Took this long bc High School started and I rewrote this chapter 2 TIMES!

End and New Beginnings...

“So…Let me get this straight. There are earth ponies, unicorns, with the power of magic, and pegasi like you who can fly, and there is a combo of all of them called an ‘alicon’ and they are royalty in your world?”

“Mmmmmyep! Mthats it!” Dash said with a lollipop in her mouth. “I’ll tell you, this world has WAY better food than my world!”

You know, I think I am getting used to her in my world. While yes my life has gotten way more chaotic, it also has been really nice. Though I do know that our time together can’t last forever, if their world did have magic then it wouldn’t be that long until her friends bring her back.

“So what did you say about those tutie marks again?” Dash then groaned in anger

“Aughh! CUTIE MARK! It’s Cutie! How do you keep getting this wrong?”

“Uhh… Cause that is not a word we hear often.”

“I swear man, you humans can be so dumb sometimes!”

After that I got up and looked at the couch. Then an idea sparked in my mind. I looked at Dash who just finished her lollipop and was doing a little stretch.

“Alright, what now?” Dash questioned as she laid back on the couch.

I was about to answer but then saw a flash of light coming from behind me. Dash went off the couch as soon as we both saw it go away.

I didn’t know if I was tired or just crazy, but I saw something that wasn’t planned. There was a cyan portal at the wall and in front of it was multiple colored ponies and one big white pony with a crown and noticed that it was an alicorn according to Dash and my vision.

They all just stared at me, in confusion and caution. I just stared back with nothing to say. There were a few seconds of awkward silence but thank goodness one of them did.

“So YOUR the one taking care of her?” The white alicorn said in a calm but still confused manner.

“Yessss…..What is going on?”

“Girls! About time!” Dash said as she and the other ponies did a big group hug. Then it hit me, it was time.

“Leavin already? You were still a pain in the butt ya know?”

“Oh quit your whining man!” Dash responded as she flew to eye level.

“If you're going to be leaving then you can't forget this…” I went and grabbed it and gave her that golden lighting bolt pillow. She quickly snatched it from my hands.

“Thanks for taking care of her all this time. But now Dash has to come home.”

“Aight then, but what took so long?” I saw the purple one blush a little in embarrassment.

“U-Uhhh.. W-We…..After the battle we kinda….had a magic outage…”

“Magic what now?” The purple one just sighed.

“Like a power outage but we couldn’t use magic.”

“I have questions but I bet more will come. Anyway, I think it's time to go…” While yes she was still a pain to take care of…something felt wrong in my mind…She was also a good friend…

“Yea, see ya around dude!” Dash said while giving me a salute and a stick out tongue.

They all went back in the portal and with a flash, nothing. Just my normal home I was used to…huh… I was not used to the quiet home ever since Dash appeared. So I just went back on the couch, and turned on the TV….before falling asleep instantly.

*1 Year Later*

I had gotten myself an actual home since I got a new job outside the crazy city and went to a more rural area. Made some friends…got a lover ...Yada Yada Yada… The whole shabang.

“I'm going off to vacation with my family!” Sarah said as she got her bags.

“Got it!” I said on the couch on my phone seeing memes my friends keep sending to me, only a couple made me laugh.

I went to the kitchen to grab some chips when after I started snacking I heard a noise from upstairs. It sounded like something falling.

After going upstairs slowly I opened my office where I saw my chair knocked over and my equipment in a pile in the corner.

“How the fuck?”

I got closer and soon saw something come up from the pile, I couldn’t tell if something was in those chips or I’m dreaming. It was a small blue creature. Wait…

“Ow! Why does this place have so many heavy things!” It said as it got out and found me. We both just starred there, for a while, not moving.

“Dash!?” I said as she shook.

“Wait…you look different… Is that a beard?”

“Oh fuck off! Why are you even back here!” She then hid her face and she crossed her legs and blushed.

“We made a portal to go back and forth ...They said to only use it when needed but I snuck in because ... I missed this place, and….you..” That last part was so quiet I could barely hear it. I then heard her stomach growl.

“Hm…Want a burger.” With that she flew around the room and was drooling like a dog.

“YESYESYESYESYESYESYESYESYESYESYESYES!”

“Calm down will ya!” I said as we both went to the kitchen and turned on the stove….just like back then in the small apartment.
