Chapter 1: The Feeling of being Alone
In the sunset filled dawn of the castle Twilight has been having difficulty sleeping as she missed her friends badly after they all pass away due to old age, well except for Rainbow Dash who died of going too fast in her old weakened state that she couldn't handle the speed and ran into a wall.
That was when something crossed her mind, the thought of "making new friends". But she decided that she would do it in the morning as she went to sleep with the thought of making herself some friends to help her in her duties, but to also remind and be her friends during her era of reigning.
Later in the morning, "Ha Ha, she works" she said as Twilight triumphantly was able to make her first robot, the robot had a navy blue mane with strips of a gorgeous hue of purple and pink in her hair, she also had a light purple horn and a beautiful hue of purple in her eyes.
That was when the cute light purple robot started moving her eyes and tilted her head as she asked Twilight "Who are you?"
Twilight responded that she was her "mom" and her name was Moonlight Shimmer, even though her resemblance of Twilight when she was a unicorn was uncanny.
That was when Moonlight hugged her hardly like a son would hug her mom, and of course Twilight embraces the hug of her creation and kisses her on the cheek.
While Twilight was sitting and hugging Moonlight, Spike comes in and sees her and Moonlight hugging. Spike then said "Twilight, I am sorry to interrupt anything but the press is here again to interview you again."
Twilight then told Spike she will be there in a minute.
Moonlight then asked "Who is Spike?"
Which Twilight then explained everything about how she got her Cutie Mark and how she and Spike are technically brothers and how Spike is technically her uncle.
After her millions of interviews and questions Twilight spent a little bit of quality time with Moonlight while also explaining about how she is the ruler of Equestria. But deep in her mind Twilight felt the longing of wanting to see her friends again so another thought popped into her head, "if I can create a robot of myself, I can easily create a robot of all my friends.
So Twilight put Moonlight to bed as she slept peacefully Twilight heads to her lab and creates the base and all of the robots, as all she needed to do now is turn them on, but decided on waiting until it was morning so they don't get confused on the sleep cycle.
After Twilight raises the sun she heads to her laboratory as Moonlight sleeps in one of the many guestrooms she has in her castle, and "wakes up the other 5 robots". The first one that woke up was the one with the Rainbow colored mane and and the sleek blue wings, next was an orange colored pony with her signature hat, the next one was a white unicorn with the purple mane, next was the yellow pegasus which she cowered behind the rainbow maned one, and finally the pink pony woke up and started bouncing around.
That was when the blue pegasus got defensive over the yellow pegasus as she said "Who are you, and what do you want?"
As the white unicorn stepped in a puddle of oil and complains about how her hooves are covered in oil.
The orange pony then lassoed up the pink pony as she complained to stop jumping against the wall. Of course after all of the ponies calm down she explained how they are her best friends and how they all are the 6 guardians of harmony.
Every pony accepted that except the blue pegasus whose name is Rainbow Dash. But the orange pony who is Apple Jack told Rainbow Dash that she is the element of Loyalty.
Of course the Pink Pony named Pinkie Pie was already planning a party.
The white unicorn named Rarity kept complaining about how dirty Twilight's lab is.
The yellow pegasus named Fluttershy was also opening up a bit, but deep in Rainbow Dash's mind she has a sensation that the whole truth hasn't come out of Twilight's mouth.
That was when Moonlight came in looking for Twilight and saw the other 5 pony bots, and freaked out a bit. Of course though she comforted Moonlight.
Then she explained how she is her daughter and explained the other 5 were her best friends, eventually they all got comfortable around each other and decided to wander around the big castle as Twilight went on her way to keep her kingdom steady.
While Twilight was busy working the pony bots decided to wander around a bit, of course they all thought they were actually ponies, as Twilight treated them just as any pony but when they ran into Spike he seemed confused. "Hey Moonlight, Hey guys. Heh Heh" Spike said as he was confused to see 5 dead ponies alive.
Yet they all didn't seem to think anything suspicious about how Spike was acting as they treated him like the mane 6 would have treated him, and the others went on.
Though Rainbow Dash stayed behind and asked Spike, "Why are you acting suspicious, I know Twilight is hiding something, but I don't know what?"
Spike then answered, "I am just as confused as you are as Moonlight popped out of nowhere and Twilight started treating her like her daughter, and the fact that you 5 are alive."
That was when it hit Rainbow Dash, so... We're dead she asked Spike.
Of course Spike answered questionably, "What I really don't get is how you are alive, like I get how Twilight could have reversed time on the others, but you..."
Rainbow responded, "But what?"
Spike then explained how she "died", which caused Rainbow Dash to gag a bit.
Rainbow then said depressingly "If I am dead, then who am I as she looked at a mirror"
Spike then noticed something underneath her mane and said, "Hey Rainbow, do you know what that little thing is under your mane"
Of course Rainbow then noticed the little flap underneath her mane. "No" she replied to Spike
That was when Spike flipped the flap open and then gasped.
Chapter 2: Discovery of Who they Are
Spike then gasped at what she saw underneath the flap Rainbow Dash had on the back of her neck underneath her mane.
Rainbow then responded, "What? What do you see?"
Then it hit Spike, "Rainbow, you are a robot."
Rainbow then said "wait WHAT?"
Spike then realized that is why the others are alive, "Rainbow I think you all are robots."
That put Rainbow Dash in shock as she realized that she and her friends are robots.
Rainbow then snapped as she told Spike "Come on Spike, I want to give Twilight a little piece of my mind."
As Discord suddenly appeared out of nowhere and told Spike, "can you two be quiet, I am trying to get some sleep here" as he notices Rainbow Dash.
Discord then asked, "Rainbow Dash, how are you still alive, and young?"
Rainbow then replied to Discord about how she was a robot made by Twilight and wanted to give a piece of her mind as she ran off to look for Twilight.
Meanwhile in the castle Library the other pony bots and Twilight have been organizing books in their proper places, as everyone was enjoying the work Rainbow Dash barges in and tells Twilight angrily, "A word please Twilight."
After Rainbow Dash said that Moonlight got pissed for Rainbow to yell at her "mom", but Twilight stopped Moonlight and went with Rainbow Dash.
Rainbow then complained when she was going to tell them they are robots. Which of course then makes Twilight realize Rainbow figured out about her making them so she just told her everything. But when she was done Rainbow realized that Twilight didn't create them as tools or anything, Rainbow realized that Twilight was missing her friends, even though she has Spike and Discord.
Rainbow then hugged Twilight as she got up, but that was when Moonlight ran out of the library tearing up and the other 4 come out angry as they toss Twilight the original copy of Journal of Friendship as they saw blueprints, old pictures, and her notes on them and how the real ones died.
Apple Jack then yelled angrily at Twilight about how she disappointed them, and all in their minds they thought they were tools as in her diary (Journal of Friendship) didn't mention anything about her true feelings.
This action caused Twilight to head to her room and lock it as she cried on her bed depressed. Of course Apple Jack thought she succeeded in rebelling against Twilight. As Fluttershy goes after Moonlight to comfort her and Rarity tries to cheer up a depressed Pinkie Pie. Rainbow though went after Twilight and Apple Jack saw this which pissed her off.
Apple Jack then said, "Why are you going after her, she lied to us and planned on using us."
Rainbow didn't turn back but she said "Twilight may have lied, but she was telling me what her heart was saying. She was lonely and missed her friends as she cared so much about us. She told me that she didn't want to use us as tools as she is all alone with no one to comfort her. Spike may be her advisor, but he was like a brother to her, and Discord is just Discord, but when she first made Moonlight it reminded her of her younger self... Eager to learn new things and as sweet as she was."
After this it pierced Apple Jack's heart as she realized that she was right as she listens to Twilight cry in depression. As the others regroup around after hearing what Rainbow said as Rainbow knocks on Twilight's door as Twilight slowly lets her in.
After this action they hear Twilight cry louder and then stop as Rainbow Dash comes out with a sad Twilight. Then Apple Jack apologized for what she said to Twilight and the other apologized except Moonlight, who hugged Twilight which she ended up crying on Twilight.
With this action Twilight embraces the hug and comforts her daughter as she tears up on her. With this the other 5 joined into the hug and let go. After this Twilight told them the truth and why they were made, yet even after telling the truth Moonlight could not accept that she was made to look exactly like Twilight.
Of course Twilight saw this so she decided with the help of Rarity to do a lot of dyeing and painting to her coat to make her look like her own pony. They dyed here mane with a tint of light purple and painted her coat all purple, with a star like Twilight's and with eyes of beautiful amber.
With this Moonlight liked her new look and she hugged Twilight, but Twilight said, "You shouldn't thank me, you should thank Rarity."
Moonlight then thanked Rarity and then admired her new look.
After some years of Twilight living with the 6 Pony bots, Spike, and Discord bad things happen as Opaline invades Twilight's castle, as Twilight defeats her and transfers her magic into the 3 Unity Crystals and locks her away, she has to go into hiding, but as Spike and the dragons flew away and Discord goes into hiding under Canterlot, yet as the Mane 6 and Twilight have to go into hiding, she decided to turns them into a stone statue over the memorial of all of her friends and lock them away until someone awakens them.
Before she turns them into stone though she wishes them all a goodbye knowing she may probably never see them again, and after she said that, all of them rush in for a hug, and Twilight embraces the hug knowing it may be her last, but as the others let go, Moonlight stayed hugging Twilight as Moonlight always considered Twilight to be her mom, even after she found out she was a robot made by Twilight.
Twilight then said, "I will miss you too Moonlight Glimmer, yet you know as well as I do that I have to go.
Moonlight replied, "I will miss you Twilight, I hope we can see each other again, even if it is at the end of the world." as she was tearing up.
Twilight then turns them into a stone statue and leaves them to go hide.
Later after the Unity Crystals were reunited by the Mane 5... The stone memorial started to crack.
