The fallout of the destruction of U.A. was felt throughout Japan, the number 1 hero school was completely destroyed with only the exam testing grounds and some smaller buildings left. All of which like much of the surrounding area around the school is heavily damaged as the buildings that made up of the rest of the school, came crashing down like meteors.

Video of what happened in the school spread as well as the kids who took the exams also told people what happen there and the caused. The 5 groups of villainesses all showed up from other worlds for a boy named Izuku Midoriya as all of the young women of the groups are all in love with him. Who also turned out to be the classic dense idiot harem guy who had no idea that the women are in love with him.

Izuku wanted them to give up being villains as in this world they haven’t done anything to be villains yet. Which they pointed out that Japan wouldn’t accept a quirkless hero and the school would never let him be a student. Nezu said that they would accept a quirkless student who can pass the exam.

The villainesses eraser the minds of the kids and school staff and put them into simulation of the exam area. Where Izuku who also had his mind erased went and passed the exam by getting hero points by helping the other kids, and taking out a few of the robots getting villain points. But Nezu and the other members of the school all decided that because he doesn’t have a quirk he couldn’t be a hero as it’s just too dangerous without a quirk.

Resulting in Izuku turning full villain, having held onto the dream of being a quirkless hero but seeing how the teachers even saying that he could be a student if he passed the exam which he did, still wouldn’t accept him to be a student, he will be the greatest villain Japan has ever seen. The villainesses raised the school buildings into the air and drop them and destroyed the school grounds. Before that Izuku crippled his long time bully by chopping off his forearms, one of his legs and stabbing one of his eyes, as well as breaking his jaw.

The denying of someone who passed the exam just because they didn’t have a quirk and causing Izuku to turn villain, caused massive backlash to all the heroes of the school. Especially All Might who told Izuku he couldn’t be a hero without a quirk, even when he’s always telling everyone that anyone can be a hero. And that he was quirkless and was given his quirk by the heroine Nana Shimura, making him a huge hypocrite.

The fallout is that the school isn’t going to be rebuilt and the kids having to try out with the other hero schools. The heroes and All Might losing face with the public as they just given birth to a new villain. Who has 5 groups made up of dozens or more villainesses, with many in love with Izuku.

A search of the Midoriya apartment revealed it empty. Inko Midoriya, the mother missing and the apartment cleaned out. The husband Hisash Midoriya is overseas working for a major trading company and hasn’t been involved in his son’s life since he was 2. Leaving nothing to ground Izuku anymore. (1)

Bank of Japan central supercomputer -

Bank of Japan is the biggest bank in Japan and its supercomputer is where the most secretive information is kept that deals with other banks information. Bank accounts, government funding, stocks, and many others are kept in the vast rooms filled with databanks, and processors, all kept cold so that the systems wouldn’t overheat.

The staff that kept the computer running and the guards who protected it, have all been taken out and locked in storage rooms. Izuku and a number of his girls have taken the building thanks to Blink who teleported them inside and Network who took over the security systems. General Jinjur who can make copies of herself has secured the building with the female shadowkhans of Ryona and Ryobi, after Wraith in her ghost form had suck up all the joy from all the personal in the building, leaving them all too depressed to do anything to stop them.

In the central computer room Juniper Montage, Sugarcoat, Marcy, Princess Langwidere using her genius head, and Justine, are using the mainframe network with the other banks and the stock markets to setup everything for the next part of the plan.

“There all setup and ready,” Justine said as she and the others turn to Izuku.

“And got the camera setup,” Juniper Montage said.

“Thanks girls,” Izuku said who is now dressed in a costume of his own. A dark green business suit that’s over a black cloth like power suit modeled after the bat suit that a future Batman uses. As well as a future world where human kind are able to travel to the stars thanks to something called Mass Effect. Giving him much protection thanks to the layered both technology and magic protection. And making him much stronger and faster, with an inbuilt forcefield that protects his uncovered head.

“You’re on when the red light is on,” Juniper Montage said.

Izuku looks at the camera and waited for the red light to turn on.

“Greetings Japan, I am Japan’s ultimate criminal, I am Mastermind. Seeing how Japan views anyone who doesn’t have a quirk useless and can never be anything of worth, I decided to become a villain seeing how U.A. refuse to allow me to be a student even after I passed the exam. It’s the final push I needed to become a villain. But how would I start? Sure crippling the bully who tormented me for years making him quirkless without his arms, shows that I’m ruthless. But to make a statement of how dangerous I am, I need something big. The classic way is by stealing large amounts of money, gold, gems, and so on. But that’s so passé. Unless you steal it all,” Izuku said as a screen appeared behind him, showing the total amount of zero in an offshore bank account.

The amount in the bank account suddenly began filling and reached into the hundreds of billions and rose higher, till it finally stopped.

“Me and some of my lovely ladies are inside the central supercomputer of the bank of Japan. And thanks to just about all the other banks, companies, the stock market, and the government of Japan using it. We now have all the money of Japan. And look at that, the stocks of Japan are falling,” Izuku said as the screen turn to the stock reports, showing the Japan stock market hitting rock bottom. (2)

“With careful planning and choosing the right people for the job, I just crippled an entire country in a matter of seconds. So tell me, Nezu who only has the quirk to make him sapient, why you think that I couldn’t be a hero when you a smart rodent is one. But it’s fine, you gave me the push I needed to become the Mastermind of a supervillain group, made up of girls who care and value me. Nezu you, All Might, and the rest of the school staff are the ones who brought this down on Japan, and will carry this stigma for the rest of your lives….,” Izuku said and thought of something. “Yes, stigma. You have given birth to Stigma.”

“Girls time to leave but first,” Izuku said as he turns to Polaris and Shaggy Woman. “Polaris will set off a EMP with her power that will fry all the delicate computer systems, the computer viruses have also all been uploaded as well to make it very hard for anyone to fix the problem. And Shaggy Woman will rust all the main computers so there’s no way to undo what we did.”

Izuku turned to the camera.

“Thank you again Nezu, All Might, and the rest of the U.A. staff for giving me the kick to do this,” Izuku said as the camera shut off the fee.

Japan quickly fell into chaos.

1 - Seeing how Hisash in cannon is still a no show. I’m going with him working for a company and working overseas.

2 - Like in Rick and Morty if you destroy the economy, it can bring down a nation. And unlike what Rick did as the bugs only had to work for free till the simple problem was fixed. Izuku and his girls have stolen all the money of Japan.
