Simple Daze
Chapter 2
Previous ChapterNext ChapterApplejack wasn't normally known for being self-conscious, but clearly this wasn't a normal day. She wheeled her apple cart into the marketplace in the center of town, glancing back and forth to see who might be about as she set up the apple stand. No Trenderhoof. No Rarity.
With any luck they're both at the boutique, talkin' about the festival. Heck, with luck they're probably already in bed together. Trenderhoof has a way with mares. Or...well...at least that was my impression...
"Applejack?"
Applejack jumped. She realized that she'd been gazing into the distance. Two bits lay on the counter she'd set up, and a rather confused Carrot Top was staring at her. "You ok?"
"I'm fine!" she said too quickly. "Here you go!"
She passed off a load of apples and waved off Carrot Top with a tight smile.
A familiar voice sounded from around the corner. Oh no.
"Now, Trenderhoof, or rather, Trender, if you'll pardon the familiarity, I thought I could show you some more of that small-town authenticity that spoke to you so much earlier today."
Rarity and Trenderhoof rounded the corner. Applejack looked for a place to hide.
"Oh, it spoke to me!" Trenderhoof replied with a distracted smile. "I'd said it more than spoke, actually. More like screamed!"
"Uh...well, yes of course! All the, um, the-"
"Apples!"
"The apples, yes. Did you know that I like apples too? I may seem like a city girl, but I-"
"Sweet, juicy apples."
"Um, right, naturally."
"Hot apples."
"Do you mean cider?" Rarity asked, confused.
"She's got plenty of cider!"
"Oh, you're referring to — Applejack!"
The pair of them had just caught sight of Applejack's cart.
Applejack swallowed. "Hey, Rarity. That's, uh...that's a nice hat you're wearing."
It was a straw hat decorated with sequins.
"Oh, this old thing? Well it's just something I threw together. I was so inspired by your apple-bucking earlier that I just had to make an outfit."
Applejack rolled her eyes internally. Can she be any more obvious?!
Sadly, the hat had no effect on Trenderhoof. He walked up to the cart with a knowing smile. "Applejack! I was hoping I'd run into you."
Behind him, Rarity made a pained expression at Applejack.
She used the most disinterested voice she could muster. "If you'll excuse me, I'm a mite busy right now. Got lots of customers today."
He winked at her. Her heart skipped a beat.
"Oh, of course!" he said. "Here, let me sample your flavors. I do have to write about this for my magazine, after all."
He placed a bit on the counter and she gave him an apple, wordlessly.
He licked it. Seductively.
"Rarity!" he said suddenly, turning around, "Didn't you mention that you still had to sketch some designs for festival decor?"
"Oh, well I left my materials at the boutique, actually. But if you'd like to come with me..."
"Oh, no, don't let me trouble you. I should chat with the locals for a bit. Sample some of the flavor."
"Oh, well...I suppose I'll see you soon?"
"Certainly! We'll run into each other sometime, I'm sure."
Rarity gave an awkward smile before she walked off in the other direction. Trenderhoof turned to face Applejack.
"Do you want to go back to the barn?" he said, grinning.
"I...look, I sure had a great time with you, but this is crazy."
"Why?"
"Do you know how Rarity would feel if she knew what we were doing?"
"Um...happy?"
"Trender!" she hissed. "Didn't you realize that she's been flirtin' with all the live-long day?!"
Trender blinked. "Oh. Um...no, I didn't know that. I guess I was little..."
He walked around the counter and put a hoof on her side. "...distracted."
Applejack's heart pounded.
It should have been simple. Or at least, Applejack had thought that it should have been simple. She had to admit to herself that she wasn't necessarily thinking straight. It was, after all, a rather confusing day.
But the way she'd figured it — or the way she thought she had figured it — Rarity was bound to be busy in the boutique for at least a couple hours, and she didn't have any customers at the moment. So what was the harm?
The harm was that Rarity came back after only twenty minutes, with a sketchbook in her saddlebag.
"Trender?" she called. "Applejack, darling, have you seen Trender?"
"R-Rarity?"
Applejack panted heavily, forehooves on the counter, her lower half hidden behind the apple stand.
"Yes, darling. I was looking for Trender. Have you seen him?"
"I...I think he..."
Trender's cock pushed into her from below, slowly.
"Errrfmph..."
"Applejack?"
"I'm fine! More than fine, actually. What were you saying?"
"Have you seen Trender? He was here just a few minutes ago."
He had in fact moved only a few feet since then. He was now lying on the ground on his back, concealed beneath the apple stand, fucking the farm pony with intent.
Applejack's face flushed. "I...I think he came-I-I mean, I think he went...somewhere..."
Her juices were coating him. She tried to keep eye contact with Rarity but she could feel her climax approaching.
Rarity glanced around. "You don't suppose I'm doing something wrong, do you?"
"W-wrong? Who said anything about doing something wrong?" Her hips bucked involuntarily. Her smile grew strained.
"It's just...I've tried everything I know, darling! Even made myself a hat to better match his interests. I've been making eyes at him all day and...well, who knows, I suppose I must be invisible. On that note, there's something I should mention."
"W-what might that be?" said Applejack, her insides slowly splitting with pleasure.
"The truth is I've been feeling jealous. It's not your fault, of course. You haven't done anything. But I get the distinct impression that Trender doesn't notice me because he's attracted to you."
"WhaaaAAAAA?!"
Pleasure and semen shot through her in equal measure. Her pussy clamped onto him hard. But through sheer willpower, she mostly kept her face in a state of confusion rather than horny bliss.
"Oh, I suppose you didn't notice it, did you? Well, that's to be expected I suppose. I do have an eye for these things."
"You don't say..." said Applejack, controlling her breath as best she could while the afterglow washed through her.
Rarity nodded. "I've had my share of flings in the past, not to mention all the romance books I've read. I know when a stallion is interested. But I shouldn't take up any more of your time. Do let me know if you see Trender!"
Applejack watched her go with intense focus. As soon as Rarity was out of sight, she groaned heavily and flopped onto the counter.
"Trender," she mumbled, "you are too sexy for your own good."
