It is 1116 it has been 100 years since the great war ended and the ponies triumphed over the Changeling hives.

In the 100 years since Equus has largely known peace, the memories of war slipping away slowly with each new generation being once more removed from its horror.

All except for the Princesses themselves who ruminate on such a milestone passing during their reigns.
