Arc is a pony that is an indentured servant at South Stable City, often called just "Stable City" in their area. While her brother is a citizen she relies on him for rights and slaves away much of her life, and is almost a mare. She has yet to find her cutie mark and spends most of her time doing drugs when not at work (which offers her a lot of free time).
