Twilights Universe

Books floated around Twilight's library as she organized them, humming to herself as she cleaned.

"Once I clean up my books we can go to the Bookshop to get some more!" Twilight gave a little jump for joy, Spike just sighed. "This one there, and that one there. Are you going to help spike?"

Spike stood up and began helping Twilight by heaving the biggest books around to Library to the proper shelves.

"Done!" Twilight announced triumphantly. "To the Bookshop!" She raced out the door grabbing her bag.

The bell above the door dinged as Twilight raced in and up to the book pony's counter. "Do you have any book on the circle of life?" She panted.

"In fact, yes, we do Ms.Sparkle." The pony left her desk and disappeared into the stacks, leaving a very impatient yet exited Twilight at the counter.

The book pony came back a few moments later and placed a thick book on the counter. "Are you wishing to buy it Ms.Sparkle?"

Twilight quickly flipped through the book. "Yes." She beamed, It was perfect for what she was planning.

"That will be 6 bits please."

Twilight shuffled through her bag and pulled out some bits, she placed them on the counter then slipped the book into her bag and dashed out of the store, yelling a "Thanks!" back at the book pony.

Twilight raced home and burst through the door, startling Owlowiscious.

"How was the Bookshop?" Spike asked, holding a duster.

"Great! I got just the book I needed for tonight!" Twilight hung up her bag and galloped up to her bedroom with her book.

"The Circle of Life Magic Book" Twilight read the title out loud, laying on her bed. "Ive never heard of a magic book before." She opened the book up and a blinding light hit her in the face.

Twilight appeared in the center on Ponyville beside a strange white pony.

"Who are you?" Twilight turned to face the white pony, puzzled.

"I am Book." The white pony answered. "I am the only pony in all of Equestria who can write Magic Books."

"What are Magic Books anyway?"

Book handed Twilight a remote with numbers 1 to 50 in it. "Since you chose the Circle of Life Magic Book you get to see your circle of life, press a button on that remote and you will go to whatever age you pressed. For example, if you press 50 you and I will go to where you were when you were that old and we will see whatever major events took place that year."

Twilight looked down at the remote and pressed the number 12. She was blinded by a white light and appeared back on her bed, without the remote.

"What? What happened!?" A slip of paper sat in the book, Twilight read it.

If you press your age you will leave the book. -Book

Twilight smiled, "This will be perfect for tonight!"
