Twilight Sparkle POV

Twilight hugged her little baby brother Spike, who she hatched from a dragons egg at as a test to get into Celestia’s school for gifted unicorn, and held him close to her as spike continued to cry. Twilight quickly nuzzled the little drake, smiling softly as then kissed his forehead even though the. Bandages over her eyes kept her from seeing Spike. “I’m ok Spike… I’m not going anywhere…” Twilight said as spike held her even tighter. Twilight tried to unfurl her wings but could not feel the bones in her not even could she feel the strength of an earth pony and worst of all her magic felt absolutely minuscule.

Twilight was very confused and scared at what was going on and getting rubbed Spikes back, terrifying her to an extreme degree. “S.. Spike your wings!!? W… what happened!?”

Spike pulled away from Twilight, making her feel that she was in danger. With a growl, twilight grabbed Spike’s neck and began to strangle him. “WHAT HAVE YOU DONE WITH SPIKE!?!?” Before Twilight could gain any information, the nurses and doctors rushed into the room and pulling Spike away from the psychotic patients attack. The doctors held her down as Spike was holding his throat, taking deep breaths as his mind went chaotic. Spike looked at the calendar, seeing the date.

“It’s been only three days after him…”

Spike Flasback

Spike was combing Twilights comatose mane, sighing softly as the same noise filled the room.

“Beep. Beep. Beep.”

Spike looked outside the window, seeing three flying masses flying in the sky, two blasting the third with magic as the third one spent a lot of the time dodging the blasts. With a soft shuffle of movement, Spike looked back at Twilight only to see a pair of eyes staring back at him “Gah!?!”

Twilight giggled at spike before sitting up. “Morning spike.” Spike looked at Twilight as she took off her oxygen mask before getting up and looking into a mirror. Twilight hummed as spike stared at her in absolute shock. It was an entire year from freeing Luna from Nightmare moon that had Celestia and Luna back in power and with the tragedy that happened prior to waking up for the first time. Spike went up to Twilight as she checked out her right eye, which was halfway back to its natural purple color, before her question brought Spike out of his silence.

“What happened…. Did… did we win…? Twilight as looked at the door before slowly walking towards the door, her legs trembling as the entire year that she was gone from being used. “Twilight wait! You just woke up from a coma!” Spike said as he started to rush up to her, feeling concerned as Twilight left the room. Only a second of Twilight leaving the room, the hallway exploded into shrapnel and a large tree had landed and blocked the doorway. Spike having blown back from the force of impact and hitting the wall with a sickening crunch. Spike weakly looked up at the sky, seeing the third figure in the sky to stone before being blown apart, before passing out.

Doctor Hooves POV

Doctor Hooves and the nurses were holding down Twilight Sparkle down to the bed, Hooves using an anesthetic filled syringe and injecting into Twilight. Twilight soon passed out and with the fear of her going ballistic again, they tied her forelegs to the bed frame before Doctor Hooves unwrapped the bandages off the patient. Many nurses gasp loudly as they see Twilights right eye, it was dark red iris with a dark green sciera while The left eye’s pupil was light white and cloudy while the sciera was normal before falling unconscious.

The nurses grab spike and rushed out as Doctor Hooves took a scroll in his dark green magic before writing in it, looking at her with his light brown eyes which shimmered dark blue before speaking. “Interesting~”

Hives Throne room

Chrysalis was looking trough a bunch of papers that had enough information on Canterlot defense’s and the list of any royals that could be good ally’s to their new ruling. Upon going through the paperwork, Chrysalis eyes widen as her eyes saw a name that made her grin evilly. Quietly reading the information, Chrysalis knew that she must have this one to herself.

Patient name: Twilight “Nebula” Sparkle
Age: 22
Sex: Female
Sexuality: N/A
Virginity: taken. during extensive data in using magic to examine the extent of damage, the patient lost hers at a young age. Possibly at best of between fifteen or eighteen and the worse of before ten years old.
Family: Velvet Sparkle (Mother), Night Light (Father), Shinning Armor (Sister?), Spike (Adopted), no known aunts or uncles, no known cousins, a descendent of Clover the Kind (twenty-fifth genration)
Education: Former pupil to Princess Celestia, graduated from school of gifted unicorns.
Personality: blunt, to the point
Medical: OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder) High when given challenges to prove herself. Prone to Anxiety attacks when logic is not present or otherwise functioning correctly. Light bite marks on neck, above her mare parts. Right eye’s pupil is blood red with a green sceria while Left eye’s pupil is a swirl of grey and white while her sceria is currently fine.
Diseases: (Cured) Syphilis, gotten around seven years old. Subject is still at large for who gave her disease.
Numb Lava (Read at your own peril)

Chrysalis looked at the paper again, reading the diseases again. Her own heart squeezing with guilt that this poor foal grew up from being raped and their rapist was still out there. Chrysalis wasn’t good in anyway sense or even morally but rape was never allowed within her hive or when gathering love, if it was the partner to want that as the infiltrator was posing as their partner then it was fine even her own could do that if both parties were consenting to it, and it made her sick to her stomach.

“Drones!” Chrysalis called out, getting the attention of all nearby changelings. Prepare for our invasion of Canterlot and… find this Twilight Sparkle and keep an eye on her. The drone saluted as they scattered around, ready for the invasion.

Twilight Sparkles POV

Twilight blinked slowly before sitting up in a panic with eyes wide. In front of her was a group of ponies that was immediately recognizable. From the right to the left were; An orange mare wearing a cowboy hat, Applejack; A butter coat Pegasus, Fluttershy; A pure white unicorn with a purple mane, Rarity; A small mulberry colored bipedal dragon with very dark bruise on their neck , Spike.

Twilight felt her heart squeeze in her chest when her eyes fell on Spike, her little brother. Twilight had attacked him when her mind thought of him as a changeling that might have been an unreformed one that was using his form to steal love meant for her lil brother. As Twilight looked at Spike for a solid minute before somepony flapped up to left side before shouting at her ear.

“What were you thinking egghead!? You hurt Spike!!!”

Twilight began to stutter out a response before the voice continued.

“If this is how you treat your family then you do not deserve to be anywhere near him!”

Twilight looked to her left and saw a furious, light blue pegasus with a rainbow mane, Rainbow Dash. With her eyes wide in shock it was a southern accent that final sealed the news into her head.

“I’m sorry sugarcube but… until you are right in the head… you are being forbidden from going anywhere near Spike…”

Twilight looked at Applejack in shock, feeling completely helpless and lost. “N… no… I… I didn’t…-”

Fluttershy quickly flew into Twilight’s faze, going muzzle to muzzle before being subjected to Fluttershy’s stare before getting yelled out. “BUT NOTHING! You put your hooves on a baby dragon! You will not get anywhere near him! FO YOU UNDERSTAND!?” Twilight recoiled in fear from being lectured from her friend, Fluttershy. “He will be staying with me until you can be trusted. Even then Spike will never go back to you!”

Twilights eyes widen before looking down into her hooves, completely shutting down her environment. A few more words were said but Twilight couldn’t care for it. When a hoof gently grasp her shoulder, making her look up and focus on her surroundings. Her friends were gone, spike was gone and she couldn’t why she did that, even if the changelings were stealing her love it didn’t mean that she had to outright attack him.

“Ms Sparkle..”

Twilight looked up and to her left, seeing Doctor Hooves looking at her with sympathy.

“I’m sorry Ms Sparkle but assault is not acceptable, even if it was unintentional but it happened. I wish I had good news but I have more bad news…. Your left eye is cloudy and unless you get eye surgery you will be blind on your left eye forever…”

Twilight gasped, her left eye being cloudy was a thought of a still tired eye but the doctor brought more news.

“Your right eye has suffered something that has changed it entirely and we don’t know what… but thankfully you are able to go home today.”

Twilight nodded slowly, completely lost in her misery as the doctor helped her up and, with a few minutes of practice, got her walking. They walked to the front, along the way a couple of nurses and patients that were out were giving her a dirty glare. Twilight ignored them as they reached the front desk, twilight looked up and saw nurse RedHeart looking at her with a blank expression. Before twilight could ask, Doctor Hooves spoke up.

“The crown paid for both the damages to the hospital and your medical bills but I must warn you Ms Twilight..”

Twilight looked at the doctor, to hear his warning. But her eyes widened as her life was absolutely over.

“Ms Sparkle, due to the raw magic the elements caused.. you had suffered a massive horn blowout, completely destroying your horn and to make matters worse… you were unable to stay a Princess Celestia’s private pupil…”

Twilight’s eyes widen as everything was taken from her: Spike, her friends, her place by Celestias side and her magic. What’s next her brother?

“And Captain Shining Armor is coming down to see you, he is already updated on the situation.”

Twilight backed away from them, her heart beating quickly as her mental trauma began to return to her in a flood of memories. Twilight ran out of the hospital despite the cry’s of the doctor asking her to stop. Twilight ran quickly towards Ponyville before disappearing.

Doctor Hooves POV

After Twilight disappeared into the town and calming down the nurses, Doctor Hooves slowly walked to the train station, signing softly as his mind worked in knots. Softly speaking to himself.

“Ms sparkle panicked into running away, must be all the stress but why would she run from Shining Armor, her own older brother and the records say that they were close. But what concerned him was how terrified she was, her body reeked with absolute fear which was very odd.”

After reaching the station, the train had arrived there and opened up. A tall white stallion with different shade of blue hair walked out the train, dressed in an officer uniform. The stallion looked at the doctor before walking up to meet him.

“Where is my sister..?”

Shinning Armor said coldly before looking towards Ponyville. Hooves gulped before responding. “She left the hospital today and towards town. Spike is in care with our resident Fluttershy….”

“Good~”

Shinning armor said before walking into the small town, letting off the scent of lust. Hooves didn’t understand why he was having such lust, till he could read his emotions. His eyes wide he finally understood why she was terrified.

Shinning Armor fucked his sister…! No pony knew how long it was going but now theirs a reason why the creep wasn’t caught… She feared for her life and her mentality…
