Doctor Whooves and the Eye of Discord

Epilogue

Previous Chapter

Discord waved a hand. “Bye Screwball. See you in a second.” Discord closed the door.

Screwball sat in the Time Vault alone now. For the time she would be there, a brief fear took her that her father would forget her and leave her in the dark void for all of time.

That fear was quickly quelled when she saw the light of the door opening and something being stuck out to help her back through the door. With the bright light, she couldn’t even see the silhouette of the other side.

She took what she thought was Discord’s hand, but it was hoof shaped and felt metallic. Whatever it was, it quickly pulled her out of the time vault and back into the castle.

Screwball let her eyes adjust to the brightness of the castle compared to the Time Vault. She looked around and her eyes landed on the pony who pulled her out. It was not her father.

The pony was covered in a metal like armor. It was almost like a royal guard, but the ponies was covered entirely in the dull silver armor. It took a moment for Screwball to see it, but the “helmet” of the armor was only half complete, leaving the view of a lilac face inside the armor. The other side the helmet had what seemed to be a black eye with a bump next to it seeming like a tear line.

“W-who are you?” Screwball asked.

The face beneath the helmet smirked. “You can call my Cyberlight Glimmare.” A light seemed to appear on her metal armor coated arm. A portal then opened above the two mares' heads. “And I’m about to take you somewhere very important.”
