Heart Souls: The Loss of Harmony

The sound of chalk scraping the board can only be heard as Starlight Glimmer jots down notes for the two unicorns who wish to learn about jumping through dimensions.

One of those students was Bluebell, who was struggling with her lessons and slowly breaking down. " I still don't get it, head mare!" The frustrated mare panicked.

Cross, on the other hand, was calm and patient, but he, too, was unable to understand the matter. "It won't help by yelling and panicking either, Bluebell, so concentrate on the topic and don't make it worse for the both of us," the irritated stallion advised the mare, continuing to focus on the books and the headmare's notes on the board.

Tap! Tap! Was heard from the board. It was the head mare trying to grab their attention.

"Look, students, these are just things you need to remember, things that are good to know and would help you along the way. So don't treat it as a burden or else you'd just end up forgetting it either way. You have to stay calm and just read it. And if you aren't that confident enough, just read it once more. And if you think you still don't got it, well, that's why I'm here for, right? So if you don't have any confidence in yourself, then have some confidence in me!" The proud mare insured them.

The stallion was deeply impressed and was speechless, except for his partner.
" I have no idea what you just said, lady, but I'm hella inspired by that!" She joyously replied.

" Good!" She replied back with a smile.

This just impressed the stallion even more.

" Anyway, since we've tackled half the introduction on teleportation, I'm giving you the books on the basics. This way, in your free time, if you want too, you can have a quick read and exercise your brain muscles." Her horn began to glow, and a book would phase into existence in front of them. She began to magically split the book into two, giving them both a copy.

" Learn wisely, unicorns, as equestria magic lies within your hooves." She then bows gently to the two students and begins leaving the room.

The two in return would bow down as well, and soon after, would leave the room as they packed their belongings.

" That mare surely is a great teacher," Bluebell marveled.

" Surely, and very patient too," the stallion added.

" Hey! What's that supposed to mean? Meanie!" She pouted.

The two had a bit of fun with each other as they continued to go back home.

Clear skies were met as the couple, Bright and Bubbles, walked along the path leading outside Ponyville.

"Must we be the ones to escort the Royal Guards returning for whatever friendship mission they've been?" Bubbles was not amused.

"This is very important as this is Princess Flurry Heart's first mission she finished. They must be tired. A friendly welcome and assistance would definitely be appreciated, would it not?" Bright asked.

" Tsk, disgustingly weak," was her reply.

" What's wrong with you?" He smirked and laughed. "This is a time of piece and harmony, might I point out my lady?"

Their conversation would end as they met the returning guards with the princess in sight.

" Speak of the devil..." His smile would slowly frown as so too with Bubbles, but hers was of rage as they saw who was with the princess. Gallus, Smolder, Ocellus, Silverstream... And a Yak and an earth pony

He'd noticed that Bubble's flame was showing and out of control.

"Hey, hey!" He tried to look and lock his eyes on her, but she continues to glare at them. " It's not them!... Not them," he emphasized.

She tries to cool off, but with difficulty.

As they got near, they bowed down and greeted the princess.

"Princess Flurry Heart! We the Vanguards have come to congratulate and aid you back home." Bright alone greeted, while Bubbles glared at Gallus menacingly. The princess and the others were greatly distracted by Bubbles as they were lost for words.

" Uhh, um, pay no mind with her, as she is such a big... fan of yours that she ends up... glaring?" Bright tried to make things good, but not.

"O-oh, I see..." Gallus awkwardly replied.

" It's more like she hates you though, Gallus. What you did this time?" Smolder jockingly smacked his shoulder.

" Hey! I don't know her," the griffon replied while trying to distance himself from the glaring mare.

Meanwhile, Silverstream would invade Bubbles space and grab her hooves and give it a shake.

" Hi there, new friend!" she greeted joyfully.

Bubble's glare would shift at Silverstream's way, giving her a confused and pissed-off look before switching from a grim and scary, scheming smile.

" Heh." Is what the Hippogriff's last heard before her claws were swatted off by the mare.

" Noo!" Bright yelled but was too late. Bubbles has already hoofed the bitch on the stomach, sending her flying by the group and flunged and tossed at the river, bouncing like a skipped rock before slowly sinking down.

Everyone was caught off by surprise and unable to process in time for the others to react.

The princess's horror slowly shows, while the rest slowly reacts and tries to defend the princess, while the dragon and griffon wish for revenge and begin lunging towards the aggressive pegasi.

The mare's eyes were bloodshot with anger and vengeance, and she coldly stared at the spears slowly going towards her.

Sparks would come up on her body as she moved swiftly, as fast as lightning.

"I'll definitely kill you." She quickly dodged the spear and kicked the griffin and the dragon back. The griffin flew farther and in pain, while the dragon was able to brush it off.

" W-what is the meaning of this!?" The princess panicked. " Quickly Sandbar, Ocellus, save her!" She ordered.

"Yes, princess!" They obeyed and followed orders.

" Yona, stay as my shield. Smolder, at my back, and Gallus, my spear!" The group started making a formation, which Bubbles just laughed at.

" What child's play..." As she mocked and prepared to strike once more, Bright was able to land a blow at the back of Bubbles neck, stunning her for a bit.

Smack!

He began restraining her and forced her to kneel. " Forgive her princess as she has... trauma."

" Trauma? Trauma! I'll show you trauma!" She released her flames, blasting Bright away.

The princess did not let her guard down at this point and began casting her spell and released a shockwave of magic of her own.

Both magic collided and reacted violently, but the princess's magic was stronger and engulfed the rage. As soon as it hits Bubbles, her rage slowly dissipates, confusing her in the process.

She begins to kneel down and be ashamed. "F-forgive me, princess."

Seeing that the mare calmed down and her rage de-escalated, she rushed to Silverstream's side and began healing her.

The unconscious Hypogriff began to wake from her unconscious state as soon as she was healed by the princess. "G-good m-morning princess? Where am I?" The dazzled royal guard asked.

" Thank hoofness." The princess said in relief.

Bubbles, on the other hoof, would soon be surrounded by the princess's royal guards as to detain her; their spears and swords pointed at her.

" By the order of the royal guards, you are under arrest!" Smolder began to shackle the neck and wings of the mare.

But the princess did not like this.

" Halt your actions! Can't you see that she has surrendered?" She approached the mare and began unshackling her.

Gallus was alarmed at the princess's action and began shouting at her. "Princess, what are you doing!? She is dangerous!"

" If so, she should have continued and massacred us all. My spell was to calm and put into just. Hence only disrupting magic and the chaos that lingers in ones mind. If so, this pony was in pain and in need of much help, not additional shackles for her to bear." The princess's words and order to all.

Everyone of her guards understood and no longer hindered her actions.

"Are you alright?" The princess asked Bubbles. And her reaction was in awe and disbelief of a pony like her existing right infront of her.
