Izuku gulps as he walks into the American Highschool having been given a scholarship after impressing the American pro heroine, Celestia Shimmer, known as Burning Day. Her quirk is that she’s able to turn herself into a miniature humanoid sun, where she doesn’t just control plasma but also radiation and gravity. Making her one of the most powerful pro heroes in the world.

Flashback -
Celestia was visiting Japan with her sister Luna for something when she came across the sludge villain attack, where Katsuki was trap in the body of the villain. The heroes on the scene just stood by while Katsuki was tossed around as he wildly used his quirk trying to free himself. Celestia was about to step in when Izuku ran towards the villain and tried to free Katsuki. That’s when both boys were pulled freed from the sludge villain and the sludge villain was lifted up into the air high in the sky before he burst in flames, reducing his mass.
The villain was dropped to the street where Celestia stomps on his body, knocked out from the pain. Being a tall beautiful mature woman, pink, dark-blue, pale-green and sky blue, with light-violent purple eyes, and pale grayish-pink skin. The power suit she’s wearing does little to hide her K cups of her voluptuous body. Made her the center of attention quickly.
“3 so called pro heroes on the scene and instead of running in to help, you 3 stood back and watch. At least the kid did something,” Celestia said to Mt Lady, Kamui Woods, and Death Arms.
“Hey who are you?” Death Arms asked.
“She’s Burning Day, former number 1 pro hero of the Untied States before she retired and run her own school. And ex of All Might,” Izuku said.
“Worst mistake of my life. Can’t believe we ever thought it would work,” Celestia said with a huff while the crowd stood in amazement.
“What are you doing here?” Mt Lady asked having heard of her when she was younger.
“Doing your jobs from the looks of things,” Celestia said as she lifted the out cold sludge villain with her gravity power and toss him into the arms of Death Arms. “Now take care of the mess.”
“Hey,” Death Arms said holding the sludge villain.
“Now, young man I’m impress. Instead of doing nothing like those waste of money,” Celestia said.
“Hey!” Kamui Woods said.
“How would you like to be an exchange student for my school, Canterlot High?” Celestia asked Izuku.
“What but he’s quirkless,” Katsuki snaps.
“And in America we have quirkless pro heroes. I dump All Might for my late husband One Bullet and he was quirkless. And he’s the one who caused that famous hulmilating picture of him, with his head ram through a painting of a horse with his head coming out of the butt,” Celestia said causing All Might who is watching covered his face remembering that.
“One Bullet?” Izuku asked.
“That’s all he ever needed to take care of a villain,” Celestia said.
“Then what happen to him then?” Katsuki asked.
“Plane crash,” Celestia answers and turns to Izuku. “So kid, want to go overseas to learn to be a hero?” (1)

Present -
Izuku steady himself as he looked around for his guide that Celestia said would greet him. He accepted the offer and after some paperwork, he’s now an exchange student for Canterlot High. A well known school for heroes on the west coast of the United States. Where the Day and Night sisters, two of the most famous pro heroes came from and now run.
American schools are so much different from Japan schools. More relax and after school clubs not being a big thing. The classmates change with what class you go to instead of the teachers being the one who change rooms. There is a school uniform but unlike back home it is more relax and has more variety in the colors and style you can wear.
Izuku is wearing a white shirt, a blue sweater vest, and blue pants.
“Hi, I’m Twilight Sparkle, and you’re Izuku Midoriya right?” A purple haired with a purple red stripe girl asked. She has purple skin and violent eyes and she wore glasses. She wears the school uniform of a white shirt, a green sweater vests and a green skirt. She also has a shapely body with E cups.
“Yes,” Izuku said.
“Welcome to Canterlot High, I’ll be showing you around before first bell,” Twilight said. “You have your schedule?”
“Yes,” I have my class schedule,” Izuku said. “The hero course is also PE?”
“The first years like you first learn the basics before going to more advance classes. Mostly learning how to rescue people from things like car crashes, handle fires, use first aid, building up your body, and how to use support equipment. Which you need to learn before going into the real hero training,” Twilight explains.
“Oh ok,” Izuku said following Twilight into the school.
“Twilight is that the guy that was with mom when she made the news in Japan?” A voiced called out.
The new girl is taller and buffer than Twilight, with orange skin, blue eyes, and red and yellow hair that looks like bacon. She wore a white shirt, a light blue sweater vest, and a blue skirt. She has an hourglass figure and H cups.
“Your mom is Burning Day?” Izuku asked.
“Yes and I have mom’s power as well as grandma’s empathetically,” Sunset said.
“What’s empathetically?” Izuku asked.
Sunset touched Izuku and suddenly Izuku was reliving the roof top encounter with All Might. Sunset let go of Izuku and had a pissed off look on her face.
“Glad that he’s not my dad,” Sunset said.
“You can read minds?” Izuku asked in amazement.
“Yes and mom is so going to want to learn about this,” Sunset said.
“Wait you can’t,” Izuku said.
“Mom already knows all about All Might,” Sunset said. “Now let me show you the rules around here.”
“But I’m the one doing it,” Twilight said.
“Can it Twilight, you can continue the tour after I tell Izuku how things work,” Sunset said walking with Izuku outside to the courtyard where the other students are hanging out.
Izuku noticed that lots of students are all wearing the same style of uniform and are all hanging out together.
“Canterlot always has cliques that come and go with each new generation. With some lasting since the school opened, before quirks were a thing. There’s always a top student leading the clique for the grade that they’re in. As this is an elevator school. Now let me point out the top students you need to know for their cliques,” Sunset said pointing out the students.
The Eco-kids who only wore the white shirt and blue pants or skirts. They’re into environment protection and the heroes that come from there are mostly save the earth type heroes. The top student of the group is Applejack whose family runs an organic apple farm. A tall and muscular girl who wears an old-school cowgirl hat on her blonde hair, pale grayish-amber skin and light-sap green eyes, with H cups.
The Techies who wear green sweater vests and pants or skirts. They’re tech base heroes and support class. The top student of the group is Twilight Sparkle.
The Athletes who all have the school's crest or the C shaped horseshoe on their clothes. Those are the more combat type heroes, who use sports to build up their bodies. The top student is Rainbow Dash. She has rainbow colored-hair with cyan skin and raspberry eyes, C cups.
The Fashionistas who all wear a bright blue vest and skirt or pants. The heroes are into style and making themselves look good. The top student is Rarity. Who has purple-hair, snow white skin and blue-jewel eyes, and has F cups.
The Drama kids who all wear who wear a dark blue vest and blue pants or skirts. They are good at bluffing and putting on a show. The top student is Trixie Lulamoon. Who has white hair, light blue skin, and purple eyes and has G cups.
The Entertainers who all wear a white shirt and a bright blue pants or skirt. They great at putting on a show and playing the crowd. The top student is Pinkie Pie. Who has pink cotton-like hair with light pink skin and light-blue eyes, and has F cups.
The Band who all wear a white shirt and a green pants or skirt. Those are the sound base and musical heroes. The top girl is Octavia Melody. Who has dark brown hair with gray skin, brown eyes, and has G cups.
The Goths who all wear dark makeup of some kind. The dark heroes and anti heroes. The top student is Tempest Shadow and tall and muscular girl. Who has dark red hair, dark purple skin, amber eyes, and has H cups.
The Autos who all wear a jacket of some kind. The heroes who have their own vehicles. The top girl is Vinyl Scratch. She has blue hair, white skin, and red eyes, and has D cups.
The Gamers who all have a handheld game device. They’re into creating games and computer programming. The top girl is Derpy Hooves. She has blonde hair, gray skin, yellow eyes, and has E cups.
“Those are the major clique. And unlike in Japan quirkless heroes are common. Just find what you’re good at and work at that,” Sunset said.
“I really don’t know what kind of hero, I want to be,” Izuku said.
“Well there are all kinds of heroes and here you can find out what you want to be,” Twilight said.
“Also don’t try to be like All Might, he’s a good hero but in his social life he has no life at all,” Sunset said.
“Really?” Izuku asked.
“He’s the his job is his life and without it he’s alone and empty. It’s the reason why mom dump him,” Sunset said.

Elsewhere -
Celestia watched the camera feed of Izuku interacting with Sunset and Twilight who are showing him around the school. In the room with her is Zecora, a woman with dark skin with black and white hair, black eyes, and has I cups. She has the quirk to see visions of the future of what could happen as the future is ever changing.
“Well he’s here,” Celestia said.
“He will play an important role in the future. He now stands along side Sunset with others who are still in the shadows, facing something now,” Zecora said.
“Well in any case at least the trip to Japan also got Luna to be a mother now,” Celestia said.
Zecora is the reason why she and Luna went on the trip. She told them that both of them will find someone young who will be important to them. She found Izuku who showed himself to be a hero when no one else would do anything and also to stick it to All Might after she learned that he said only those with quirks could be heroes. Which she went and told to reporters, to stick it to him.
As for Luna she run into a little girl running away from her abusers. Luna made short work of the two men showing why she's Nightmare Moon, the most feared superheroine of the United States. The young girl Eri is now the adopted daughter of Luna who is helping her to control her quirk. After they called in some favors and got all the paperwork done, making it all official.
“With good training she will be a great heroine someday,” Zecora said.
“For now we just have to wait and see what your vision has in store for us again,” Celestia said.

Izuku been writing in his notebook of his new classmates and their quirks. His quirk analyzing of what it can do and the weaknesses caught the eye of Ms. Harshwhinny, a quirkless teacher who teaches quirk analysis. She saw how detailed his notes are and had him make a list of the quirks of the people of his new school. And why he’s in a classroom with her going over his notes.
Celestia Shimmer, aka Burning Day, quirk Sun, she turns herself into a miniature humanoid Sun controlling plasma, radiation, and gravity. In her sun form she is living plasma and only thanks to her control and using her gravity powers keep both the heat and radiation contain within her.
Weakness, needs focus and control to use as the heat and radiation she emits when she in her full sun form, will kill any living being near her. Wears a quirk dampener on her arms to help keep her from losing control.
Sunset Shimmer, quirk Sun, she turns herself into a miniature humanoid Sun controlling plasma, radiation, and gravity. Also has empathetically, allowing her to read minds by touching someone.
Weakness, needs focus and control to use as the heat and radiation she emits when she in her full sun form, will kill any living being near her. Wears a quirk dampener on her arms to help keep her from losing control.
Luna Williams, aka Nightmare Moon, quirk Nightmare, allows her to create living shadows that take the form of whatever the target fears, or pulls them into a shadow dimension where abstract fears like drowning and earthquakes are unleashed on the target. Even if someone can face their fears the shadows will just attack them, in vast numbers. They can attack physically or attack the target’s shadow that harms the target. She can also enters people’s dreams when she asleep.
Weakness, her power needs light to cast shadows.
“Yes that’s good details. With Sunset having her mother’s quirk, she does have the same weakness. She’s just too powerful for her own good, like her mother. Celestia always had to take constant care not to lose control. It’s why most villains fear her as she’s just way too dangerous to face. Even if they can take the heat, there are only a handful of known quirks that are immune to radiation. It’s why Celestia always wears power dampers to keep her power in check and why she uses her gravity powers mostly,” Ms. Harshwhinny explains. (1)
“What about her showing up glowing?” Izuku asked.
“Like Sunset her power came slowly where she got hotter and hotter as she grew. It allowed her to gain control of her powers but she still limits herself so that she doesn’t harm her surroundings. Also when she does use her sun form, she always has to leave to get dress, as we tried but nothing can survive her sun form leaving her naked afterwards,” Ms. Harshwhinny said.
“So that’s why she doesn’t use her sun form but for the big name villains,” Izuku said.
“When she’s in her sun mode, you know it’s that bad,” Ms Harshwhinny said.
“So that’s why, Sunset is the top student in the hero course,” Izuku said.
“While she does has the most powerful quirk in the school, she isn’t the top student for just that reason. She’s just like her mother when we were in school together, top grades, popular, a natural leader. When she’s a pro heroine she’ll be like her mother,” Ms Harshwhinny said.
“I also made a list of some of my classmates quirks,” Izuku said showing her the notes he made.
“Let’s see what you found out,” Ms Harshwhinny said looking over the list.
Twilight Sparkle, quirk telekinesis. Still training to find the limits to her power. Needs to focus her mind to use her power.
Applejack, has the power of kinetic energy absorption, meaning that any physical attack only makes her stronger. She can take most energy attacks but is still vulnerable to other forms of attacks.
Rainbow Dash, has wings on her back that allows her fly at the speed of sound, allowing her to make sonic booms. Needs room to build up her speed.
Rarity, has the power to create barriers and shields around her or others. The barriers and shields need her to concentrate to make them strong.
Fluttershy, her power lets her freeze anything that looks at her. Doesn’t work if the person can’t see her eyes.
Pinkie Pie, quirk is the power to transform herself into dirt. She can be broken into pieces that can merge back together and use the dirt around her to build up her mass. She can shapeshift her body to create weapons and take the form of anything she can think of, and change the density of her body at will. When she’s wet she has a harder time to move around.
Maud Pie, has the power to transform herself into any kind of stone. She’s strong in her stone form and depends on what kind of stone she becomes. Can merge herself with stone around her to build up her mass. Can’t shapeshift like her sisters. Can regrow lost pieces of herself in her stone form.
Limestone Pie, has the power to transform herself into sand. She can merge with sand around her to build up her mass. She can shapeshift her body to create weapons and take the form of anything she can think of, and change the density of her body at will. Water and fire are her weakness, turning her into mud or glass.
Marble Pie, has the power to transform herself into clay. She can merge herself with other clay and build up her mass. She can shapeshift her body to create weapons and take the form of anything she can think of, but unlike her sisters Pinkie and Limestone, she can change her color so that she can perfectly make herself look like whoever she wants. She also can change the density of her body at will. Her body is vulnerable to fire and heat.
Tempest Shadow, has the power to absorb (physical and emotional) pain, until her body is charges like a battery and boomerangs the attacks back. Is completely immune to any kind of attack that causes her pain of any kind but is still vulnerable to powers that doesn’t harm her like telekinesis or gravity.
Snips, has the power that allows him to cut just about anything with his fingers what transforms into blades. While his blades can cut something, it doesn’t mean he’s strong enough to physically cut it.
Snails, has the power to "steal" the speed of those around him, rendering them slower than him. Is still vulnerable to long range attacks.
Diamond Tiara, has the power of super breath, creating powerful gash of winds from her mouth. It’s limited to her lung capacity.
Silver Spoon, power is to create powerful stench from her body in the form of green gas, her stink is powerful enough to drive anyone away. She’s limited to only able to cover herself with her stink and needs to wear a gas mask as she’s not immune to her own stink. Works with Diamond Tiara who’s super breath allows her to blow the stink to a target.
Trixie Lulamoon, can create firework-like plasmoids from her hands, she does it by detonating the air. She detonates matter on a subatomic level and holds herself back as she knows what kind of harm she can do. She’s on the same level as Sunset and her mother.
Lavender Lace, is able to create realistic illusions. Doesn’t work on people who are blind, or use their other senses.
Fuchsia Blush, who is a shapeshifter, who can turn her body into the material she is touching. She can only transform her body into whatever material one at a time, losing the old form when she touches something new.
Photo Finish, anything she throws or fires, will seek whatever target she spots, changing directions in midair to do so. Her projectiles can be block and her power only works when she sees a target.
Pixel Pizzaz, is capable of bending reality around her body allowing any incoming attacks or projectiles to be deflected or returned to the attacker. Doesn’t work on wide range attacks like a bomb.
Violet Blurr, can teleport to anyplace she can see and bring others with her. She needs to see where she’s teleporting as she doesn’t want to teleport into something solid or in someone.
Little Strongheart, is able to create earthquakes by creating waves of vibrations that can affect anything. Because of how dangerous her power is she holds back. She’s on the same level as Trixie and Sunset.
Derpy Hooves, has the power of bubbles, that she uses to clean any kind of mess, makes any surface slippery and even make people lose energy by washing it away. Her power can be washed away with water.
Bulk Biceps, can increase his body mass and density by absorbing energy. He needs to release the energy before as if he holds it in, the energy build up hurts him.
Flash Sentry, can create basketball sized orbs that act as defense towers. Firing energy beams at any target, the orbs are stationary and he can only create up to 16.
Vinyl Scratch, she is able to absorb sound and release it into energy beams. She needs to recharge after using all of her stored up energy.
Octavia Melody, can generate strings from her body for a variety of uses such ensnaring opponents, taking control of their bodies, or stitching up wounds. She can also compress her strings into various constructs such as ropes, whips or arrows. To use her strings she needs to eat a lot to have the bio mass needed.
Lyra Heartstrings, can make copies of herself. All the clones are Lyra and can all merge back together again. It’s unknown what will happen if one of her clones dies.
Bon Bon, can turn herself invisible and make anything she's wants invisible too.
Moondancer, she has the power to charge objects with energy that explodes. She needs objects to use her power on.
Minuette, has the power to heal by using the stored up energy in her body fat as fuel. She can only heal physically wounds, sickness can’t be healed by her.
Lemon Hearts, can make objects float and move around in the air which she uses to ride on an object to fly around on. Needs to concentrate to use her power.
Twinkleshine, can create biomechanical machines from her body, taking the form of robotic limbs and other body parts. Can grab metal and machines to add to her body and once any new technology she gets her hands on, she can recreate later. She needs lots of energy to use her power.
“Good, good, your analysis of their powers and weaknesses are spot on,” Ms Harshwhinny said looking over the notes of other students. “You have all the makings of a Dispatcher.”
“Dispatcher?” Izuku asked.
“Yes someone who watches the action from a command center and call in heroes who can help out in any given situation. And get them and the police and emergency crews to coordinate their efforts together,” Ms Harshwhinny said.
“Really?” Izuku asked.
“I know that in Japan it’s all about flashy quirks and all that All Might represents. I still don’t get why Celestia even tried to make things work with him. I got to know him and he’s not someone you can have a relationship with. Around here different agencies work together where heroes are called in when they have the quirk or skills needed. And a calm voice telling a hero who has no idea what to do, what’s needed to be done, can make all the difference,” Ms Harshwhinny said.
“I understand,” Izuku said. “And you knew All Might?”
“Yes, unfortunately. Once you actually get to know him on a personal level like I did. There’s a reason why he’s a workaholic always going around being a hero. He has nothing else in his life and the few friends he does have, he’s not that close to. As you can’t count on him to show up on time for anything or be there when you need him, as he’s always out saving someone else. And his relationship with Celestia is the reason why she’s humiliating him with stories and videos of the time they were dating. Him telling you that you can’t be a hero without a quirk, was just the excuse she needed,” Ms Harshwhinny said.
“That video of him at the Christmas party is still making news,” Izuku said.
“Not only he showed that he can’t sing, he also ruined Celestia’s dress when he wore it, showing that he can’t handle hard liquor,” Ms Harshwhinny laughs cruelty. (2)
“And the beating that follows,” Izuku said shuttering from the display of violence.
“One hell of a way for Celesita to dump him but she made her point. He already was going to get dump by her for always being late for everything,” Ms Harshwhinny said.

U.A. -
All Might stood at the entrance of the USJ, staring in horror at the sight of students laying around the training grounds and both 13 and Eraser Head with the students. The ones responsible, the villains leaving through a portal. All because he was late, as he was out patrolling instead of going to the USJ. (3)
“Finally showed yourself. Well too bad you’re just too late,” the villain with hands covering his body said before leaving.

Author's Note
1 - Celestia can kill anyone by just standing near them in her full power sun mode, where the heat and the radiation will do the rest.
2 - Think of Barney from the Simpsons when he’s drunk, as him dressing up as Marge and thinking he is her. Is what All Might is like when he gets drunk.
3 - Without Izuku, things are very bad for how the events of the cannon story goes for everyone in Japan.

Inside a bar in a rundown part of the city, is a big, burly man, dress in a green color leather vest under a large brown trench coat and green pants. He wore a gasmask covering his face, and carried a number of blades on him. He’s an American villain who has made the trip to Japan for a job he was offered. Who is watching the tv with the others who are also in the bar with him.
“As you can see, following my directions, a entire class of future heroes are broken, either crippled for life or broken from what happen to them,” the man said watching the news covering the attack at U.A.
“And ruining the reputation of the symbol of peace,” Tomura said.
“I think the video of All Might wearing a dress and acting like his ex, who is the one who released the video, already did that,” Kurogiri pointed out.
“There’s nothing like the wrath of a woman,” a voice from a speaker connected to a camera said.
“Especially one that can beat you by just thinking about it. Burning Day is one of those heroines who you avoid at all cost, it’s the reason why you All For One, stayed away from All Might while he was in the states and with her. If they had stayed together, she would had been with All Might when you two fought,” the man said.
“Yes, she is a problematic heroine, Butcher,” All For One said.
“And she has to pull her punches most of the time. When she actually goes sun mode, that when things get real,” Butcher said.
“So what’s next?” the other group of all women villains asked.
The woman are the all villainess gang, The Chopshop Gang. They’re from America and have worked with Butcher before and joined him on the trip to Japan.
Buzzsaw, a black woman who dressed in dirty jean overalls and goggles, and holding her trademark chainsaw that has diamond-tipped blades, allowing it to slice through rock and metal. Standing nearly 7 feet and thickly built, more curvy side of fat with most of her weight centered on her hips and breasts. Quirk is super strength and endurance.
Torch, a blonde who dressed in a red jumpsuit and a welder’s helmet, with an armored metal box strapped on her back with a harness. Tall and slender she loves to set things on fire with her Oxy-Acetylene cutting torch, that she can use as a flamethrower. Her red jumpsuit that covers her whole body but for her face, is custom made to be fireproof where she can’t even feel the heat while standing next to lava. It also does little to hide the ample curves of her body. Quirkless.
Monkeywrench, a green haired woman who dressed in a blue mechanic jumpsuit, a tool belt, a blue cap with a headlight on it and a respirator. Her right arm is replaced with a robotic one that can transform into different tools, allowing her to be able to fix just about anything. Her most prized tool is the Barranco D53 is an all-in-one heavy machinery tool. It is a combination of hammer, locking pliers, bolt cutter, and monkey wrench. It has numerous other small tools and functions, including a red diode laser level. The entire unit is rather large, around 2.5 to 3 feet in length and she uses it as a weapon. She is also rather buxom that her suit is strain to contain her ample figure. Quirk allows her to understands how any machine works, knowing how to repair and even make it better.
Ripper, a black woman who dress in a long sleeve grey shirt and brown overalls, wears a green cap and wear goggles. She’s armed with a custom made ramset made to be like a rifle with an oversized "can opener" shaped blade that can cut even through light armor. She is the skinny one of the group. Quirk super speed. Jumper, a blue haired woman who dress in a grey jumpsuit with thick rubber black gloves and wearing a gas mask. She has a large pair of jumper cable clamps attached to a large metal box she has on her back by a harness. She has breasts bigger than her head and hips wider than her shoulders, all stretching her jumpsuit to its limits. Quirk energy absorber, she uses the jumper cable clamps and battery on her back to focus the energy she absorbs into electrical attacks.
“Lay low and wait for the next opportunity,” All For One said.
“And we can recruit more people. This league of villains, really need some more people in it,” Butcher said.
“Some of those hired thugs can be useful,” Buzzsaw said.
“You can’t just keep hiring street level villains. We been apart of groups before, mostly for big jobs that need people of our skills,” Jumper points out.
“Besides we’re only here for the pay,” Ripper said.
“You keep paying us and we fight,” Torch said.
“So you’re just here for the money?” Tomura asked.
“Yup, we don’t work for free,” Monkeywrench said.
“Remember Mr. Death, All For One? His men all abandon him once the money transfer failed to go through,” Butcher said.
“I took steps to make sure that never happens to me,” All For One said remembering well the fall of Mr. Death because of the money transfer to the hired mercenaries failed to transfer to the groups bank account.
“You also need to get a reputation in the underworld. Right now you’re just a guy working for All For One, a big name in Asia underworld and been heard of by other big players like me, The Bastard, Kingpin, The Whale, and other big time villains who have other villains working for them and a crime network. The attack is just going to get your name out there but to really get a reputation where you can get more experienced and better people to work with you, you’re going to have to do some crimes to establish yourself from All For One’s reputation,” Butcher said.
“Yes, I should,” Tomura said.

Nezu could only stare at the report from the medical teams that treated the children and their teacher, all in rough shape with only Ochaco Uraraka and Yuga Aoyama being the fortunate ones who only had their heads slammed together knocking them out. The others got beaten and crippled, that either had them losing their quirks or disabled for the rest of their lives. The entire school is on lockdown and law enforcement are on a man hunt with all the hero agencies looking for the villains. All Might already gave his report to the police and is now with Nezu in his office. (2)
“From the testimonies from Eraser Head and the students who can talk, Butcher was with this league of villains,” Nezu said.
“When I saw the state the students are in, crippling wounds missing body parts to leave people quirkless or maim for life, is his calling card,” All Might said.
“With the videos and stories your ex is posting, and how you were always late. Won’t help your image one bit. Before is just humiliating you by an ex, but with this attack and you not being there when you should have, is a whole other matter,” Nezu said.
“I should had been there,” All Might said.
“You should have, instead of patrolling,” Nezu said.
“I know, a number of crimes were happening while I was out on patrol. They knew that I would stop the crimes and cause me to be late,” All Might said riddled with guilt and how the villain had taunted him for being late.
“The fallout of this is going to be big,” Nezu said dreading what’s going to happen next.
“It’s time for me to pass on One for All to a new holder,” All Might said.

Canterlot High -
News of the attack at U.A. is being played on the news which Celesita is watching on her iPad. In the room with her is Luna who has return to work after taking time off to care for her new adopted daughter Eri Williams. Eri is currently going to a special doctor who deals with children who go through trauma which if she was still in Japan she wouldn’t had gotten. (3)
“Thanks to him being late, the attack happen,” Celestia said.
“He was always late for everything, more concerned in saving others instead of being there for people who are close to him. It’s little wonder only Nighteye, Shields, and Gran Torino are the only ones left who are still close to him,” Luna said.
“How’s Eri doing?” Celestia asked.
“Shes doing well, getting treatment and mom is looking after her,” Luna said. “How’s Izuku doing?”
“He’s doing well, Sunset has taken him under her wing,” Celestia said.

Lunchroom -
“How’s the plan coming along Izuku?” Sunset asked him as they ate lunch together.
“I came up with some tactics and combos for the next game with Crystal Prep Academy,” Izuku said giving her a sheet of paper of the quirks and skills that the students on the other team have and what should be able to counter them.
“Good, you’re becoming a good strategist,” Sunset said. She noticed how he had started to grow more confident in himself since the start of the year.
She was happy to see him like this after all the years she has known him. He used to be so timid and scared back when he first got into Hero work but now it seemed like his confidence is slowly growing with time.
"What about you?" Izuku asked her while he finished off his food. "You seem pretty busy lately."
"Yeah, I guess so," Sunset replied.
“Is it because of being the top student?” Izuku asked.
“I have lots to live up to, grandma was a well known heroine and mom, is a powerhouse that is still called in when things get bad. Which I’m going to be the new top heroine when I go pro,” Sunset said.
“Wow! That's amazing!” Izuku said, getting excited over her words.
“That means I have to be better than them, which I can do if I train hard enough,” Sunset said confidently.
“I wish I could be like that,” Izuku said.
“Maybe one day you will,” Sunset said.
“Like what exactly?” Izuku asked curiously.
“Well, you have a good head on your shoulders, you know what to do in certain situations, and you're kind to others. Like my dad One Bullet, he had no power but was a well respected hero, who only uses one bullet when facing a villain. Not that he uses it that often, he used gadgets and other support equipment. Which you’re getting there,” Sunset said.
“Thanks, I guess?” Izuku said.
“No problem,” Sunset said smiling at him.
Izuku looked down at the table, thinking of something to say but nothing came out. It wasn't just from embarrassment; he didn't know where to begin.
Sunset noticed this and decided to keep talking.
“If you want to become a Hero, then you need to believe in yourself, and the abilities you were born with. And that doesn’t mean quirks only, you got a skillful mind so use it,” Sunset said as she continued eating.
"Okay, thanks for listening," Izuku said.
"My pleasure," Sunset said.
Izuku left the cafeteria and went to the computer lab . He sits in front of an computer and started to search through his favorite Hero sites, looking for information on Heroes. In particular, it was a site called Hero Net. It was a website that covered the news of Heroes and Villains. It also had a forum section, where people would talk about their experiences as either a Hero or an anti-Hero.
He found a topic that might interest him: The latest news article. A villain attack at U.A. with an entire class hospitalized from the attack, and All Might who should had been there but showed up late.
The article read, "All Might, the symbol of peace, has failed to show up in time at the scene of a massive villain attack on U.A. This failure puts his reputation into question. Many are speculating that he may have taken retirement from active Hero work. However, All Might has denied these claims through social media."
"I wonder what happened," Izuku thought.
Not knowing that because of a single act, the timeline has changed from what would had happen if he had stayed in Japan.

Vlad King stood in front of his class 1-B, it’s been two weeks since the attack on U.A. and the students have been allowed back to school, after the school had to be closed down for the investigation. Lots of changes have been made and things will be changing around the school because of the attack. He and the other teachers would be telling the students about the changes.
“Due to the attack that left so many students in 1-A cripple along with Eraser Head. The class is closed down and the students who still want to continue the hero course are going to be joining us,” Vlad King explained to his students. “I want all of you to be supportive and help your new classmates out. They been through a lot already, and remember they went up against veteran villains. Butcher is a villain that even veteran heroes are scared to fight, even All Might is wary of facing him. Which is why, I will be making sure all of you are prepared for any situations like what happen.”
After the attack and the investigation, it turned out that Eraser Head hardly taught the students of his class anything and mostly just let them figured things out for themselves. With him being blind the school board just quietly had him removed without revealing how badly he taught the kids under his watch. Thirteen who was suppose to be there at the USJ but was instead a villain in her suit, was found with her hands chop off in one of the janitor closets.
The school already having to face lawsuits from the parents of the crippled students who have been rendered quirkless or will take time to heal to allow them to use their quirks again. The missing body parts of the students were taken by the villains so that they couldn’t be reattached. And only a few students could and wanted to continue the hero course.
Entering the classroom are the remaining students of class 1-A.
Yuga Aoyama and Ochaco Uraraka both had head concussions when their heads were smashed together. Both of them are the least injured of the students.
Koji Koda is missing right hand and burn scars covered his body. His missing hand has been replaced with a prosthetic hand.
Rikido Sato is missing his feet. He now has two prosthetic feet, and is still getting use to his new balance.
Mina Ashido, Toru Hagakure, and Momo Yaoyorozu are covered in burn scars. Because of their burns, both Mina and Momo can’t fully use their quirks till their skins are fully healed.
The 7 new students silently went to the back of the room where the 7 empty desks waited for them. All still dealing with the aftermath of the attack and watching their fellow classmates being butchered in front of them. Some of their fellow classmates are going to be staying at U.A. but in the general studies classes.

All Might’s agency -
In his apartment on the top floor of the Might tower, All Might is talking with two people who know him the best, Sir Nighteye and Gran Torino.
“It’s too dangerous for your sidekick to have One For All. You know Butcher, we both faced him and he mentioned that not only, All For One paid him to attack us while we were in the states, but he knows all about One For All. The only reason we’re still in one piece is thanks to Sky Dancer and her team showing up,” All Might said.
“He be on the lookout for any student at U.A. suddenly becoming stronger,” Nighteye said agreeing. Better heroes than Lemillion have faced off against Butcher and lost.
“What is his quirk anyways?” Gran Torino asked.
“He has never revealed it to anyone. All, I know is that he’s strong and skilled, always going to cripple than killing, as he wants his victims to live and suffer. And why he’s so feared, he crippled nearly all the students of 1-A and Eraser Head. Cutting off the body parts that are needed for the owners quirks to work, or just chop off a limb. And the Chopshop gang set the others on fire and put one student in a coma,” All Might said.
“All working for this League of Villains with this Tomura Shigaraki being the leader,” Nighteye said having looked into the villains who took part of the attack.
Mostly street toughs and gang members who just stood back and watched the American villains show how it’s done. The kids never stood a chance, and Eraser Head was impaled to a wall by that oversized nail gun Ripper uses, before Buzzsaw drove her thumbs into his eyes. He tried using his quirk on her, but even without her super strength she is still a 7 foot muscular woman. After all the students and their teacher were taken down and crippled, the villains waited around for All Might to show up before they decided to just leave and call it a victory with them taking down the entire class. Which All Might was supposed to be with and could had saved if he was only had been there on time.
“Your ex is right about how you’re late for everything,” Gran Torino said.
“I know, it’s why I decided to give One For All, to Melissa, David’s daughter,” All Might said.
“Your niece?” Nighteye asked.
“Yes, she’s on I-Island one of the most guarded places in the world and master you can move over there and teach her,” All Might said.
“Well with all the gadgets there, maybe there be something to help me out,” Gran Torino said.
“Melissa will make a fine hero,” Nighteye said agreeing with All Might’s choice.
“And it be nice having a smart girl to teach instead of you. Who can’t hold his liquor and dressed up as his ex and gotten dump and beaten up, badly,” Gran Torino said who laugh at the beating Celesita gave his student.
“I will never live that down,” All Might said as he’s a laughing stock because of that recording and all the other things Celly has been posting online.
“She did say that while you’re late for everything, when it came to love making you’re the fastest man alive,” Nighteye said as he couldn’t help but joke about his old friend.
“Speaking of which,” All Might said wanting to talk about something else. “Maybe Melissa should go to Canterlot High as well. Luna found about One For All by entering my dreams and told Celly about it. So they can help Melissa’s training as well and protect her. Butcher only attack me and Nighteye after Celly broke up with me. Even he doesn’t want to fight her or Luna.”
“And yet you still pissed her off,” Gran Torino said.
“Even in your prime you couldn’t take her,” Nighteye said.
“I know,” All Might said sighing as he really messed up with Celly.

Canterlot High -
In the support class, where students learn about support equipment and how to use them safely, Izuku has taken to learning to use the remote controlled drones. The school has some drones that are used to locate targets both villains and people to rescue. Surveillance drones are heavily used to keep track of a target or to help search an area, which heroes in the USA often use. The drone that Izuku is controlling is a hand size toy drone in the classroom, to practice before he uses the bigger drones.
“Ok that’s it, the goal is to keep it level and in the air,” Doctor Whooves said a tall man with short brown hair. He’s also quirkless.
Doctor Whooves is the resident mad scientist of the school, a quirkless man but one who is brilliant. He should be working on I-Island but refused to as he doesn’t want to be stuck on the island. Which is why he works in the school that Celestia runs as after she retired from being an active pro hero after her husband died in that plane crash, the crime rate in both Ponyvile and Canterlot city fell, with the villains staying clear from the two cities connected by urban development. He use to be the one who made the support gear for Celestia and Luna, mostly trying to figure out how to make clothes that won’t burn when Celestia uses her sun form. He hasn’t been able to figure out how to make clothes that can stand up to Celestia’s sun form.
Once Sunset was born Doctor Whooves went to work trying to make clothes for her, so that she wouldn’t have to go naked like her mother when she went sun mode. Which is why he can have his own private laboratory, where he does his research without having to worry about any villain breaking in. All funded by his patents, both The Day and Night sisters agencies and Megan Williams, the mother of Celestia and Luna who is the creator of the beloved, My Little Pony series and all of the spins offs. Which both sisters voiced the pony versions of themselves Daylight and Moonlight in the magical land of Equestria. Which is a hugely successful series with fans all over the world. (1)
He also been told by Celestia about Zecora’s vision that has Izuku standing along side with Sunset facing a danger in the future. Zecora’s visions are always foggy the further away in the future, while it’s clearer when it’s going to happen very soon. But when it came to Celestia and Sunset, their bright sun bodies shine like lighthouses in dense fog, allowing Zecora to find a clearer path in the fog of the future of what could be. Celestia and Luna have always followed the visions that Zecora tells them, as she hasn’t been wrong yet.
Celestia followed Zecora’s vision of inviting All Might to that party where he got drunk and put on her favorite dress. Resulting in her dumping him and beating him savagely, which caused her to get together with One Bullet and Sunset was soon born afterwards. The vision had cost Celestia her relationship with All Might but that meant little to her once Sunset was born. And the same thing happen with Luna being told to go with Celestia to Japan and now she’s the mother of Eri.
Doctor Whooves has been watching Izuku seeing how much potential he has but overlooked by how Japan revolves its existence almost entirely around heroes and flashy quirks. There are plenty of heroes around here in the states that are quirkless and the number 1 spot has been held by quirkless heroes before, and currently held by Metallic King, who uses power armor and advance technology to quickly and effectively take down villains. Unlike in Japan where they emphasis on style over substance, focusing on flashy Quirks and blockbuster battles rather than efficiently and effectively taking threats down.
He watched as Izuku made friends with the other students, especially with Sunset’s group. Celestia had told Sunset that Zecora said that she would find someone of great interest while in Japan and is the reason why she took an interest in Izuku and showed him around when he first came to the school. And Izuku took an interest in her, mostly in how her quirk works as not only she has her mom’s quirk but her grandmother’s quirk as well.
Izuku’s drone is knocked out of the air by Sunset’s drone, who smirks at him telling him he needs to learn how to use the drone controls better if he’s going to be in the up coming games between Canterlot High and Crystal Prep Academy.
Doctor Whooves couldn’t help but be reminded of how Celestia use to treat Benjamin the same way when they were in school together, when the school was ran by Star Swirl. Who ended up being Celestia’s teammate, One Bullet who was always there for her. And when she broke up with All Might, she got together with him, who was always there at her side.
‘If nothing else, Celestia is playing match maker,’ Doctor Whooves thought to himself.

In the bar that serves as the HQ for the League of Villains, several people have showed up. Having been contacted by Butcher about a big job happening in Japan that pays big. They have heard of the attack on U.A. the most famous hero school in Japan, namely because of the famous hero All Might having come from there. Most only showed up because of the master mind behind the League being All For One.
Mera Salamin, known as Glass in the underworld. A short woman with a slender body, has long, deep blue hair that can be seen as black, very pale purple skin as well as periwinkle eyes with prominent eyelashes and possibly eyeliner. She dons a sand-colored sweater vest with an indigo bowtie, a cream long-sleeved, collared shirt with jagged cuffs and an indigo stripe placed horizontally along each sleeve, torn indigo jeans, black tights, and cobalt loafers.
Her quirk is Fragile, granting her the power to make anything weaken to their breaking point and allows her to create weapons and objects made of glass. She can also drain stamina from other people to heal herself. The drawback of her quirk is that it weakens her body and causing her great pain, as her bones are as fragile as glass.
Indus Tarbella, know as Barrier in the underworld. He has dark skin, caramel eyes, thick black eyebrows, white hair with tan running through, shaped in a mohawk, and a dimple on one of his cheeks. He has an incredibly muscular physique, and stands at a height of 6 feet and 7 inches. He has a large upper body, however his lower body is much smaller. His normal outfit is a tucked pair of black shorts with orange insides, which he cuffs on the legs. He also wears track shoes, with the same colors as his shorts. He also wears a beige sweater vest over a white button up shirt (that is much too small for him) with an orange tie.
His quirk Barrier, allows him to create a barrier, can vary widely in size. The barriers can be produced away from Indus, and can float, be shifted around, and also be completely transparent (though he usually makes his barriers a translucent bright orange.) His barriers are invincible to physically force, but can be affected by other quirks. He can create a barrier around his body that makes him invincible to harm, no matter what attack is thrown at him.
“Besides taking down, All Might what’s the big plan this villain group has, I’m only here because of Butcher,” Mere said looking around the bar and there besides Tomura and Kurogiri, there’s another person in the bar.
Janet Bombe, known as Surge, a shapely woman who always wears a full body black swimsuit, with the other exposed skin is her face and wears a green goggle headset. This criminal hacker's true last name remains a mystery, but press branded her with the "Bombe" moniker after she dismantled a British Wartime decryption machine and sold its secrets to the highest bidder. Janet's love for taking things apart has a tendency to backfire however, and a particularly explosive encounter has left her with a permanent magnetic field. Only the Degausser she keeps strapped to her back prevents Janet from erasing any data she touches. She’s quirkless.
“Yes, I have been apart of villain groups before and only because they can pay my rate,” Surge said typing away on her labtop.
“Don’t worry about that, you be paid. You are highly recommended,” Tomura said to the hacker.
“Just remember, I’m freelance. When I don’t have a job for the League, I’m going to be doing some other jobs,” Surge said doing something on her labtop.
“Where is Butcher anyways?” Glass asked.
“I want to show him my improved, BARRIER!” Barrier shouted out.
“Is he always like this?” Kurogiri asked.
“Yes,” Glass replied.
“He and the Chopshop Gang are out stealing some support equipment,” Tomura said.
“What?” Glass asked.
“Butcher and others are launching a crime wave throughout Japan. I already disable the security systems for the places that they’re hitting,” Surge said.
“Butcher and the others are right, if I want to make a name for myself. I’m going to have to get a reputation and a crime wave is a great way to do it,” Tomura said.
“Can’t go wrong with a classic,” All For One said from the speaker

The Puppet Gang, a group of villains who modeled themselves after an old horror film villains. Had broken into a storage depot where high end electronics from the latest computers to game consoles are kept. They took out the guards and workers, having waited for the workers to load the trucks before making their move.
Nail, a pale but, beautiful busty long dark haired woman. She's weaing a sexy white dress that showed off all her curves. Her long midnight black hair went well with the skimpy, white silk top she wore which ended just below her voluptuous breasts. Her quirk is her long razor sharp nails that can cut into flesh as easy as a sharpen knife and can even fire them like bullets and regrow new nails in seconds.
Spindrive, a man who dressed in a green uniform and wore a pair of goggles. He wears two devices on his arms that are large drills. His quirk allows him to swim through any hard surface like water.
Grasper, a man who stands around ten feet tall and built like a gorilla. He has long and powerful arms, which forces him to walk like a gorilla. His hands are large enough to hold a normal size person like a rag doll. He's wearing blue overalls and a long sleeved shirt underneath. His hands are covered by metal gauntlets that allows him to use his super strength without having to worry about hurting his hands. His quirk is super strength and durability.
Afterburn, a man whose body is covered in bandages. Over his bandages he wears gloves, thick tan pants, boots that metal workers wear when working around metal smelters. His metal skull head is colored midnight black and even has a metal jaw. His quirk is creating molten metal, he can fire a stream of white hot molten metal from his hands. He’s completely immune to heat and burns, with fire actually healing him and makes him stronger.
Gunner, a large man who wears a full body armor that covers his entire body and wears an orange glass helmet covered his head. His quirk allows him to turn his arms into Gatling guns and fire a 800 bullets a minute, using his body fat to create the bullets.
Jestbomb, a young woman who dresses like a clown. She dressed in a red and purple outfit that looks like it's painted on her. The colors crisscrossed on her and she has on a white collar. She also wears a floppy hat that has two long tops on it with bells weighting them down. Her quirk is the ability to rotate any part of her body, allowing her to spin her body parts at a high speed. She’s armed with a double bladed sword, that she uses to fly like a helicopter and is an expert in making bombs which she carries in a shoulder bag.
Kahn, a slender Chinese woman dress in a red jacket, over a yellow bodysuit. Her quirk is the ability to transform her hands into buzzsaws. She’s also a trained acrobat who can scale any surface thanks to being a skilled parkour master. She also carries around two pistols that fire 45 rounds.
Gengie, an Indian woman who is dressed in an orange colored leotard over a black body stocking, and wears a turban. Her power is that she can create Dark Matter, causing anyone hit by it to be disorientation as they find themselves in complete darkness with no sound, which doesn’t affect Gengie at all. She also uses the dark matter for teleportation, allowing her and her gang to escape. But it only works when she been in a location long enough to know it before she can teleport to a new place. She also armed with a 12-gauge shotgun with an extended magazine. (1)
Stab, a man with a white skull like head with two glowing red eyes. He wears all black with a long black trench coat covering his body and a wide rimmed black hat. Where his right arm should have been is a hook, that's also a grappling hook. His quirk is to fire energy beams from his eyes. He also keeps a wide selection of blades on him.
The leader Faceless, a tall man who wore a brown coat and tan colored pants. He wears a skin-tight metal mask that covered his whole head. There's no mouthpiece, no breathing holes or even eye-holes on the mask. He has two long metal blades hidden along both of his arms. His quirk allows him to copy the skills and movements (but not powers) of anyone he sees. Not only that, but he can use this knowledge to predict what his opponent will do next.

A depot that holds construction vehicle parts. Is being robbed by the Build Team, who are a group of 7 sisters who work together a villainess engineers for hire. They are who are called in to build just about anything that anyone who can afford them needs to be made, repaired or remolded. They also use their construction skills to help them in stealing from secured places, knowing what they need to destroy to be able to get in and out with little trouble.
All but one of them but for one is an Amazon in their body size, built like brick houses which their work clothes does show their incredible built bodies but is all covered up. They all wear construction worker uniforms to help blend, which consists of overalls, long sleeved shirts, reflective vests, steel toe boots, work gloves, and hard hats. All of them are strong and powerful, and skilled in using any kind of construction tool or equipment. They all have their own unique power that their sisters don’t share.
The Architect of the Build Team. Scrapper designs the creations her sisters are tasked with building. Her power is the ability to heat up her hands allowing her to weld or melt things. Is completely immune to fire and heat. She can also focus her heat into beams of heat.
The team's craftsman and mechanic, Hook prides herself on her surgical precision, viewing each of her creations as a work of art. Has the power to create and control machinery, as well as interface with and control any electronic system by touch. It is done by breaking down machines into nanites, that allow her to build just about anything.
The primary chemist for the Build Team, Mixmaster is particularly skilled in creating powerful acids and solvents, which can be weaponized should a combat situation arise. Has the power to spit out any kind of chemical concoction anytime after she eats the ingredients first, retaining the compound to be spat up later.
The strongest of the Build Team, Bonecrusher serves as the team's Demolition specialist. Her arms can transform into piledrivers that cause powerful earthquakes when they strike the ground. Which she can control so that the earthquake she creates are focus on a target.
The transporter for the Build Team, Long Haul's raison d'être is to ferry construction materials from one work site to the next. This is to her chagrin, as she would prefer to actually help build something. Has the quirk to swift her size and inorganic objects, she can become the size of a grain of rice or grow into a 30 foot giantess, the bigger she is the stronger she becomes. The objects that she shrinks or grows can only stay that way if they’re within 10 feet of her, if they’re out of her range they turn back to normal in a couple of seconds.
The Mining and Salvage specialist for the Build Team. Scavenger is perceived as the team's weakest member, she is eager to prove herself as a worthwhile contributor to their projects. Has the power to create sonic screeches with her voice, that can be used as radar to find things underground. She can also can use her scream to create vibrated waves of air that literally shake things apart, both organic and inorganic.
The leader of the Build Team who keeps her sisters focus on their job. Dirt Boss standing at 5 foot nothing is the smallest of her sisters and the oldest, she has the power to fuse anything together and defuse them. Can fuse herself with her sisters to combine themselves into one being with a merged mind, all of their powers are powered up by 7 times of what it was.
The fused form Buildron has all of the sisters powers that are all powered up by 7. Stand at 210 feet tall and is all but unstoppable in their fused form. The weakness is that the fusion breaks apart when the minds of the sisters are no longer focus on one thing.

The Chopshop Gang hit the warehouse of an automotive factory where all the car parts are stored. With the manager of the plant having the getaway trucks loaded with the car parts, and the Chopshop Gang out of their costumes driving them out of the plant. The reason why, is because Butcher showed him a picture of his family tied up and telling him, they will only be returned in one piece, only if he does what he tells him to do.
Only after the trucks reached the safe house and were checked for any tracking devices, was on,y then that the manager was told where to find his famly. “I have the entire thing planned out like in the Grand Theft Auto heist game,” Tomura said as he explained what he’s doing.
The plan is first some robberies around Japan where the League villains would steal what’s needed for a big job. With what they’re not going to use, being fenced off, to make it look like it was just to sell the loot. Gathering the right party for the heist, while making sure that the heroes have no idea what’s going on till it’s too late. They will hit a big target and get away with the loot. The reputation of the League will raise as other people in the underworld will hear of it and more villains will be wanting to join.
“Good plan,” All For One said. “What’s the target?”
“We hit a mint and steal the plates so that we can just print money,” Tomura said.
“Now that’s what I’m talking about,” Glass said.
“And if the heist is successful, the Japan government can’t do a damn thing, not without changing the currency,” Surge adds.
“Excellent plan my student,” All For One said.

“Yes, being her support was mostly to deal with the damage her quirk made,” Doctor Whooves said. “The Gloo cannon was first used as a support weapon during a battle with Lord Tirek, a villain who has the quirk to absorb the energy of any quirk, leaving the person quirkless till they recover on their own. The more energy he absorbs the stronger he gets and gaining some of the abilities of the quirk. Like someone with a fire quirk, he gain the ability to withstand heat. And after he drain both Celestia and All Might, he could take tank fire without any issue. One Bullet was the one who stop him by using my Gloo cannon on him by hitting his head and encasing it in the glue. Causing him to pass out once he ran out of air.”
“Everyone was too busy trying to take him down with brute force and didn’t think to do something smart like cutting off his air supply,” Sunset said.
“Even with all the power he gained, he still needed to breathe,” Izuku said writing it all down in his notebook.
“Yes, which is why it’s always important to work smarter and not harder,” Doctor Whooves said.
“What happen to Tirek?” Izuku asked.
“Imprisoned in a Federal Maximum Prison, Lockup. Out in the middle of nowhere and has a nearby army base that can be called upon if any trouble does happen,” Doctor Whooves said.
“Lockup?” Izuku asked.
“Lockup is one of the 4 major prisons for high level treats. Crime bosses, terrorists, and high level villains are kept in them, with Lockup being the top one,” Sunset explains.
“Oh,” Izuku said.

In the principal office -
“Reminds me of how you and Zack use to act before you two got together after you finally dump All Might,” Luna said who is with her sister. Both having watch the footage from the security cameras as they kept an eye on the going ons around their school. Namely on Izuku as Zecora said that he be important later.
“It’s too early for that, Izuku is nice but he could end up being like Herbert is to me,” Celestia said.
“You know very well that he’s married to science,” Luna said as Herbert Whooves always been like that even when they were in school together.
“Zecora told me of the future she sees coming, Grogar is coming back,” Celestia said.
“The maker of monsters? But mom and dad took care of him, dad died doing it,” Luna said.
Grogar the maker of monsters, was a villain that spread terror across the world, a world wide threat villain. Namely because of his quirk that allowed him to bring things to life, all under his command. He created monsters, putting together parts of animals, humans, inorganic parts, and brought them to life. No matter how impossible something that had its head replaced by a plane engine with the blades replaced by chainsaw blades, that monster would come alive. Given enough time, Grogar could create his own army that would just overwhelm any hero or military force, which he did. (2)
It’s only because of their parents and their team and other heroes and military special forces, that Grogar was finally stopped. It cost many lives but he was finally killed, by their father who shoved a jagged metal pole into Grogar’s heart after he had charged it up with energy. Their father, Bomb King was able to charge anything with energy that would explode with the force of the amount of energy he had charged it up with. The amount of energy their father put in the metal pole, destroyed the old factory that Grogar was using as his base, leaving nothing but a deep hole in the ground.
“I know but that’s what Zecora saw in her vision. I told mom about it and she said that she shouldn’t be surprised at Grogar having a backup plan. She’s just surprised that it took this long,” Celestia said.
“Have you told the others?” Luna asked as she looks at the frame photo of their parents with their old team and other heroes at the last time they were all together, when both of them were still young girls.
The photo had their parents, Secret Heart (Megan Williams), and Bomb King (Remy Williams), their uncle Drivebomb (Danny) and their aunt Glare (Molly). Apart of their old team Dream Valley Heroes, lead by Moonchick. The old team was large but after the final battle with Grogar and with so many of them died or were crippled. The team just broke apart, some stayed together but as they got older they just drifted apart with them only gathering together at events now.
“I did, Firefly is having her team the Wonderbolts ready and contacted some of the old team about the news. She already informed Wind Whistler about it and the military and other government agencies are now searching through the old bases that Grogar used. Wind Whistler thinks that either the Grogar who was killed was just a creation or he had created a clone of himself just incase he was killed. There are still some of his old creations still around even after all f these years and villains who had worked with him before,” Celestia said.
While most of the monsters Grogar created were just simple minded brutes, he did create some that are intelligent and cunning. They served as commanders in his army and after he was killed most of them formed gangs of those loyal to them and became independent villains. While many were captured or killed in the following years, there are still some around.
“Either one of his old creations finally decided to bring their boss back or one of the villains who had worked for him is behind his return,” Luna suggested.
“Yes that could be the case,” Celestia said.
“But we’re here and ready for him this time,” Luna said as both of them were too young to help their parents. She was too young and Celestia was still being housed in the special containment made to keep her in after her powers first started to show themselves, as it took her years to learn to control the heat and radiation she created.
“Yes but he will just create monsters design to fight me,” Celestia said as that’s what Grogar did before. Make monsters designed to handle any hero and no spell the quirk they had.

Basically he’s Finster from Power Rangers who can create any monster he pleases and doesn’t just bring one to life at a time but creates an army of monsters and sends them all out to attack the heroes and military forces. And giving them powers and abilities that the monsters can use once brought to life.
