The breaking into the Bank of Japan’s main supercomputer where the most sensitive data was stored from all the banks and government agencies that used it. Along with the destruction of said supercomputer, with the release of computer viruses that spread across the networks, destroying the programs that are needed to run said networks. Caused the entire system that the financial system ran on to crash and burn. Made worst by the greatest theft in the history of Japan, no the world. The emptying of just about every single bank account in Japan, causing the yen’s value to fall, along with the stock markets where the markets were forced to closed down to stop a panic selling frenzy from happening. The overseas markets have either began selling off stocks or buying up stocks that are selling for pocket change, betting on some stocks to rebound later.

The effects of the theft and stock market crash were quickly felt as both the private sector and the government suddenly had no money. Hard crash which was already rarely used anymore or people kept much on them or at home as Japan went for a paperless currency became the only way to pay for anything, which has become worthless as its value fell. Business owners closed shop as they had nothing to pay their workers with, and workers had nothing in their bank accounts to pay anything. (1)

With the economy in ruins, with the bank officials and the government unable to fix the problem. Seeing how the supercomputer is destroyed and all information on it lost and the digital backups also destroyed. The people working to fix the problem have to rely on the physical records to see how much were in the accounts. Even with the free use of quirks that could help, the progress is still slow.

The international companies are faring better as the other branches in other countries are keeping the Japan branch alive. Using the currency of the country they’re in, they funnel the money to the Japan branch allowing it to stay afloat. Transferring the payroll to be paid by the other branches, so the employees could continue to work. But others had nothing but what cash they had on hand, as banks closed all over Japan.

The effects a major market crashing on a global scale and so quickly caused ripple effects to other countries. With stock markets of other countries having to close to stop a rush to sell off Japanese stocks, and stop a Great Depression from happening. As the safety measures built and setup to prevent something like that from happening again took effect.

Fear hanged over the globe as other supercomputers that also have sensitive data on them have been placed on lock down. The top heroes have been called to be on watch duties as people are sent to make sure that kind of weakness where all the data is kept in one place can’t happen like what happen in Japan happen again. They had to work fast as the fear of other villains trying the same thing is on everyone’s minds.

As for Izuku Midoriya now calling himself Mastermind and his group, Stigma the ones responsible for the theft of most of the money of Japan, his group just vanished. Five groups of villains with one group being made up of former heroes who were betrayed by their world and other former heroes of other the groups. With the ability to travel to other worlds, having all come to this world for Izuku who they all fell for. Izuku was Isekai to others worlds till he finally came back home after years away.

A search of his home found it empty and his mother Inko also missing as well. Any information that could be found there was gone. The father Hisashi, had no clue of his family’s whereabouts or had any useful knowledge of his son, having spent more time with his job than his family.

Then there’s All Might who told Izuku that he couldn’t be a hero without a quirk. And was revealed to be quirkless himself and got his quirk from Nana Shimura as the quirk is one that can be passed down. Causing people to lose faith in him and other heroes.

The former teachers of U.A. who after their memories were erased as well as the other students, so that the exam test could be held like nothing had happen with portals to other worlds opening. Izuku passed the exam, by getting hero points by saving other test takers. But they deem it too dangerous for him to be a hero without a quirk and failed him. They got their memories back and remembered everything, like that Nezu had told Izuku that he could be a hero if he passed the exam.

Izuku had wanted to be a hero, even telling the villainesses that in his world they could be heroes as they didn’t do anything in his world yet. They replied that the school would never let him in without a flashy quirk, which Nezu denied and said anyone could become a student. Which he showed to be lying and the last straw was broken for Izuku. Who gave up being a hero and joined the villainesses in becoming a villain. Showing it be crippling his long time bully by cutting off bodyparts.

Leading to the breaking into the building that houses Bank Of Japan supercomputer and stealing most of the money of Japan. With Izuku mocking Nezu in his choice of failing him even after he passed the exam. His planing and choosing of the right people for the job, had the whole bank job being pulled off like a heist movie. Asking why someone like Nezu who only has the quirk of being intelligent think someone like him couldn’t be a hero.

Causing waves in the other hero communities around the world. As many have quirkless heroes in their ranks with some having been ranked high. One of the former number 1 heroes of the United States was quirkless, The Captain who used a gun that fired custom made bullets. There are so many examples of quirkless heroes in other countries who showed that even without a quirk they are heroes.

Riots and protests are now happening as the country tore itself apart. With the former school staff having to hide as they’re being blamed for being the cause of Izuku becoming a villain and costing them all of their money. The homes of the heroes were ransacked or destroyed, with Eraser Head being found beaten to death and burn alive. Thanks to videos of him screaming as he was burn alive appeared online. The other staff members also were attacked by angry mobs, with many injuries on both sides.

The main question on everyone’s minds is when Mastermind and his harem will appear again.

In an underground room -

All For One watches the screens showing different news channels around the world. Japan is in chaos and people have lost faith in the heroes. Riots and protests are erupting all over Japan as people had no money and social order fell apart. He has many plans, with many still awaiting to bare fruit, which is why he’s been hiding await biding his time. But an opportunity like this, where the government and heroes are at their weakest.

“Tomura, get some men together. It’s time for us to reveal ourselves,” All For One said over a phone line.

“Oh, what’s the plan, join the riots?” Tomura asked over the phone.

“No, we make sure they’re bigger. A few well place bombs here and there. Power being cut, a bridge being destroyed, a few utility buildings being set on fire, should be all the spark needed to cause a riot to happen,” All For One said.

“And once the heroes are spent, we can hit them,” Tomura said.

“And should Izuku appear again, we need to contact them.,” All For One said as the medical technology of this world can’t heal him. But the medical technology of other worlds on the other hand, could be all he needs to be healed.

1 - I’m going with like in real life people using hard cash as in paper and coins is getting less common as people are using digital and cards to pay for everything. In the future setting of My Hero, people using cash to pay is rare. For some places with Japan being one of them. As like in real life how many people actually have more than a few hundred in cash laying around, and that’s counting people who have a jar of coins, or piggy banks.
