okay... S-so... W-we just... W-walk through it?"

"Yes. That's all we have to do. We just have to walk through. And I promise you... It'll be safe..."

Absentia nods before walking through the portal, Scootaloo following from behind. the portal led to a simple, colourful room, mostly filled with plushies, a lot of plushies.

“W-where... A-are we...?”

Genuinely, Scootaloo had little idea, she knew this was the base.... just not were in the base they are... "We're in the base... Just, not sure what part of the base we are..."

Absentia then went to a pile of plushies, and immediately started rubbing her hoof against them. Then the elevator dinged and the brown hair admin walks through,

"Welcome back" he said welcoming Scootaloo back.

"Where are we?" asked Scootaloo.

"One of many rooms made for... well interrogation with those who have trauma, or just a room to help with trauma"

"I see..."

"Anyways, we should talk about the... other pegasus in the room"

"What do you mean by that...?"

Scootaloo thinks for a moment, thinking of what this 'Psychodynamic therapy' is... but they don't remember the definition of it... So, they ask the admin a question in confusion... "Ah... what is... 'Psychodynamic therapy'...?"

"Mostly about talking in-depth about the external things I think"

"I see... that would be good for Absentia..." Scootaloo falls silent, thinking to themself... a new city... psychodynamic therapy... this... actually could be good for Absentia... "When will her transfer happen...?"

She nods her head and fall silent again as they think silently to themself... But... they still had one question... "Can I... visit her... when she's in the city...?"

"Hard to say, you might be allowed to go there after a few weeks, or a year"

Scootaloo, reluctantly nods her head, a bit disappointed that she MIGHT not be able to visit her new friend for a while, but also thankful that they MIGHT be able to see her after a while... they then look up and speak to the admin again "May I at least say goodbye to her...?"

They nod their head and take a step forward, seeing Absentia rubbing her hoof against the plushies in curiosity and confusion... "Absentia...?"

Absentia looks over at them, not pausing the rubbing of her hoof against the plushies “H-huh? What is it?”

"I... I have some news I want to tell you..."

She slowly stops rubbing her hoof against the plushies, and looks at them curiously, “What is it?”

Scootaloo pauses for a moment, "Well... I have some good... but also some bad... news..."

"Go on..."

"Good news... you're going to live in a new city..."

"R-really? T-that is good news..." she excitedly said.

"But... there is... bad news.... I... don't think... I'll be able to visit you... for a while..."

"Wh-what? W-why? W-what do you mean by... 'for a while'?"

"I... I don't think I will be able to visit you... for weeks or... even a year..." Scootaloo watches as the excitement drains from her face

"Absentia... I... I know this is scary... But... You're going to be okay... You're going to be safe... You're going to love the city... And I will visit you... Someday..."

Scootaloo reaches a hoof out and put it on her shoulder "Absentia... We... We may be apart... for a while... B-but you're not alone... You're going to meet a lot of other nice ponies in the city... I promise..."

"But... B-but... W-what if t-they're n-not nice? W-what if... W-what if..."

Scootaloo holds Absentia close and speak more comfortingly to her, "They will be nice to you... They will be kind to you... And they will love you..."

“H-how can you b-be sure?”

"I know they will be nice to you... They will be kind to you... You will meet other ponies who will love you just like I do..."

"I do love you... You're a very sweet and kind pony... I care about you... That's why... I promise... You will be okay in the city... I Promise..."

"O-okay... I-I'll trust you..."

Scootaloo smile at Absentia and pulls her into a hug, "Thank you for trusting me... I'll miss you..."

"I-I'll m-m-miss you too..."

"Absentia... promise me... Promise me you'll be safe...? Promise me you'll be okay in the city...?"

"I-I promise... I-I'll be s-safe... I-I'll be o-okay..."

"Good... t-thank you... and... please... promise me you won't forget about me...?"

Meanwhile in the background, the admin waits, slightly concerned.

Absentia just holds Scootaloo for a few more moments, before pulling back, and wiping the tears from her face "Wh-when... W-When do I g-go...?"

"...I... I think they're ready to take you now... they'll... take you to your new home now..."

"O-okay... I-I'm r-ready..."

"Okay... then... I guess... this is goodbye..."

"Y-yeah... I g-g-g-uess it is...."

The admin walks up and offers his hand to Absentia, "Here, Ill lead you to the pod that will take you to the city"

"Y-yeah... O-okay..."

he then leads her out of the room…

after a while the admin returns back to the room, Scootaloo turns their head and look at the admin as they walk back into the room, their heart feeling heavy in their chest as they quietly speak, sadness in their voice... "She's... gone, isn't she...?"

"Yep, she's going to the city"

"......How long will it take to get to the city...?"

"At most, 55 minutes"

"...How long do you think it will be before I can see her again...?"

"Hard to say, could be a week or two, or even a year"

"Do... you think she'll be okay...?"

they walk to the hallway and wait for Scootaloo "I bet 700thousand Bits she would be"

They follow the admin to the hallway, their heart feeling even heavier as they hear the admin's bet... they speak softly and sadly... "Well... I hope your bet is right..."

"Anyways... what did you mean when you said that you loved her, like what type?"

She pauses for a moment, the admin's question running through their head... they look down and gently kick the floor with a hoof, feeling their heartbeat faster as they speak slowly and shakily... admitting something that they hadn't realized until now... He looks away, pondering how he should explain it to her….

They pause for a moment, feeling a bit disappointed that the admin wants to change the subject and not talk about their feelings for Absentia... but nod their head anyway... "O-okay... what do you want to talk about...?"

"Anyways, take a rest, after all you are hurt"

"Yeah... I do feel kinda sore right now..."

"Great, take a shower to clean up that blood, take a nap and we'll talk about this tomorrow" Shadow somehow gets Scootaloo into her room, and close the door before she realized what even happened

Scootaloo was so focused on the talking and the events going on that she had no idea they were walked to their room... and when they realized they were alone in their room, they turn to look at the shower... They were honestly kinda gross and sore from the fight... so a shower wouldn’t be a bad idea... They walk over to the shower and start it up...

In a dark room, a bandaged pegasus laid before waking up, it was Rainbow dash "Ugh... my head... what... happened... where am I...?"

An old raspy voice spoke through the intercoms "So you're Finally Awake, how delightful..."

"Who... who's speaking? Where are you? What's going on...?"

"All will be explained to you in time, right now you are in a cell, in my lab deep below the earth's crust."

"A cell? Deep below the earth's crust? You mean to tell me I'm not in the Rainbow Factory? Then, who the hell kidnapped me and put me here?"

"Who kidnapped you? It was me I did....and Rainbow Factory? What a foolish name."

"You? You're the one who kidnapped me? And you think the Rainbow Factory is foolish!? This entire situation is insane! Why did you kidnap me!? Who even are you!?"

"Oh, how foolish of you to ask such meaningless questions. Well, to answer your question about myself. The name is Dr. Gero, and now that I've collected a sample of your blood. I will be using it for some... Personal projects."

"Goku? Who's Goku? And why him out of everyone? How does he have anything to do with you wanting to become more powerful than the gods?"

"Seriously you don't know who Goku is.... well, guess I am going to have to explain it. Goku is the savior of earth! He has been a pain in my ass ever since I was alive. He and his friends have been interfering with my plans, so that is why I plan on becoming more powerful than the gods, so I can KILL him."

The sound of a desk being slammed is heard over the intercoms “Shut Up!! You think I DON'T KNOW THAT!! I Know He's Stronger Than Me! That's Why I'M TRYING TO GET STRONGER!!!”

Dr Gero muttered to himself “Damn Pegasus won't keep his mouth shut.” He then sighs before activating the mute button on the intercom causing the video to be silent “Much better, now let's get started with the first part of the plan.”

Back in the cell Rainbow Dash Stands her ground "Well trying to become stronger than the gods sounds like a pretty extreme and stupid way to try and get stronger. What makes you so sure it'll even work? What if the gods are too strong for you to surpass? You're just gonna throw yourself at them headfirst and HOPE it works? great. He just turns off the intercoms and leaves me here. Just perfect...” This is all that retarded version of Scootaloo's fault she's here “Ugh... it's all her fault I'm here. If that idiot hadn't come into the Rainbow Factory and freed Absentia, none of this would've happened. She wouldn't have cut me, I wouldn't have fainted, and I wouldn't be locked up in a damn cell right now!" Someday she will get out, and when she dose. "I'm gonna get out of here... I don't know how, but I WILL get out. And when I do, I'm gonna make SURE that that pegasus pays for what she did to me..."
