You are scrolling through your phone on the bed. The reason you are not in the kitchen even though you are hungry is because your phone is low on battery. So right now you have it plugged into the wall and you have to wait for it to charge enough. You grow impatient of waiting and put the phone down and go downstairs and notice that someone, or somePONY Isn’t here.
You see, 6 years ago during summer the ponies made contact with our world. At first there was panic, racism, war, and other stuff around them. After the ponies convinced humans that they were peaceful then they started to be accepted.
After all this time ponies and humans live together, and are so used to it that there is no racism to them. The ponies do have contact with their world and they go back and forth all the time but humans are not allowed to go through the portals.
After all these years of getting used to these ponies you met one yellow one named Fluttershy, you became friends and around a year ago you two started dating and you got a house for eachother to live together.
Now because of the unusual silence in your house you assume that she went through the portal and went back to her world for a bit. You get some chips and sit on the couch and reach for the place the remote usually is…..wait…nothing.. You look for confirmation and yep, there is no remote there.
You get up and look around for the remote. Under the glass coffee table, next to the lamp desk, and next to the TV. Nothing.
“What the?” You say as your mind stumbles to figure out what is going on. Then something catches your mind, the noise of something opening a door. You go into the laundry room and see in the back something moving under the clean and warm clothes in the basket.
You reach for a tennis racket since your hobby is tennis and you keep it in the closet. You raise the racket and get closer with each step, getting slower each time. The thing stops moving as you get very close to it only around a couple of steps away, the clothes riggle around like the thing is trying to get out. You raise your racket high…..aaannnddd…..
You see Fluttershy looking at you with a pose like a dog waiting to attack, legs spread out widely and her staying still. You drop the racket before seeing that she had the TV remote in her mouth.
“Hey-!” You say as you walk up to her but she ran between your legs and ran out the laundry room door. Damn that was fast!
You then scramble your legs as you start chasing her around the house, by the time you got into the living room she had already gone upstairs. You quickly follow her up and around going to your bedroom. You corner her….for about 2 seconds but she somehow slips through and zooms out your bedroom and pulls your phone charger out of the socket.
You scramble after her as she then goes into the attic and back down, you're losing speed but can't stop now. She looks back at you and is shocked that you are still going, you are shocked too, but you guess it was the tennis running that made your legs like steel. You then enter her room and this time you have truly cornered her with no way of escaping with two drawers on both of her sides.
“Come on now! Gimmy it!” You say before she flew up and past you. Ah right, wings. You try to run after her but trip and fall off the bed, that fucking hurt. You then see that when you tripped you unplugged her air freshener and the cord is now lying across the ground.
You then get an idea as you get up and run after her and as she goes down the stairs you jump off from the side and land on the wooden floor, yea it stung but you didn’t care! You saw where she was going and took the second entrance to the garage and took the vacuum wire and put it across the door. Just like you expected she ran in and tripped over, you quickly grab her and pull the remote out of her mouth. You set it aside and looked at her as she tried to get out of your hold.
“What was that for!? Why did you have me running around the house and why did you steal the remote?” She stopped squirming and was breathing heavily from the run, and you were too. She leaned in and placed a gentle kiss on your check and nuzzled your neck and looked at you with a smirk.
“Yesterday YOU owed me a nice night out. Last night was nothing at all! It was just a normal night! So I just had to remind you and you like the TV soooo…yea!” You rolled your eyes and began tickling her and she started to squirm again.
“Really? You did all this because of no night out? Well I will promise to make this entire day a day out and YOU will stop taking the remote! Deal?” You say before kissing her for a quick moment.
“Hahaha! A-Alright Alright! Just stop, stop, stop! Hahahaha!” She said still wriggling in your tickle, you let go and roll your eyes again.
“I swear you have to be the craziest ponies I could have chosen!”
“But you wouldn’t have picked anyone else.” Fluttershy said as she went back to cuddling you.
“Of course….” You then let her down and she gave you that look, those eyes man, they screamed joy and love and you would do anything to make her happy.
“Come on! Let's start this ‘Day Out’!” You say as you both walk out the door with each other by each other’s side…..
