Chapters Wondercolts in the Outfield
Fluttershy sat in her car in the parking lot of CU Baseball Stadium, home to the Canterlot University Wildcats Baseball team, the CHS Wondercolts & Crystal Prep Shadowbolts Teams. The Stadium was of course built with the College in mind so the stadium seats a total of 5,000 people. The High Schools were lumped into playing in the stadium as well by the school board and Mayor Mare as there wasn’t enough room for the high schools to get their own baseball fields.
Fluttershy was anxious, she was in a tank top, sport shorts & tennis shoes, she got the courage to exit her car, grabbing a bag with a pink baseball glove, batting gloves & baseball bat. Fluttershy entered the stadium, looking like she was the only girl from CHS that was trying out for the Wondercolts team.
“Hey shy.” greeted Big Mac as Fluttershy walked into the field.
“How’s it going?” Flash asked.
“Um……goood….. Just a bit nervous.” Fluttershy answered.
“You should be.” said a guy with orange hair, yellow skin & blue eyes.
“Here we go.” said Thunderlane.
“Who are you?” Fluttershy asked.
“Colt Sparks…. As in……” Colt started.
“Going to be on the team because your father is head coach.” said Thunderlane making the rest of the boys laugh except for Colt.
“Quiet.” said Coach Sparks, he was a taller & older version of Colt with gray hair & beard.
Fluttershy was a part of the first group that took positions in the field first, she dropped a couple of ground balls thrown to her, but she also successfully caught others & on one catch she did the splits to get it. When it came to batting Fluttershy is a switch hitter, lining up in a different side of the batter’s box on each of her three at bats, Fluttershy struckout on her first at bat and got two singles on her other two at bats.
Practice lasted almost two hours, after it was over everyone filled out a form writing down sizes for a possible uniform. After filling out her form, Fluttershy went home and took a shower, later that night Fluttershy was in her room watching TV with Angel Bunny in her lap, then her phone dinged. “Hey Shy, where were you? You miss the movie and are currently missing the slumber party at Twilight’s.” Rainbow texted.
“Oh dang!!!! I was helping at the pet store & I forgot.” Fluttershy texted.
“But it was your day off today.” Rarity texted.
“Someone called in sick, so my boss asked me to fill in.” said Fluttershy.
“Why didn’t you text any of us?” Twilight texted.
“I forgot.” Fluttershy.
“Okay well, if you wanna join us, come over.” Sunset texted.
Fluttershy put her phone back on her end table, layed down and fell asleep. On Monday Shy groggily went to school where after exiting her car she was met with a big hug by Pinkie.
“Morning Pinkie.” said Fluttershy.
“We missed you this weekend.” said Sunset.
“Sorry I ghosted you all.” said Fluttershy.
“Don’t worry about it darling.” said Rarity.
“Yeah it’s no big deal.” said Rainbow.
As the girls walked to homeroom Fluttershy saw a list on the wall next to the gym doors of who made the baseball team. She slipped away from a second and read the names.

Fluttershy hurried back to the rest of the girls excitedly, on Thursday Shy was in her room listening to music with her earbuds in, when her mother walked in carrying a box.
“It’s my baseball uniforms.” said Fluttershy.
“I still don’t know about you playing this.” said Mrs. Shy.
“Mom, you know I enjoy watching it, I figured why not give it a shot.” said Fluttershy.
“Just be careful.” said Mrs. Shy.
“I will.” said Fluttershy
Fluttershy opened the box and inside three Wondercolts uniforms, the main home uniform was a light blue jersey with the word “Wondercolts” written in gold with a white outline across the chest & her number on the lower left of the front in the same gold with white outline. On the back of the uniform was her number on the middle of the back & her name on the shoulder blades both in gold with a white outline. The pants were light blue with a gold stripe down the sides. The Wondercolts away uniform was a white jersey with the word “Canterlot” across the chest & her number on the lower left in light blue with a black outline on the front. Then on the back her number in the middle of the back & name on the shoulders in light blue with a black outline, then the pants of the away uniform was white with a light blue stripe down the sides.
The alternate home uniform was a gold jersey with the word “Wondercolts” across the chest & her number on the lower left in white with a black outline on the front. Then on the back her number in the middle of the back & name on the shoulders in white with a black outline, the pants of this uniform was gold with white stripes along the sides. Lastly there’s a pair of light blue cleats, a blue batting helmet & baseball cap on both was a unicorn head with a purple horn, white mane & coat that would be worn with all of the uniforms.
The team’s first practices were on Friday & Saturday one week before the team’s first two games. The Wondercolts were in the National High School Baseball League or NHBL for short. They were in the Eastern Division with the Crystal Prep Shadowbolts, the Baltimare Academy Dragons, the Pearsburgh Academy Knights, the Totrotto High Thunderbirds & the Manehattan High Eagles.
Each team played a two game series home and away against each of their division rivals for a total of 20 games, the High School games were only 7 innings unlike the pros which were 9 inning games. For the first practice the Wondercolts were in their home uniforms, Flutershy was very anxious, her uniform was comfy, but it hugged her body showing it off a little.
“Are you okay shy?” Big Mac asked as Shy walked into the dugout.
“Nervous.” said Fluttershy.
“Don’t worry about it.” said Rory sitting down next to shy.
Fluttershy looked at Rory curiously. “ Ummmm……..” Shy said.
“What?” Rory asked.
“Nothing.” said Shy.
Practice started off with Fluttershy, Mac, Rory, Bulk, Soarin, Thunderlane, Colt & Dax in the position spots with Zapp as pitcher first. Shy, Mac & Rory quickly got in sync as Mac & Rory tracked down all ground balls quickly and Shy made all catches from them to her. Meanwhile in the outfield each outfielder had success except for Colt who missed all but one ball hit towards him.
When it came to batting, Colt was first and he quickly struckout.
“So much for showing us what to do.” said Flash.
Rory was next and Shy saw Rory’s hair drop down to Rory’s shoulders when putting on the batter’s helmet & Flutters watched Rory hit a double.
“Fluttershy, you're up next.” said Coach Sparks.
“Oh, sorry.” said Fluttershy.
Fluttershy lined up in the left side of the batter’s box, pitch 1 from Zapp to shy was taken for a ball, pitch two was swung & missed for strike 1, pitch three was fouled for strike 2, pitch four was taken for a ball. Pitch five was hit into the outfield for a hit and Rory was scored, practice went for two hours.
It then hit Fluttershy that she would have to share a shower with the boys, the locker rooms had ten shower stalls. Flutters waited until pretty much all of the boys were finished, Shy got down to her bra & panties, she was nervous about the boys seeing her like this but knew she had to get used to it. Once she got into the shower area & saw that it was clear she got undressed, placed her clean clothes on a chair next to her stall & the towel on top of her clothes.
During her shower she began to relax.
There was a knock on the door of Shy’s shower stall which surprised her. “Occupied.” Fluttershy said.
“Hey Shy, ummm…… I forgot my body wash.” said Mac.
Fluttershy picked up her shampoo/body wash combo from the floor, she cracked open the door, holding out the bottle. “I hope you like Strawberries.” Shy said.
Flutters heard Mac squirt the bottle three times. “Thank you.” said Mac.
Mac handed the bottle back to Fluttershy, after ten more minutes shy turned off her shower, cracked open the door, grabbed her towel, drying herself off, then wrapping it around herself & she exited the stall. Shy then noticed not just Mac’s clothes on a chair, she noticed a third person's clothes on a third chair.
Shy turned to her clean clothes and then she heard a door open, she turned around seeing that the third person was Rory and Fluttershy saw that Rory was actually a girl!!!!!
The two girls awkwardly blushed. “Ummm………I thought I was the only girl.” said Fluttershy.
“Surprise…” Rory said quietly.
“Why didn’t you say something?” Fluttershy asked.
“I moved here only 3 weeks ago, as you can see I got small “girls”, my voice isn’t high, so guys assumed I was a boy. I went with it because at my last school boys laughed at me for wanting to try out for the baseball team. It ruined my confidence, so before my first day here I cut my hair to this length, tied it up, hit it under a hat & I put a chest binder on.” Rory answered.
“Well as you can see the boys are nice, except for Colt.” said Fluttershy.
The girls got dressed, Fluttershy put on a lime green top, pink skirt & shoes. While Rory dressed in a light blue top, white skirt & purple shoes.
“Thank you.” Rory blushed.
They re-entered the locker room to pack up their things.
“You did good today Mac.” said Fluttershy.
“Same to you both.” said Big Mac.
“Do you have any plans tonight?” Fluttershy asked Rory.
“Um…. no, I don’t have any friends.” Rory answered.
Fluttershy grabbed Rory’s hand. “Now you have one.” Shy said.
“Actually two.” said Big Mac.
“Thank you.” said Rory.
“You’re welcome.” said Fluttershy.
“Um, what do you have in mind?” Rory asked.
“Sleepover at my house?” Fluttershy answered.
“Okay.” Rory smiled.
Rory called her mother when the two girls got into Flutttershy’s car.
“How was your practice?” Rory’s mom asked.
“It was great, I made a couple of friends.” Rory answered.
“That’s wonderful, who are they?” Rory’s Mom asked.
“A boy named Mac and there’s another girl on the team named Fluttershy.” Rory answered.
“Hi.” said Fluttershy.
“OH! Hello Fluttershy I presume? I’m Jade Slade, Rory’s mother.” said Mrs. Slade.
“Yes, um I was wondering if Rory could join myself & my friends at a slumber party at my house tonight?” Fluttershy.
“Well since it’s a weekend night, yes Rory can join.” Mrs. Slade answered.
“Thank you mom.” said Rory.
“You’re welcome dear.” said Mrs. Slade.
The girls drove to Fluttershy’s house, they took their bags to Fluttershy’s room. Pizza was ordered, one was cheese, one was pepperoni & one was olives & pepper. Rory was pacing around the room.
“It’ll be okay.” said Fluttershy.
“I hope so.” said Rory.
The front door opened and entering was the rest of the rainbooms.
Pinkie hugged Rory. “Hi, welcome friend.” Pinkie said.
“Um… hi.” said Rory.
“So you two met at baseball practice?” Sunset asked.
“You know about that?” Fluttershy answered.
“Sugarcube the list for the baseball team was on the wall.” said Applejack.
“Oh.” said Fluttershy.
“Why didn’t you just tell us?” Rainbow asked.
“Well I know you all think baseball is boring and I didn’t want to bore you, so that’s why i’ve never talked about it.” Fluttershy answered.
“Darling, if it's important to you, then you should never be afraid to talk about what you like.” said Rarity.
“Yeah, friends don’t have to have the same interest. We listen to Sunset & Twilight talk about science all the time because they obviously enjoy it and it matters to them.” said Rainbow.
“And science helps with our stuff.” said Twilight.
“That too.” said Rainbow.
“Okay, um Rory, is they’re anything about yourself that you’re alright with sharing?” Sunset asked.
“I like sports, dancing, anime shows…” Rory answered.
“I’ve heard some people think you’re a………” Rarity started.
“A boy? Yeah I told Fluttershy that at my old school, boys laughed at me for waiting to try out for the baseball team. So when my mom wanted to move from Las Pegasus to here because of lower house prices I decided to make myself look like a boy, worrying that boys here would be like my old school.” Rory said.
“That’s horrible.” said Rarity.
“Yeah, two girls here named Lyra & Bon-Bon figured me out after a few days, but agreed to keep it a secret.” said Rory.
“How long were you planning on doing this for?” Twilight.
“Until after baseball tryouts.” said Rory.
The rainbooms gave Rory a hug, “You don’t have to worry, we’ll make sure you feel comfortable being yourself.” Sunset said.
“Thank you all.” said Rory.
As the night went along the girls changed into their pajamas, Fluttershy let Rory borrow pajamas from her. The rainbooms watched some of Rory’s favorite anime, Sailor Galaxies, a show about girls that use the power of the cosmos, Korobi, a show about people who bond with creatures that have powers & a series called Battle Monsters, a show where people play a card game using these things on their arms called duel disks & when they play cards, holograms of the monsters appear. Fluttershy pulled up on her Game Sphere 5 the Korobi: Shimmering Magenta game, where Rory explained the types, all the girls took turns playing the game where they managed to beat it. They played until 2am where they turned on a Power Girls movie where they fell asleep.
Wondercolts in the Outfield
The next morning, Fluttershy woke up, she was groggy, not fully awake as she used the bathroom and when she walked back into her room, she didn’t notice Rory was awake..
“OH!, you scared me, I didn’t think anyone would be up.” said Fluttershy.
“Sorry, after waking up, I went onto Facerange and i’m looking through the comments of that group picture we took last night.” said Rory.
“What do they say?” Fluttershy asked.
“They’re mainly like “Rory’s a girl?” Rory answered.
Fluttershy put her hands on Rory’s shoulder. “You shouldn’t worry about what anyone says.” Fluttershy.
“I know.” said Rory.
Within the hour the rest of the rainbooms woke up, after they got dressed the girls had breakfast at Pancake House, Flutters & Rory were dressed in their gold baseball uniforms. Thanks to the kindness of the rainbooms, Rory’s self-confidence came back and she was dressed like herself.
“Next Friday & Saturday.” Fluttershy answered.
“Are you both nervous?” Twilight asked.
“Yes.” said Fluttershy.
“Yeah, i’m nervous.” Rory answered.
“I was the same way before my first soccer game, once you start playing you both will be able to relax as your minds will be focused on the game and not anything else.” said Rainbow.
“Wow, helpful advice from Rainbow.” said Pinkie.
“What does that mean?” Rainbow asked.
“It's just you’re not the best at advice.” Applejack said
The rest of the girls laughed, then Fluttershy looked at her phone. “OH! Rory, we need to get going, practice starts in 30 minutes.” said Fluttershy.
“You two go.” said Rarity.
“Thank you.” said Fluttershy.
“Yeah, thanks.” said Rory.
“Have fun.” said Pinkie.
For baseball practice later that morning, Flutters & Rory were among the first ones that arrived. Colt was already there along with his dad and the other coaches. Colt was sitting by himself in the dugout, when the girls walked in. The other members of the team soon appeared, the others were also in the gold Wondercolts uniform like the girls and soon practice began. Flutters and Rory sat in the dugout as they weren’t in the first rotation in the field, the girls were sitting together at the end of the dugout.
Soon it was Rory’s turn to hit, Shy got ready and was standing in the batter’s circle. Flutters watched Rory with curiosity, she watched Rory get a hit. Shy went up to bat, she swung and missed on the first two pitches, then made contact getting a hit. Dax was next and he launched the ball in the air over the back wall for a homerun getting cheers from the rest of the team. After Rory, Fluttershy & Dax got back to the dugout, Coach Sparks rotated the field positions with Rory at 2nd & Shy at 1st. Colt took his first bat of practice, Flutters watched Colt hit the ball across the infield. Flutters followed the ball with her eyes, to see Rory slide to stop it “Wow” Shy thought it her mind seeing Rory. Flutters then quickly snapped out of her thoughts as Rory threw the ball towards her and Shy caught right before Colt touched the base.
“Wooo.” Rory cheered.
“Damn it.” Colt said, walking to the dugout grumply.
“Good job.” Rory said to Flutters.
“You did all the work.” said Fluttershy.
After Bulk, Blaine & Soarin hit balls into the outfield, Onyx was up next, he hit a line drive, Flutters dived, landed on her front & caught it.
“Yeah, it didn’t hit the ground.” Coach Sparks answered.
Rory went to Fluttershy. “Are you good?” Rory asked.
“Just….catching….my breath.” Fluttershy answered.
Rory helped Fluttershy to her feet. “Dax, take over at first.” Coach Sparks said.
Fluttershy walked back to the dugout, regaining her breath. “Good Job.” Dax said, Fluttershy just gave a nod, Dax gave her a pat on the back as he walked past her. Shy sat down, Big Mac offered her a bottle of water, Fluttershy used Mac as a pillow. After 10 minutes Fluttershy felt normal again, before she fell asleep.
Shy was awoken by Rory hitting her in the arm. “Mac your turn back out there.” said Rory.
“Okay.” said Big Mac.
“Are you feeling better?” Rory asked Shy.
“Yes, thanks, I just knocked the wind out of myself.” Fluttershy answered.
After an hour, practice was over, Flutters & Rory got showered, dressed, grabbed their things and got back into Shy’s car. The Spring Formal was that night, so for the rest of the day All of the girls got ready for the dance. Fluttershy was wearing a strapless, sparkly gold colored dress & silver heels. Shy picked up Rory, the door opened and Rory was wearing a sparkly emerald green dress with silver roses on the bottom of it & green heels.
Mrs. Slade walked up behind her daughter. She had blonde hair, green skin & yellow eyes and was wearing a blue top & maroon sweatpants.
“Mom.” Rory said embarrassed.
“Hello Mrs. Slade.” said Fluttershy offering a handshake.
“Nice to meet you dear and thank you for being good to my daughter.” said Mrs. Slade.
“You’re welcome, Rory is a sweet girl.” said Fluttershy.
“That she is, before you leave, I want to take a picture.” said Mrs. Slade.
“Really?” Rory asked.
“Yes.” Mrs. Slade answered.
Fluttershy & Rory stood close together in front of the door, they each had a hand around the other’s waist.
“Alright, got it, you both look really beautiful.” said Mrs. Slade.
“Thank you.” said Fluttershy.
“Have fun.” called Mrs. Slade as the girls got to Fluttershy’s car.
Fluttershy & Rory arrived at the school, Shy saw Applejack & Pinkie’s cars so she parked next to them. Sunset was wearing her black jacket, a ruby colored dress with gold & orange flames on it & black heels, Twilight was wearing a lavender dress with pink & blue stars and pink heels. Rainbow was wearing a blue dress with green, yellow & red lightning bolts on it, rainbow colored fingerless arm sleeves & her regular tennis shoes.
Rarity was wearing a silver dress & periwinkle heels, Applejack was wearing her cowgirl hat, blue denim jacket, orange dress & her brown cowgirl boots. Pinkie was wearing a pink dress with light blue & yellow horizontal stripes and light blue shoes. All the girls' dresses were knee length.
“All of you look gorgeous.” said Rarity.
“Right back at you.” said Rory.
The girls went inside and quickly got dancing except for Rory who sat in the stands watching her new friends dance. A couple of songs went by before Flutters walked over to Rory, Shy reached out her hand and took Rory to the rest of the rainbooms where.
Flutters twirled Rory and then brought her close, the song then switched to a song. Everyone in the room paired up, Fluttershy took Rory to a corner which was behind the crowd. The two swayed back and forth, Rory rested her head on Fluttershy’s shoulders. The slow song ended and a faster song played in its place, Flutters & Rory then joined the rest of the baseball team for a group photo.
“Having fun?” Fluttershy asked Rory.
“Yes, thank you.” Rory answered.
“For What?” Fluttershy asked.
“I don’t know……. Just this, helping me have a good time.” Rory smiled.
Another two hours later, Fluttershy & Rory had snuck out and were sitting on top of the wondercolt statue's base. The two were looking up at the sky.
“It’s so pretty.” said Fluttershy.
“Not the only thing.” Rory said quietly.
“You’re right.” said Fluttershy.
“Ooooooh, look who we got here.” said Rainbow from behind.
The rest of the Rainbooms had come looking for them. Pinkie & Rainbow got on either side of the statue.
“Looks like a possibly love situation Dashie.” said Pinkie.
“A love situation.” said Rainbow sarcastically.
“Yes it appears to be a level 7 Love.” said Pinkie.
“Level 7?” Rainbow asked.
“Yes, a Level 7 is the going from friends to start of something more stage.” Pinkie answered.
“Ah yes I see, and how does one handle a Level 7?” Rainbow asked.
“Hmmmm…. My choice is cupcakes, now for these two I don’t know.” Pinkie answered.
“Are you two done?” Fluttershy said, chuckling.
“Maybe.” said Rainbow.
“No Promises.” said Pinkie.
“Obviously we wondered where you two ran off to and clearly we interrupted a “moment.” Sunset smiled.
“Well its done now.” Fluttershy said, hoping off the statue. Rory got off the statue and the two smiled at each other as they walked inside.
Wondercolts in the Outfield
It was 6 in the morning & Sunset, Twilight, Fluttershy, Rainbow & Pinkie were at Sunset’s house, getting ready for comic con in Canterlot. The girls were going as Star Wars Characters, everyone except for Rainbow was applying body paint. Rainbow was getting into her chosen character's outfit & looked at everyone.
“That doesn't look fun.” Rainbow said, looking at them applying body paint.
“Well you have the same skin as the character you picked.” said Sunset.
“Yeah, so it's easy for you.” said Pinkie.
“I wish Rarity & AJ agreed to do this with us.” said Pinkie.
“They're not big on dressing up as characters.” said Rainbow.
“Neither is Rory, I asked her and she said pass.” said Fluttershy.
“Well, her loss as well.” said Rainbow.
“AJ would've been pouting all day if she had to do what the four of us are doing.” said Sunset to Pinkie, Twi & Flutters.
Sunset, Pinkie, Fluttershy & Twilight were in their bra & panties as they were applying their paint to their entire bodies. Rainbow put a custom made blue lekku headpiece on, put covers on her ears to make them look pointed & hazel colored contacts, finishing her Aayla Secura cosplay, by putting on her outfit & had a blue lightsaber.
4 hours later, the other girls had finished, Sunset was a female Darth Maul, with dyed black hair, wearing the character's Clone Wars S5-7 outfit & Maul’s double bladed saber. Twilight was Ahsoka Tano, wearing Ahsoka’s Clone Wars finale outfit & had two green lightsabers. Fluttershy was a nightsister with black nightbrother tattoos. Flutters dyed her hair black, was wearing a red nightsister outfit & had two of Ventress’s yellow lightsabers. Pinkie was Darth Talon, wearing her Galaxy Heroes Outfit & a red lightsaber.
“You girls look awesome.” said Rainbow.
“Thanks.” said Sunset
“Are we ready?” Pinkie asked.
“I think so.” said Twilight.
They grabbed their phones, money, lightsabers and drove to comic con.After they parked and headed inside the convention center, they got looks from many guys over their cosplays. They almost ran into a group of three guys & a girl dressed as Anakin Skywalker, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Asajj Ventress(Sith version) & Kit Fisto.
“Kenobi.” Sunset said , doing the Maul voice.
“What happened to you?” The Kenobi cosplayer asked.
“I found a nightsister ritual that gave myself a new body, but this was the drawback.” Sunset Maul answered.
“Well go for you then.” said The Kenobi cosplayer.
“You girls look great.” said The Skywalker cosplayer.
“Thanks, same to you guys.” said Sunset.
“Yeah, how long did the paint take to apply?” The Kit Fisto cosplayer asked.
“About 4 hours.” Twilight answered.
“Damn.” said the The Kenobi cosplayer.
“We’ll nice meeting you all.” said The Ventress Cosplayer.
“Same, to you all.” said Pinkie.
The girls continued on, Fluttershy & Pinkie found stuffed animals they liked. Sunset & Rainbow found videogames they liked and Twilight found of course books. The girls sat down for lunch in the food court, Rainbow was eating a burger & fries, Sunset had a salad, Pinkie had a ham sandwich, Fluttershy had cheese pizza and Twilight had a mac & cheese.
“This body paint is going to be a nightmare to get off.” said Twilight.
“It’ll probably be at least a week until we fully look like us again.” said Sunset.
“That’s why I picked a character that I didn’t have to put on paint for.” said Rainbow.
“I think fully embracing the character is fun.” said Pinkie.
“I agree, I was just making a statement.” said Twilight.
“I would do this again in a heartbeat.” said Sunset.
“My character is pretty much an OC.” said Fluttershy.
“Who are you again?” Rainbow asked.
“A nightsister that looks like her nightbrother father, than her nightsister mother.” Fluttershy answered.
“That’s interesting, I wonder why we didn’t get a nightsister like that.” Twilight wondered.
“Would’ve been neat to see it.” said Fluttershy.
“I wish we could get Talon in more stuff.” said Pinkie.
“Yeah, but she’s too risque.” said Sunset.
“They gave her this outfit for the phone game, so no excuse.” Pinkie said annoyed.
“We should take photos of us in costume.” said Fluttershy.
“Yes, good idea Shy.” said Rainbow.
“Thank you.” said Fluttershy.
“You’re Welcome.” said Rainbow.
“There’s those boys and girl.” siad Pinkie, pointing to the group in question.
The Rainbooms walked over to the other group.
“Do you all want to take a photo?” Sunset asked.
“Yeah.” said The Skywalker cosplayer.
“Hey, can you take a photo of all of us.” Twilight asked a staff worker.
“No Problem.” said the staff worker.
The Staff worker took 5 photos of the group with Twilight's phone and the Kenobi guy’s phone.
“What are your names?” Sunset asked.
“Roy Garnet” said The Kenobi cosplayer.
“Jay Azure” said The Skywalker cosplayer.
“Emerald “Emmy” Light” said the Ventress Cosplayer.
“Corbin Kite” said the The Kit Fisto cosplayer
“I’m Sunset Shimmer, this is Twilight Sparkle, Rainbow Dash, Pinkie & Fluttershy.” said Sunset.
“You’re the Rainbooms Band!!!!!!” Emmy said excitedly.
“Yeah.” said Rainbow.
“Emmy’s a fangirl.” said Roy.
“Do you four go to Crystal Prep?” Fluttershy asked.
“Pearsburgh Academy.” Hunter answered.
“Pearsburgh is 2 hours from Canterlot.” said Twilight.
“Yeah, but we weren’t gonna miss this.” said Roy.
“We’re also on the Baseball team, so we’ll be coming back here in a couple of weeks.” said Emmy.
“Flutters is on the CHS Baseball team.” said Pinkie.
“Cool.” said Roy.
“Can’t wait to play you.” said Corbin.
“Likewise.” said Fluttershy.The group went their separate ways, the Rainbooms stayed for a couple more hours before heading home.
For the first two games of the Baseball season for the Wondercolts was their first 2 games against Crystal Prep. Because the two teams share a stadium it was a home game for both, but labeled official home games for CHS. Crystal Prep had three uniforms, the main home uniform was a light purple jersey with the word “Shadowbolts” written in black with a yellow outline across the chest & the number on the lower left of the front in the same black with yellow outline. On the back of the jersey was the number on the middle of the back & the name on the shoulder blades both in black with a yellow outline. The pants were light purple with a gold stripe down the sides.
The Shadowbolts away uniform was a gray jersey with the word “Crystal Prep” across the chest & the number on the lower left in yellow with a black outline on the front. Then on the back the number in the middle of the back & name on the shoulders in yellow with a black outline, then the pants of the away uniform was gray with a yellow stripe down the sides.
The alternate home uniform was a black jersey with the word “Shadowbolts” across the chest & the number on the lower left in yellow with a purple outline on the front. Then on the back the number in the middle of the back & name on the shoulders in yellow with a purple outline, the pants of this uniform was black with yellow stripes along the sides. Lastly there shadowbolts were a pair of yellow cleats, a purple batting helmet & baseball cap that had the Shadowbolts “S” Logo on the front of it, these are worn with all of their uniforms. The Shadowbolt players used purple batting gloves & black gloves for playing in the outfield.

So the Star Wars cosplay Part was originally it's own thing, but I then decided to use it as a way to introduce characters on the Pearsburgh Baseball Team/Pearsburgh Academy students that the Wondercolts Baseball Team will be facing. Also Pearsburgh is the MLP EG Universe version of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
