In a Sea of Madness

It’s official, we’re stuck here.

I just spent the entire day trying to get a message out to the mainland, wherever that might be. Long-range telepathy spells have failed. Without Spike, I can’t send messages through dragonfire, and attempts to contact Luna through our dreams have proven fruitless. We can’t even send Rainbow Dash out to find civilization; the island- and a good chunk of the surrounding sea- is encased within an impenetrable bubble of magical energy.

Though, considering that the ocean outside the bubble just turned to liquid helium, maybe that’s a good thing.
