Admiral John Shepard was kicked, boot to ass, off of the Canterlot Highschool property last night. After the fact, he couldn't shake this strange feeling, so he went right back in to investigate. That lead to a bigger SNAFU that left him tied to a chair with a massive headache and what seemed like a gun pointed at his head. After talking his way out of that mess and promising to leave and not come back, he STILL couldn't shake that feeling in his gut.

Now, despite giving his word, he decides to back for a third time. During working hours, no less!

This is a Mass Effect Crossover....

So basically, this story is a part of a much larger head cannon I've had in my head, and it's the first part to leak out of my ears. In the grand scheme of things, I'm basically reading to you a chapter from the middle of the proverbial (I think I used that term right) book.

I don't initially have any plans to write the rest of it, but that's liable to change if enough people ask for it.

This story is based in an AU where magic doesn't exist, everyone's human and has real world names, with their MLP names acting as nicknames (for the most part).
