The princesses have looked over the nation of Equestria for a thousand years, fending off all manner of threats as they turn up. With their focus fixed on the safety of their nation, the internal struggles amongst its people are left to the populace. A fallen demigod and an expelled guard must work tirelessly without thanks to keep their home safe and ensure their princesses can fulfill their roles for the hope of the people.

With the struggles of politics and the threat of monsters baring down on an otherwise peaceful nation, Equestria is facing down the barrel of what could be another thousand year campaign. There only hope is the guard of the princess and the aid of their family.
