We heard from the hospital today.

Vernon has been stabilized.

The doctors said they’re amazed that he’s still alive, after breaking over half the bones in his entire body… but he’s never going to be the same. He’s lost his left arm and at least some of the motor control in his right foot- it’s unlikely he’s ever going to drive again.

And it is going to be months before they can release him from the Intensive Care Ward.

Dudley also came home in tears today, moaning about scary girls.
