What it means to be a Hero
Earth - 21xxxx - New York City.
Log 1: I can't take it anymore. How can the rest of them live on with the lives they have taken... Eaten... The guilt I've felt can't be put into words. How can they not look at themselves and hate each and every single day? I-I can't... the families I've torn apart, the lives I've stolen with my own two hands... From this day on, I'll do everything in my power to put an end to this. All of this.
Log 25: I've stolen some tech samples from Tony's and Reed's lab from Avengers and Baxter Building. I don't think they noticed. Surprisingly, the hunger stopped after going cold for a few days. If only I'd done this earlier, maybe I could've saved Aunt May and Mary Jane... maybe I could've convinced the others to stop all this.
Log 32: The prototype has some flaws, but with a few more iterations, it'll work. Even though my body's decaying, my brain's still fully functional. Luke's managed to join their ranks undercover. Meat is running low around the globe, so low that they strapped Professor Xavier's corpse to a machine to find any remnants of flesh left—even scrapes of it. I have to get this prototype done soon.
Log 54: Luke was busted. They tore him to pieces. I have to change locations and bring my equipment elsewhere. Logan's trying to steer their search elsewhere to buy me more time, but time is something that's always running out on me.
Log 59: They found me, I'm on the run. Or swing. Whichever is better. To whoever may find these logs in the future. I have left notes on the prototypes and a step-by-step guide on how to build it from scratch in a safe back in my old apartment. I'm sorry, I know I can't be forgiven, but... I tried my best. I really did.
A Marvel Zombies Spider-Man/Mlp infection AU crossover.
