Sunset Shimmer, MD, recently treated an unusual patient in her practice at the Appaloosa State School, a secure psychiatric facility for children. The treatment was "successful..." but Sunset is left pondering the evil she might have done if Twilight and her friends hadn't taken her rage away all those years ago.
