"Angel come downstairs, it's dinner time!!!" Fluttershy called for her beloved pet bunny. But then 2 minutes went by but Angel has not come down for dinner. It was a little strange. "I made carrot stew, your favourite!!!" Fluttershy called again.
She knows that Angel loves carrot stew. It was his favourite dinner. Then, Fluttershy sees that Angel is coming downstairs. She knew if she brought up his favourite dish, he would come down. But to Fluttershy's surprise, Angel was not in a good mood. But he was not grumpy tho. He was depressed.
"Angels what's wrong?" Fluttershy asked the little white rabbit. "I thought you loved carrot stew." Angel nodded showing that he still liked carrot stew. "Then what is the matter?" She asked again. Fluttershy walked towards the couch to sit down and called for Angel to sit beside her.
"Is everything okay?" Fluttershy asked. Angel shook his head. There was something borthering him and it was not good. "Then do you want to tell me?" Fluttershy asked. Angel wanted to tell her but he thinks that she might not understand. "Angel, it's okay." Fluttershy said. "You can talk to me. and i promise i will listen."
Angel then decided to tell her about what is troubling him. He told her that he was depressed because he thinks that Fluttershy likes to spend time with her friends more than spending time with him. And that she never wants to hang out with him. "Who told you that?" Fluttershy asked. Angel shook is head. Telling her that nopony told him this
Angel then tells Fluttershy that he is the one that thinks this, And that sometimes he wants to spend time with Fluttershy, And tries to tell her that. But she ignores him and tells him that she is going out to hang out with her friends. "Oh dear" Fluttershy says to her depressed Angel. "I didn't know you felt this way."
Angel then started to cry really hard as hundreds of tears started to flow down his cheeks. Fluttershy then scooted closer to him and put a wing around Angel and pulled him close. "Shh, shh, shh," Fluttershy says as she rubs her wing on his back. "It's okay, let it all out." Angel tried to fight back his tears, but he couldn't. They just flowed down his cheeks as he leaned on his caretaker, crying his eyes out. And all that Fluttershy can do is hold him close.
Angel then stopped crying and sat back up. "Angel," Fluttershy started to speak up. "I am so very sorry. i didn't realize you wanted to spend time with me. i just thought you wanted to say bye." Angel looked down at the ground. he knew that Fluttershy was not understanding at all.
"But now i know, that you wanted to spend time together. just the two of us. and i am very sorry for making you feel this way." Angel looked back up at Fluttershy. Now knowing that she did understand why he was depressed. And that he wants to spend some quality time with his owner.
"So now that you have told me this. this week, you have me all to yourself. We will spend time together everyday. And when my friends need me, i will just tell them i'm very busy. How does that sound?" Angel nods. now knowing once again that Fluttershy is going to spend time with him instead of running off to her friends.
"Lie down." Fluttershy says. the both then lie down on the couch and Fluttershy grabs the blanket thats on it and lays it down on them. Angel then scoots closer to Fluttershy and then she wraps her wings around him and pulls him closer. then Angel wraps his tiny little arms around Fluttershy's waist.
Then he starts to smile. Fluttershy did it. She made him happy again. And all of Angels grief has been replaced by a bunch of snuggles from his caretaker "You know Angel," Fluttershy says to her now happy Angel. "I'm glad you're in my life. and without you, i don't know if I would be happy. But i'm glad you are and i am enjoying this time that we have together.
Angel's smile grows larger after knowing that Fluttershy does care for him and that she will always will. And that he was a little bit more importent then her friends. Then Angel lets out a big yawn and puts his head on Fluttershy's hoof. and then pulls her closer to him.
Angel then realizes that even tho Fluttershy loves to hang out with her friends. she still loves her bunny no matter what happens. even if they fight and get into arguments, Fluttershy will always love her little Angel. and that she does not know what she would do if he was not there, cuddling her.
Then Fluttershy realizes that she made dinner. but then decided to save it for tomorrow and she can heat it up. Then she kisses Angel's head as she starts to doze off herself. "Goodnight my little bunny. I love you." Fluttershy says before Angel falls asleep.
She then brushed her wing back and forth on the back of Angels head. and then started to sing Angel a lullaby as Fluttershy started to drift off to sleep.
"Hush my little Angel, don't say a word. Fluttershy will always have your back. Even tho i might be gone, Fluttershy will always love and care for you. And even tho sometimes we fight, Fluttershy will never love you less. and even tho you get into a lot of trouble, you will always be my favourite bunny. so hush my little angel please don't cry, because i will always be there."
Then Fluttershy drifted off to sleep. With herself and Angel, snuggling on the couch. knowing that they will be there for each other no matter what happens in their lives. and that they will always love each other the same as always.
