She also wore a golden tiara on her head, with a hole on the front that allowed her unicorn horn to poke through.

Both of them are in the stadium where new inventions are show cases. With the screens all showing both of them to a world wide audience. Before All Might could speak music began playing from somewhere and the mare in front of him began to sing.

Celestia powers up, All Might leaving him as his powered up muscular form. And drops him to the ground.

All Might blocks the punch Celestia throws at him with his forearm that felt like it was cracking from the blow. Before she slaps him with her wing, sending him flying backwards from the blow. All Might rolled to his feet, staring at Celestia who just showed him how much stronger an adult Equestrian is compared to the young girls he had fought before. (1)

A fleeting light fades from your eyes

All Might poured all of his strength into his strongest attack, only for his punch to hit Celestia’s face. The shockwave causing the entire stadium to shake and parts crack or break. And she just smiled mockingly at him, and punch him away, knocking him on his back.

Celestia grabbed his legs and swung him around and slammed him into the ground. The snapping and breaking of bones could be heard as she showed how much stronger she is compared to him. She lifted him up in the air over her head and brought him down on her knee, breaking his back. And drops him grasping in pain on the ground.

Every breath a wasted cry
You thought you’d hide
But now you’ll die
As the truth that you are, is in the light

Celestia looks down at All Might as she points her hand at him and shockwave hits his helpless form. Causing the ground beneath him to crack and him to spat up blood. (2)

Your tale is done
No help waits
The end has come
I sealed your fate

Celestia fires a beam of gold energy onto All Might’s broken body, his muscular form shrinking as the All For One quirk was taken from him. Leaving him a walking skeleton, under the glare of Celestia.

Your name will fade
Lost to memory
Lost to time
For your final act is nigh

Celestia ended her song still looking down at All Might who now lost the One For All quirk to her.

“Why Izuku ever looked up to you, I never know. You’re quirkless at birth but still thought that anyone without a quirk couldn’t be a hero. The one who gave you the quirk, didn’t thought that way. She saw something that I would think she would had saw in Izuku as well. Too bad her trust in you was for nothing. You couldn’t even kill One For All, my grandmother had to do it for you. And now that you have lost what made you a hero, there’s nothing left in your personal life is there? Few friends who still view themselves as your friend left and nothing else,” Celestia said looking at All Might and frowned. “Oh you passed out. You continue to disappoint me.”

Celestia teleported away leaving what’s left of a former hero behind.

Author's Note

1 - Like how large birds like swans and geese in real life who can flap their wings strong enough to break a human adult’s arm. Equestrians with wings are able to flap their wings strong enough to be lethal to most humans, as their wings do have to be strong enough to let them to fly.

2 - Like in cannon, Celestia is a lazy layabout who eats cake and is more of a desk worker then anything else. Which is important but leaves her much weaker and rusty when it comes to fighting. But unlike in cannon she does have her family around and a warrior queen for a grandmother and a one woman army for an aunt. So she learned how to fight at an early age, and works out in very pleasurable ways that keeps her in shape. So while she is the weakest out of her 3 sisters, she is still an alicorn with over a thousand years of experience under her belt.
