Pinkie Pie never told anypony about one aspect of her Pinkie Sense, the pattern had only happened once before, and it didn't end well. But when her ears flatten, her face takes a permanent frown, and her stomach hurts, she goes to Twilight Sparkle to help her find the pony her Pinkie sense is foretelling about.

But it turns out that that pony is a changeling.
