A beast of some sort has been terrorising the village of Bridlewood. Taking and destroying things throughout the place while leaving little to no trace of who or what it is. Until a certain unicorn finds that the “monster” is more than it seems.

Onyx, once she finds out the mysterious creature’s story, she must take it upon herself to help the creature out before the other unicorns- Or a certain earth pony- finds it out. Unless she can manage to get them to be chill with living in Bridlewood with a lurking predator, saying goodbye isn’t the most easy thing, after all.

Just wanted to write a simple story of side characters going on a small adventure of their own, when the main characters are unavailable, where they do what is right, even when it is hard

Some headcanons I made for Onyx in this story had changed slightly, but I decided to publish it anyway since it was close to completion and wanted to these two their own adventure

This story was between 70-87 % prewritten before being published
