Almost nightly ponies with power and influence shatter the peace of Canterlot with wild parties, drunken brawls and pranks that would intrigue Discord with their level of chaos. Months of complaints and trying to deal with things through sweet persuasion, threats and even the courts have done nothing to reduce the almost constant mayhem caused by a handful of ponies.

In desperation, Luna and Celestia turn to one of their most ruthless commanders, Iron Glamour, and authorize them to bring these lawless ponies to heel by whatever means necessary. In turn Iron Glamour turns to her friend, dominatrix and ballet instructor Winter Showers, in the hopes that together they can come up with a way to change the focus of the mendicants from battle, to ballet.
