An Apple Fallen Far From the Tree

“Fuck, oh great Solaris, careful Zecora! Ah don’t want to knock over any of the p-potions…”

“Then maybe you shouldn’t have such fat pony cheeks to plow, get to work now.”

Zecora’s stoic voice that sharply contrasted with his horny actions got Jack’s eyes rolling to the back of his head as he was organizing the potions that he and Zecora put together. Over the course of the past two weeks since Jack had completely shattered his former identity, the orange stallion ironically felt more free to do stuff than he did before. A lot of ponies that he’d talked to assumed that his sudden change meant that he was no longer able to have hobbies, or a life of his own. But such an assumption couldn’t be further from the truth. Jack had actually been able to return to an old hobby that he’d grown to love over the past ten times he did it before losing the last time: rodeo shows. Granted, they were more casual ones and less competitive, given that he wanted to work his way back up to winning blue ribbons and prize money, but Zecora was all too happy to watch the shows while proudly chatting up others that asked about Jack’s new life. While Zecora certainly loved all his subs deeply, Jack could tell that he was the one that the zebra stud was the proudest of with his stark transformation. A true testament to how far a pony could fall into zebra sluttiness.

And on top of taking up rodeos again, Jack had also started to help Zecora a good deal with making the potions. After an exchange of letters between Big Mae and Zecora, the latter agreed to have her and the red mare's coltfriend come and retrieve the finished potions from the hut to bring back to the farm. But until they were finished “quality checking” the potions to see that they looked and smelled as normal, Zecora was mounted over the orange and black stallion who had his forelegs on the kitchen table full of potions. With the zebra stud pistoning his fat zebra dick in and out or Jack's orange ponut, grunting deeply, the newly striped sub was gently pulling one of the glass bottles towards himself while his Zebra Master clapped his cheeks even faster. Jack whined and pressed his forehooves against the glass bottle for dear life without breaking it. He kept his focus on the bottles instead of fully surrendering to the pleasure building up inside of him, seeing that they were the right color to match the flavor of apple. As well as slowly popping off the corkscrew of each one and tasting it, something that Zecora had trained him in to know which taste was preferable to which potion.

If something was actually close to breaking, Jack knew that his Master would slow down or stop. But the idea that Zecora's release mattered more turned on the both of them greatly. And what would've normally taken five minutes to do with both of their work took the better part of an hour as Jack finally tasted the last potion for quality assurance. As Zecora hilted himself inside of Jack's backdoor with a loud grunt, his big zebra balls pressed against the rim of his pony's ponut as he gave a loud sigh. Spilling his seed deep inside Jack's ass, Zecora shuddered and grinned as he relaxed against the former apple pony's back.

“I couldn't be happier that you've given away all of you, even always speaking what is true,” Zecora snickered, remembering the other day that Jack told him that he would be proud to lie about what Dusk and Bubble's rooms in the new house were for. That was how Zecora knew that Jack had fallen truly harder than the rest. Unbeknownst to Dusk and Bubble, Jack didn't even consider himself an Element of Harmony anymore. Rainbow Blitz was very much still loyal, Butterscotch was certainly kind, and Elusive always made sure to give in need even if he had become a lot more selfish. But Jack? The orange pony was willing to lie through his teeth if it was what was best for Zecora. It was as surprising as it was hot. But Zecora shook his head a little as he willed himself to stay on task. “Let’s get all these potions in the wagon before they get here, and then shower off our activity that was very queer~”

Jack cooed as they remained lovingly against the table for a few more moments before Zecora pulled his fat zebra length out of his newly striped sub’s dark orange ponut. Jack moaned, a little sad at feeling the physical departure of his Zebra Master, before he got to work and grabbed a pair of potions with his foreleg tucked against his chest. Jack moved them to the wagon that was next to the front door, before Zecora placed several in the same wagon. The two did this back and forth for a couple of minutes before scurrying off into the shower to properly wash up…

As Jack was drying himself off, his heart blossoming in his chest as he saw that his stripes remained on his fur as Zecora reassured him, the orange stallion heard a trio of firm and heavy knocks on the door that could only be his older sister. If it were over a couple of weeks ago, when he had first left the barn for good, Jack would’ve been downright terrified to know what she would’ve thought of his disowning of the Apple name. But as he heard the knocks, excitement flickered in his mind and heart as he galloped towards the door to show off to the ponies he once loved most that he had completely changed for the better. Zecora, already dry from using his own towel, hummed with a big smile as he slowly walked down the hallway by the time he heard a gasp of surprise and a deep yet feminine shriek.

“Applejack, yer cutie marks are crossed out!” Big Mae brayed loudly, fully expecting her brother to be wearing stripes like all of Zecora’s other partners, but completely flabbergasted by the additional changes that the zebra deemed necessary. To say the big red mare was horrified would’ve been an understatement, her wide green eyes unable to look away from her brother looking absurdly different. Why only her brother? When all the other subs still had their cutie marks visible? Was Zecora punishing the Apple family for Grandpa Smith’s actions? Would he even take it that far?

“Ah won’t stop ya from calling me that, cause ah can’t,” Jack admitted with a shrug and a small roll of his eyes before he continued to his older sister and her coltfriend next to her with his jaw dropped and blushing brightly. “But ah’d like to at least let the both of you know that ah go by Jack now. No more apple in the name of course. Losing the name was mah idea.”

“And the cutie marks?” Big Mae’s horrified expression melted away, this time the big red mare’s ears were flattened against her blonde mane as she couldn’t hide her frown.

“My idea,” Zecora expressed loudly and clearly, his firm gaze on Big Mae as Jack moved to the side to allow his Zebra Master to pick up the handle with his teeth as he pulled out the wagon of potions for the couple to take. Sugar Beau used his magic to pull the wagon off to the side so that they could continue talking to Jack without it in the way, while the smaller pink unicorn looked Jack up and down. He couldn’t bring himself to compliment the orange pony’s striped getup when his marefriend looked like she wanted the ground to swallow her up. Zecora had the decency to walk back to his room, to allow them the chance to talk without him there for at least a couple of minutes. The bedroom door closed with an audible sound, giving Big Mae the signal to talk to her brother, her heart pounding with fear as she had underestimated just how deep this zebra-pony relationship would go.

“Ah was really thinkin’ Grandpa Smith was blowing smoke up our flanks,” Big Mae explained. “But ya left yer hat at the barn and never came back for it, or even had one of yer friends get it. Now ah see ya never intended on putting it back on yer head. The farm is the family legacy, that we worked to maintain from sunup to sundown for years, and now yer ashamed of it? Ah’m glad Grandpa Smith was wrong about him hitting you or the stuff he said about Sugar Beau-”

“Wait, what did he say about me?” Sugar’s heart skipped a beat in cold apprehension as he looked up at his much taller marefriend. Though Big Mae ignored him.

“-but ah think he might’ve been right to worry that Zecora was ruining the Apple family legacy thanks to our parents being gone,” Big Mae glared at her brother, despite the orange and black stallion staring at his older sister with a blank expression. With how much Jack used to care about what his sister said, Big Mae was used to his expression of fear and groveling over the years whenever she chewed him out about something. Whether it was leaving food out from the fridge or skipping work for an hour or two, Big Mae knew she was able to get her younger brother to stay in line and help her get the hard work done.

Now? Jack looked downright bored at what she was saying. The fear she inflicted on her own kin on-and-off throughout their upbringing shifted towards her for once, the big red mare’s body getting cold as ice as she wasn’t remotely getting through to her brother. Gulping, Big Mae tried another method.

“Brother?” Big Mae spoke up, her voice raising an octave as she looked deep into Jack’s slightly changed expression. “None of us knew it came down to this, we had no idea you were overworked so hard to the point you were ready to leave. We really didn’t. And thanks to Zecora’s potions, we can afford to have you no longer there every day or even week. But we thought you’d help us out at somepoint! Ya didn’t say you were abandoning the farm for good.”

“Sis?” Jack rolled his eyes. “It’s a fucking building with fruit around it, it’s not that deep. If not the Apple family, some other group of ponies will grow food. Of course ah was never happy working mah tail off for such a trivial cause. Now surrendering to a zebra on a regular basis? That’s a beautiful cause that most ponies won’t get to enjoy in their lifetimes. Yer entitled to yer own opinions, but ah don’t give a fuck anymore. Life is too short for me too.”

Big Mae looked down at the ground, her mind and spirit completely spent on trying to get Jack to change his mind at least a little bit. Granted the big red mare was intrigued when she saw Zecora always with a striped sub at his side, how happy and obedient they were with him. Even now despite the disturbance of her brother abandoning everything he once cared about, Big Mae couldn’t help but wonder what was so great about Zecora. Sugar Beau, given that Jack wasn’t related to him, was more open about looking the orange stallion up and down. The pink femcolt was deeply fascinated with Jack’s black stripes all over his body, and was almost completely certain that Zecora could satisfy his submissives far more than Sugar Beau could please his marefriend with his smaller dick.

With near perfect timing, Zecora closed the door to his bedroom behind him as he walked up to Jack’s side staring intently at his sub’s sister.

“Did everything in the wagon look right? I’m not interested in this transaction turning into a fight,” Zecora scoffed. “If either of you have the percentage of earnings owed to me as well, that would definitely be swell.”

“Oh! Here,” Sugar Beau piped up, his voice high-pitched and shaky staring at Zecora and his superior rippling figure. While Big Mae had a bigger body than Zecora, even the big red mare’s muscles weren’t as big as the zebra stallion in front of her. Big Mae clamped her muzzle shut and took a step back as her much smaller coltfriend used his magic to levitate the bag of bits he carried with him into Zecora’s open forehoof. Big Mae felt her heart dropping in her chest, wondering if Grandpa Smith was right about Zecora infiltrating and ruining a family that was already vulnerable without their parents around.

The worst part of it all was that Jack didn’t seem the least bit phased, Big Mae would’ve expected at least a little sign of distress from having a disagreement with family. Instead, the orange and black stallion clung to Zecora’s side and smiled up at him, batting his eyelashes as if Big Mae and Sugar Beau weren’t even there.

“You will be coming to pick up the potions by yourself next time,” Zecora ordered Sugar Beau, and before Big Mae could protest that she hadn’t acted as out of line as their grandfather, the zebra extended his foreleg behind the door and slammed it shut with a click to indicate it was locked. Big Mae and Sugar Beau trotted towards the exit of the Everfree, with the latter using his magic to pull the wagon beside them while keeping an eye out for animals.

“Ah was so happy for him and Zecora, but why did Applejack have to disown his own life up until the past couple of weeks?” Big Mae shook her head. “This is all happening so fast, and ah thought that he’d help us or visit on the holidays. But with every trace of the Apple name tainted or removed, ah don’t know if ah’ll ever see him again. What…what did we do that was so horrible?”

Sugar Beau kept his mouth closed, the despair on Jack’s face every day on the farm was clear to him. The misery that Grandpa Smith inflicted on the poor stallion for being gay, and then for dating Zecora. The pink unicorn could see all the reasons in the world for Jack to turn away from his family and the demands of Equestria, and want pleasurable bliss for a change. To want somepony that cared about what Jack wanted.

But he knew that saying any of this wouldn’t comfort his big and beautiful marefriend, and so Sugar Beau leaned against Big Mae. Their pelts warmed each other up in the cold forest as Big Mae was shaking with grief, and Sugar Beau was cooing and comforting her, as they made their way back to Sweet Apple Acres.
