SHE HAS BEEN TALKING ABOUT IT FOR ALMOST A YEAR NOW!
Anon sat at the lunch table in the nearest corner all by himself. He did not have many friends, but that was fine — he liked being by himself. It was time to focus on his thoughts.
He finished up his tuna sandwich and put an earbud in to listen to some of his favorite music from Michael Jackson. As he sat there vibing to it, he would hear the cafeteria doors burst open as someone boastfully shouted to the whole lunch room.
"I HAVE RETURNED!"
An audible groan came from all parts of the cafeteria. Anon on the other hand rolled his eyes and turned up his music before putting the other bud in. He did not want to listen to the devil speak, although he did keep alert. He watched as the bitch of sunburns walked around each table, trying to entice the people at each one in some way, but today was different from all the others. He saw Sunset walking his way.
You've got to be shitting me right now.
Sunset walked up to Anon's table and took a seat at it. She looked back at him with a shit-eating grin. Anon watched as she said something to him, though he couldn't hear it through the music blaring in his ears. He watched as Sunset tried again to speak with him but did not respond. After that attempt, he saw her get annoyed and watched as she suddenly used both of her hands and clapped the sides of his ears, pushing his earbuds deep into his ears. He screamed in pain before she instead ripped them away.
"I SAID GOOD MORNING, MR.CREEPY!"
Anon rubbed his ears, but the pain was fading away as quickly as it came.
Sunset smirked before standing up on the table and addressing the whole cafeteria.
"SEE, FOLKS, THIS SAD SACK OF A MAN IS HOPELESS! HE CAN'T DO ANYTHING RIGHT, JUST LETS THE WORLD PUSH HIM OVER! HONESTLY, IT’S A TRAGEDY FOR THIS POOR FOOL. BUT IF YOU ALL VOTE FOR ME, I WILL MAKE SURE PLIGHTS LIKE HIM ARE EXPUNGED FROM HERE—"
Anon slammed his hands against the table as he stared down Sunset, who now looked back at him in confusion.
"FIRST OF ALL, GET YOUR CRUSTY SHOES OFF MY TABLE!”
Multiple whispers and gasps were heard around the cafeteria.
"I was not familiar with Anon's game, y’all." was said from somewhere in the cafeteria.
"SECOND OF ALL, YOU DON'T KNOW ME, SO DON'T START MAKING THINGS UP WITH THAT WHORE MOUTH OF YOURS!"
The cafeteria was starting to heat up as full-blown conversations were now being heard.
"YYOOOO, ANON IS PUTTING HER ON BLAST!"
"And here I was thinking that man was a pushover."
"YES, TELL HER HOW IT IS!"
"AND THIRD OF ALL, YOU NEED TO STOP YAPPING ABOUT THIS DAMN DANCE. NO ONE GIVES NOT ONE, NOT TWO, AND DEFINITELY NOT THREE SHITS AS TO IF YOU WIN. YOU HAVE BEEN GOING ON AND ON ABOUT HOW—" Anon cleared his throat as he began to mimic Sunsets voice. " 'ONCE I HAVE THE CROWN, I WILL BE UNSTOPPABLE AND RULE THIS SCHOOL WITH AN IRON FIST'. LIKE WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT?!" Sunset could only stare at Anon in disbelief before she started giggling to herself.
"WOW! Anon, I never knew you had balls down there. Here's the thing though…" Anon kept staring Sunset down, not even realizing the incoming attack. He was hit in the face with a boot as he stumbled into the wall. "I COULD NOT GIVE TWO SHITS ON WHAT YOU OF ALL PEOPLE HAVE TO SAY!"
Anon recovered as he saw that Sunset had already gotten off the table and was walking away.
"I have better things to do than argue with you, I have got to go put up posters in the parking lot. See ya, loser."
With a final flip-off directed towards Anon, she was out of the cafeteria. Anon grit his teeth as he stormed to the center table and stood on its surface.
"ALRIGHT, Y’ALL, I KNOW A LOT OF YOU GUYS DON'T KNOW A LOT ABOUT ME, OR THINK I AM SOME WEIRDO. I COULDN'T CARE ANY LESS ABOUT WHAT YOU THINK, BUT HERE IS THE THING: WE ALL HAVE A COMMON ENEMY AND IT’S THE FUCKER WHO THINKS SHE WILL BE THE NEXT PRESIDENT IF SHE WINS A DAMMN CROWN! SO FOLKS, HERES WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN. I AM GOING TO GO OUT THERE AND BEAT THE SHIT OUT OF HER SO HARD SHE WON'T BE ABLE TO STAND FOR A WEEK. AND WHETHER OR NOT YOU WANT TO WATCH TO SEE ME LOSE OR HER LOSE, I STILL COULD NOT CARE. ALL I ASK IS FOR Y'ALL TO RECORD THE MASSACRE THAT WILL OCCUR OUTSIDE.”
With that, Anon jumped down from the table and began walking to the outside entrance. Most of the students quickly followed suit as some stumbled over one another trying to catch up.
Rainbow Dash looked back at her friends with a smile on her face. "Guys, we have to go see it unfold."
"I don't know Dash, I don't like the sound of this." Applejack said.
“Y—”
"Yeah, what Fluttershy said, Dash." Pinkie Pie added, "Wait Fluttershy said something…? Did you guys hear her say anything?" Everyone at the table shook their heads. "I swear I heard a noise come from her. But, oh well, must have been the wind."
"Well, you guys can be wimps, because I wanna get a recording of it, and go viral!"
With that, Rainbow Dash ran out of the cafeteria to catch up with the rest.
Sunset finished putting up the last poster and nodded at her own handy work. She began to turn back to the entrance but saw a flood of students pour out of it.
What's going on? A fire drill?
But she quickly discarded the thought as she saw students surround her and point their phones in her direction. Sunset raised an eyebrow as a part of the crowd started to hype up something in the middle of them. She watched as the crowd parted and someone walked through them.
You're kidding.
Sunset watched as Anon came out of the storm, cracking his neck as he wrapped bandages around his hands.
"What the hell are you doing?"
"What do you think? I have come to smack the shit out of you."
Sunset laughed at the comment.
"Really, now? Come on, Anon, we both know that I could wipe the floor with you—"
"Then put your hands up and come get some. I am right here."
"Tch! Like I said before, I don't have time for you, so just run along now and—"
Sunset was cut off by a fist slamming into her face. She stumbled back before falling to the concrete. It took Sunset a moment for her brain to register what had just happened, but when the cogs in her brain had begun to turn, she pushed herself back up and glared at Anon in anger.
"There we go, ready to get it on now?"
"You have just made a grave mistake, Anon."
"I would say you made the mistake when you had the AUDACITY to hit me in the face."
They both began to circle each other as the crowd around them made a ring. Anon was a boxer, he knew his limitations. The knowledge of boxing should net him the win, but then again, Sunny D was really pissed, so the anger of her hits might be worth looking out for. They both charged at each other. Anon threw the first punch, aiming for Sunset's head. Sunset dodged, and as she ducked, rammed a fist into Anon's stomach. He gasped in pain, not realizing until then just how strong Sunset was.
Holy shit!
Anon took a couple of steps back and clutched his stomach. Sunset, on the other hand, saw an opportunity and threw another punch at Anon. Sadly, it would hit nothing but air as Anon started dodging an onslaught of attacks. He looked for an opening and would soon find it. Sunset threw another punch, only for it to be parried by Anon as he used Sunset's own momentum against her, sending her to the ground. Anon caught his breath as he watched Sunset get back up.
"I can do this all day," Sunset said with anger in her voice.
"So can I." Anon said with a smirk.
Anon was now playing the aggressor. He blitzed Sunset as he picked her up and then sent her flying into the brick wall of the school. He followed it up quickly by putting his arm to her neck and repeatedly punching her gut. Sunset was not having any of it as her neck broke free of his arm and she headbutted him, sending him stumbling backwards. Sunset kicked his knee and sent him down to the ground in a kneeling stance. She followed up the attack with a nasty kick to the side of his face as he fell on his back.
"YOU BITCH!" Anon screamed as he recovered quickly and once again pushed her into something, this time it was a metal light pole. He threw body shots to her side, following it up with a right hook, then a left hook, and then an uppercut. After the combo of attacks, he saw that Sunset was pretty dazed now. He decided to finish it by hitting her with a sickening roundhouse kick to her face. Blood spewed out of her mouth as she landed on the ground. Anon was going to follow up some more but saw Sunset recoil from him as she put her hands up.
"Well then...I guess we are done here."
"W-what?"
"You just recoiled in fear...pretty sure we know who just won."
Anon rubbed his shoulder as he turned away from her. He saw some of his fellow students begin to surround Sunset. He did not care though, he knew it was over. Sunset on the other hand knew it wasn't. She mustered the strength to stand back up. She looked around at the crowd that was now swarming her and took notice of a bat that a student had in their backpack. She quickly made her way to him and took it.
"HEY!”
She didn't stop to hear what the student had to say, she just kept her focus on Anon. She began to pick the pace to catch up. Anon did not even have the time to react, the only indication of Sunset getting back up was a shout from the crowd.
"LOOK OUT!"
Anon could not even turn his head halfway before a bat came smashing into the side of his head as he fell down. Anon's vision became blurry for a little bit before coming back. He felt his anger rise as he laid there on the concrete. He forced himself up even though his head was spining. He quickly swirled around as he watched Sunset take her eyes off him while she was dropping the bat.
BIG MISTAKE!
He rushed her, smacking her straight in the nose. He would then reach down for the bat and smack her across the face. He would follow it up with a hit to the side and a hit to the knee. He would then grab her by the throat and drag her back to the wall of the school and send her flying into it, this time hitting the back of a classroom window. He would throw away the bat as he began to use his fists again, multiple strikes to all parts of her body. He watched as his hits took a real toll on the redhead as she looked like she was about to faint from the onslaught. Deciding to finish it for good, he picked her up by the neck once more and sent her into the window. The window would break as Sunset blasted into the classroom along with the shards of the glass. Anon looked to see the outcome of the fight and sure enough, that bitch was knocked out cold.
Anon sighed to himself as some of the crowd cheered him on. But a loud voice would come from inside the classroom calling his name.
"ANONYMOUS!"
Anon recoiled at the mention of his full name. He saw Principal Luna and Celestia walk into the room. He saw Luna rush to Sunset while Celestia got into his face and stared him down. He swore if looks could kill, he would have dropped dead right now.
"WHAT IS THE MEANING OF THIS?!"
Anon didn't say anything to her, more focused on catching his breath. Celestia became annoyed and got closer to Anon's face.
"WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO SAY FOR YOURSELF?"
Anon pondered the question for a moment before answering.
"Well, I just did something that should have been done a long time ago...I put that bitch in her place."
