Chapter 5: Percy in zephyr heights
Meanwhile back on sodor, Percy and Gordon hurried down the line to the mainland.
"Are you sure that your brother will let us live at York?" Percy asked
"I'm sure Percy, I hope our friends and sir topham hatt are okay and I hope Thomas is on the mainland because I want to apologize to him the words I said to him" said Gordon.
As they puffed down the line, hear diesel horns.
"Percy RUN!" Gordon cried
Soon Percy and Gordon pump their pistions to escape the diesels shunters.
"Don't run, it will be easier to scrap you both" said one of the diesel shunters.
"We can't outrun them Gordon! What will we do?" Percy panicking.
Then Gordon made his last decision. He must protect Percy to help him escape.
"Percy listen to me, you must go without me" said Gordon.
"What?! No! I can't leave you!" Percy cried.
"You have to, I'll slow them down! And if you see Thomas, tell him that I'm sorry for everything and I'm doing this to fix my mistake, now go!" Gordon cried as he reversed to the two diesel shunters to slow them down.
Percy hurried down the line, but then there was trouble, he was deferred to a unused siding and lead him to the mines. His driver and fireman jumped clear. Percy rolled down the line and then he saw the buffers. Percy brace himself for impact but nothing happened.

Percy opened his eyes to see that he was on top of a mountain... of zephyr heights.
"Where I'm I? Percy asked.
Then he looked all over his body and realized that he's not an engine anymore, he's a pegasi.
"Why I'm I a pegasus? I thought they're just a fairy tale" Percy question himself.
Then Percy saw zephyr height's tv screen to see three ponies one's an earth pony and the others are unicorns. Then as Percy looked closely at the blue unicorn, he recognize his blue color and cutie mark.
"THOMAS!? He's here? I must find him!" Percy gasped.
Then he got up on his new hooves and hurried to zephyr heights. But Percy didn't know that he was being followed by a certain sheriff of maritime bay.
"That pegasus knows that blue unicorn?" Hitch asked himself and followed Percy to zephyr heights.

Thomas The Tank Engine felt miserable. He was in a siding thinking about the going-ons that have been going on. He had just saved a purple tank engine named Ryan as well as the construction company from cars full of lit bundles of dynamite by shunting them into a cavern. Unfortunately, he had endangered Ryan in the process and Sir Topham Hatt, who had seen almost everything, assumed that Thomas was causing trouble and sent him to the siding for the rest of the day. Thomas felt a heavy pain as he remembered how furious his superior was that day...
FLASHBACK
"THOMAS THE TANK ENGINE! What are you playing at this time?!? I thought you would learn more responsibility here, but apparently I was mistaken!"
"But sir, it wasn't my fault this time" protested Thomas, but Sir Topham Hatt wouldn't listen.
"I'm not interested in your excuses! Go to your shed and stay there! As for the rest of you, get back to work!" With that, he stomped away.
PRESENT
Thomas felt humiliated and ignored, which wasn't the first time. Ever since Ryan came, the little blue engine thought that was the last straw.
"That's it. I'm leaving this place. If the FAT Controller doesn't want me, then what's the point of sticking around? I'm leaving...for good!" Sniffling and on the verge of tears, he sneaked sadly away.
When he puffed to vierstown bridge, he blew his whistle one last time and puffed away to Brighton where he was built from.

As puffing down the mainland tracks, two diesels rolling aside him.
"Looks like we found ourselves a rogue engine" one said.
"We can take him to the scrap yard" another added.
So Thomas pump his pistions so he can escape the diesels. As he came to the set of points, it diverted Thomas to the set of buffers. As he about to crash, he went through it.
The diesels had lost him.
When Thomas opened his eyes, he realized that he was on the magic railroad, "that's odd, I've never been on the magic railroad for a very long time" said Thomas.
As Thomas puffed along the magic railroad, there was a golden portal, Thomas brace himself for impact.

Thomas was passed out on the other side of the portal. Then he hear a unfamiliar voice.
"Thomas? Are you awake?"
Thomas opened his eyes and looked to see a big purple pony with a crown on her head.
"Who are you and where I'm I?" Thomas asked.
"I am the spirit of princess twilight sparkle and you're in Equestria" said princess twilight.
Then Thomas looked all over his body to see that he is a pony.
"Why I'm i a pony, a unicorn in fact?" Thomas asked. Princess twilight explained.
"You see, I hear your cry for help, so I save you and give you a second chance of life in equestria"
Thomas was amazed, "thank you, but how can I go from here?"
"Find the path of Bridlewood, you must find away to bring the magic back, I'll be going now but we'll meet again" said princess twilight and vanished, all she left was a statle bag for him.
"Ok, looks like I'm on my own now" said Thomas then he got up on his four legs, put his statle bag on his back and walked.

As Thomas walked, he found a path and a sign said "welcome to bridlewood, home of the unicorns".
Just then Thomas saw a cheerful unicorn walking cheerfully, she has bright purple fur, with blue mane and tail and ruby red eyes. Then the unicorn saw Thomas.
"Hi friend I'm Izzy" said the unicorn.
"Hi...Izzy, I'm Thomas" said Thomas nervously.
"It's nice to meet another unicorn in bridlewood" said Izzy cheerfully.
"That's right, another unicorn. Where are you going?" Thomas said wondering.
"I'm heading to maritime bay because I have friends there to meet, do you want to come with me?" Izzy explained.
"Sure thing, I love making new friends" Thomas said. He glad that he has a new friend who is friendly, unlike on sodor.
"Thank you Thomas" said Izzy happily.
Soon Thomas followed Izzy to maritime bay.

Back on sodor on that night, sir topham hatt made a announcement to the engines at tidmouth sheds.
"Since we can't find Thomas, I have to order a new engine to replace him, I'm sorry" said sir topham hatt sadly and left.
"This wouldn't happened if you being so rude to Thomas and got his branchline taken away because of you Gordon" said Emily crossly.
"I agree with Emily Gordon, I thought you learned your lesson about tender engines don't shunt, me and Henry learn our lesson but you didn't" James agreed.
"And now my best friend is gone because of you, I will never forgive you because of you said to Thomas" said Percy sadly.
"Look, I'm sorry ok..." But Emily interrupted Gordon, "it's too late for you, good night" said Emily.
Soon all the engines fell asleep, they'll never forget Thomas the number one engine.

Chapter 1: Thomas meets sunny starscout
Meanwhile in maretime bay in Equestria, where we meet our second main hero, her name is sunny starscout, she had orange fur, magenta mane and tail, green eyes and green saddle bag. For many moons she tried to tell every earth pony tribes that earth ponies, unicorns and pegasus are meant to be friends, but she keeps failing. And now she was sitting sadly on a bench.
"I wish you were here dad" said sunny sadly.
Be then there was trouble sunny saw two earth ponies running panicking.
"What the?" said sunny confused.
Then she saw a lot of earth ponies running from something.
"What's going on? What's happening?" Sunny asked. A random earth pony bumped into her and fell down. as sunny look up to see who or what are they running from she gasped to see two unicorns. It was Izzy and Thomas.
"Hi new friend! My name's Izzy" said Izzy.
"And I'm Thomas" said Thomas.
"U..u..unicorns!" Said sunny excitedly. The other earth ponies running away, they hide in the stores and even the the sewers.
"Ooh! Is everypony playing hide and seek? I see you!" Said Izzy saw a earth pony hiding behind the smoothie stand.
"Argh! It's a unicorn! Two of them!" The earth pony and jumped into the sea.
"Wait, we mean no harm!" Said Thomas

Out of the sheriff's office, hitch trailblazer the sheriff stallion and his deputy sprout was trying to find out what is going on. "Hey, what's going on?" Hitch asked.
Soon he got his answer as hitch saw Izzy and Thomas' horns are dead give away. "UNICORN ATTACK!" Hitch cried as he sounded the alarm. "This is not a drill! I repeat, this is not a drill!" Said hitch as he dash off while sprout went in the opposite direction.
As he dashed, hitch saw a filly earth pony panicking. "A vulnerable young pony," With a display of great athleticism, Hitch pounced on the foal, "Got ya!" He said, rolling himself up and gave the foal to a random mare. "Your son is safe now, ma'm."
Hitch then galloped away, "This isn't my kid!" The mare called after him.
"You're welcome!" Hitch shouted back, as he continued to bark orders. "Man the Splat-a-pult! Activate the unicorn trap! Pick up that litter!" He said, pointing to a scrap, which a pony quickly complied.
In the meantime, Thomas trying to figure out what is going on until he saw the traps, "wow, is that the sea? I've never seen the sea" Said Izzy as she walked but she didn't see the trap in front of her.
"Izzy look out!" Thomas cried as he push Izzy out of the way just in time before the unicorn trap is activated.
I've got to get you two out of here" said sunny as Izzy and Thomas followed her.
"Earth ponies are serious about games," Izzy commented.
"They're not playing, they're terrified!" Sunny confirmed.
"Oh no!" Izzy frowned. "Of what?"
"You! You're a unicorn," Sunny explained. "Earth ponies hate unicorns."
"Really? That seems harsh." Said Izzy
"All except for you, why are you helping us?" Thomas asked.
"I'll explain later" sunny replied.
They screeched to a halt, barely an inch from being hit with green sticky blobs, fired from the Canterlogic's splat-a-pult machines. Manning the machines are two of the staffs, with Phyllis pointing at their targets.
"Let's go!" Sunny said to the two unicorns.
"Right behind you" said Thomas as they dodged the green sticky blobs and jumped over the unicorn traps.
Sunny screeched to a halt, as she looked back, seeing Izzy was distracted by a sign of a movie called "Judgement Neigh."
"Oh, I haven't seen this one yet," Izzy commented, walking up to the movie theater, not looking where she was stepping.
Before Izzy realized it, she was trapped in the same unicorn entrapment box, with a flashing alarm to signal her capture.
"Oh cinders and ashes!" Distracted, Thomas too found himself trapped in the same box, with the flashing alarm going off.
Shocked, Sunny galloped to the boxes, containing both her unicorn friends, just as Sheriff Hitch arrived on the scene.
"All right, citizens, calm down," The Sheriff began. "The threats have been neutralized. The unicorns have been captured. You may now cheer."
With that, the earth ponies all cheered from their hiding spot. All except for Sunny, who cautiously walked up to the boxes containing Izzy and Thomas.
Sheriff Hitch quickly catches onto what Sunny was planning, "Sunny!" He barked, to which Sunny flinched, for a moment, before she resumed walking to the boxes. "What are you doing?" Looking at the red buttons on the side of the boxes, Sunny continued, "Don't even think about it!" Hitch berated.
Of course, being the rebel that she is, Sunny Starscout proceeded to extend her hoof out towards the buttons, which Hitch shook his head.
"No, don't you dare. No, no, no, no," With a second thought, Sunny proceeded the buttons of both Thomas and Izzy's entrapment, freeing the unicorns. "Sunny!"
"So, your name's Sunny?" Izzy asked, having heard Sheriff Hitch.
"It's nice to meet you sunny." Said Thomas
Seeing the unicorns are free, once again, the earth ponies all screamed and ran in random directions. Some of them even accidentally trapped themselves in Canterlogic's unicorn entrapment cages. Using the chaos to their advantage, Sunny guided Izzy and Thomas the way to escape.
"Bye!" Izzy called out to the earth ponies. "It was nice to meet you all!"
"Just keep running Izzy!" Thomas said, in a raspy voice.
"Deputy, to the lighthouse!" Sheriff Hitch pointed.
"Uh..." In response, Deputy Sprout had purposely trapped himself in one of the entrapment box, "Oh, no, I appear to be trapped."
Hitch let out an exasperated sigh, "You gotta be kidding me."

Chapter 2: The journey begins
Thomas and Izzy followed sunny to the lighthouse.
"So this is where sunny lives" Thomas thought.
Sunny readjusted the crooked picture next to the door and closed all of the curtains in the room so that nobody would be able to peek through. She then whipped her head around to take a real good look at Izzy and Thomas, who was still smiling from ear to ear, sunny couldn't believe that a real life unicorns are in her house. As she continued to stare at her in disbelief, Izzy finally caught wind on what was going on.
"Do Earth ponies also like staring contests?" She asked, before she started to stare really hard at Sunny Starscout, up to the point where they were almost touching noses, but after a while, she ended up losing the contest. "Ah! You win! I blinked!"
Finally finding her voice, Sunny exclaimed, "There're unicorns in my house!" She then excitedly screamed, "This is so cool!" She turned to both Izzy and Thomas, before realizing the predicament she's in. "Wait, no, it's bad, very, very bad. What have I done?"
"Well, you help us escape from the law and not listening to the officer of the law, you know I mean" said Thomas.
"Wow! I've never seen an Earth pony before." Izzy said as she stared into a telescope nearby. "We look exactly the same! Except for this, of course." She then gestured to her unicorn horn.
"Whoa! Hey! Be careful where you point that thing." Sunny said cautiously after Izzy got a bit too close to her.
"Why?" She asked.
"You probably stab somepony in the eye" said Thomas.
"But of course you both know that already. [chuckles] You both probably been reading my mind this whole time." Suddenly, she noticed something rather odd about Izzy and Thomas's horn. "Isn't it supposed to glow, by the way? Or does that only happen when you both levitate stuff?"
"Well, actually..." Izzy laughed nervously, shifting her eyes around the room, but before she could explain, she was interrupted by Sunny.
"Wait! Don't answer that yet. Let me get my notebook!" Sunny then ran over to the counter in the kitchen, pulling out her notebook from one of the drawers. "Okay, wow. Okay." She exhaled as she opened the notebook. "A hundred forty-two questions for a unicorn". Question number one - where do you live?"
"Bridlewood." Izzy replied.
"Far away." Thomas replied as well
"I knew it!" Sunny exclaimed, before continuing to ask her questions in a rather fast pace. "Do unicorns really live in trees? Do they eat pizza? If so, what toppings do they like? If not, why not? Can you actually fry pony brains with a single horn zap?" She then stopped asking questions and gasped as she noticed a can of beans nearby, knocking it over to Izzy. "Can you two make this float?"
Izzy looked at the can of beans for a brief moment, before looking back up at Sunny with a sad look on her face. "No... but I can do this." She then proceeded to fling the can right onto her horn, bouncing it in the air like a basketball. Eventually, she bounced it one more time, causing it to hit the ground as beans splattered all over the floor. "Ta-daaaaa!"
"Wait. You don't have any magic?" Sunny asked in a sudden sad tone.
But before Sunny could get an answer, they hear hitch's voice on the megaphone.
Sunny Starscout!" Hitch shouted, before he recoiled from the feedback of the megaphone. "Argh, that hurt."
Sunny Starscout trotted to a window, looking out to see Hitch, shouting into a megaphone, with Deputy Sprout wearing one of the anti-mind-reading unicorn hat, and cowering behind the sheriff.
"Sunny Starscout," Hitch resumed. "I know you're in there with those unicorns! Come out with your hooves up and surrender!"
"Yeah, you're completely surrounded," Deputy Sprout added, despite the fact that there were only two of them.
"Will you let me do my job?" Hitch asked sternly, to which Sprout pouted. "You are under arrest," The sheriff barked.
"This is bad," Sunny moaned, before turning to Thomas and Izzy. "How sneaky are you two?"
"Er, medium sneaky," Izzy guessed.
"Very sneaky," Thomas confirmed.
"I can work with that," Sunny perked. "OK, I'll distract them."
Izzy simply scoffed at the notion, "Relax, I'll talk to him!"
"Izzy!" Thomas shouted.
"No, no!" Sunny held her hoof out.
But it was too late, Izzy was already out the door, "Hi, guys," Izzy greeted. "Now, I know what you're thinking."
Unfortunately, that rubbed the stallions the wrong way. The red coward in particular.
"Arrgh! She's already reading our minds!" Deputy Sprout shrieked, before he turned and ran away. "Quick, before she fries our brains!"
"What are you doing? Where are you going?" Hitch asked his runaway deputy.
"To get reinforcements!" Sprout answered, after being a mile away.
"We have reinforcements?" However, when Hitch's back was turned, Sunny snuck off with Izzy and Thomas following. "Huh?" When Hitch turned around, he was dumbstruck to see that the two mares and one stallion were out of sight. "Oh come on!"

Now finally making their way out of Maretime Bay, they were beginning to quickly run out of breath, but they had to get out of there, otherwise, they would've been thrown in jail. Seeing that they were officially in the clear, Sunny decided to get the answer to the question that she never received.
"You both don't have any magic?" She panted.
"Nope." Came Izzy's reply.
Sunny and Thomas both suddenly screeched to a halt.
"No magic?" Sunny asked herself in disbelief.
"but if it makes you guys feel any better, we did have it, but that was many, many, many months ago." Izzy explained. "It just - poof - disappeared. Everypony thinks the pesky Pegasi had something to do with it and..." Before Izzy could continue her explanation, she noticed that Sunny was now in a state of shock and confusion.
"O-Oh. Hey, you look like kinda woozy. Are you okay?" Izzy asked with conern.
"Huh, I am on the run with two unicorns who has no magic." Sunny said, now realising her predicament. "What are we gonna do?"
As Thomas was about to say something, but Izzy suddenly went up towards Sunny and began to sniff her, much to her confusion.
"What are you doing?" She wondered, slowly turning her head around to face Izzy.
"You don't smell." Izzy remarked.
"Thanks. Wait what?" Sunny said, but quickly caught on to what Izzy had just said.
"Um.. come again?" Thomas asked, also a bit confused.
"I was told all you Earth ponies smell like rotten sardines, but you do not. Hmm." Izzy shrugged, before getting distracted by a butterfly, but Sunny was still a bit confused and decided to get some more information.
"What else do unicorns say about Earth ponies?" Sunny asked, now curious to learn more.
"Oh, just that you're lazy and not the brightest crystals in the forest." Izzy replied, still focused on the butterfly.
"Charmimg." Sunny groaned sarcastically.
"Nope, just those three." Izzy said in a chipper voice. "So, what's the plan?"
Sunny puzzled over this for a moment before answering. "Wait. I've got it! Izzy, Thomas, we're going on a quest... to Zephyr Heights."
Right as she said that, Sunny pulled out an old fashioned book from her saddlebag and presented it in front of Izzy and Thomas, it was some sort of map, but then Sunny pointed a hoof towards a location on the map called Zephyr Heights.
"The Pegasus city?" Izzy perplexed.
"Yes. We need to find out what happened to your magic and bring it back." Sunny declared. "They have magic. Maybe they can help."
"Huh, that's actually not a bad idea." Thomas thought, but Izzy didn't look too sure of the idea herself.
"Uh, but the Pegasi are bad news." She said cautiously.
"What if you're wrong about them? Earth ponies were wrong about unicorns. They could welcome us with open wings." Sunny hypothesized.
"But what if they don't?" Izzy said worriedly.
(Izzy)Up ahead is a sky growing dark. Where it leads is a big question mark. And I'm scared that I'll end up A pony gone missing from Pegasus-ing,
(Sunny)But you're not alone! You got a pony in your crew.
(Izzy)I do, who?
(Sunny)I'm lookin' out for you When you're off track- I got your back. You can rely on me I'm lookin' out for you.
Back at home, it was "earth ponies first." Heard it so many times, I could burst. And I fought a change, But it's lonely, cause, you know-- Party of uno.
(Izzy)Well, if you need a friendly steed Like you-know-who..
(Sunny)I think I do!
(Thomas)Me too!
(Sunny, Izzy and Thomas)I'm lookin' out for you
(Sunny)When you're off track I got your back
(Sunny, Izzy and Thomas)You can rely on me. I'm lookin' out for you
(Sunny)Lost in the hills?
(Izzy and Thomas)We got the skills.
(Izzy)Pony, let's get goin'!
(Sunny)Get goin'!

"So zephyr heights is on top of that mountain?" Thomas asked.
"That's right but we'll camp here for the night" said sunny.
Soon the three friends camp for the night and Thomas was the last one to fall asleep, he started to have feelings about sunny and started to fall in love with her because she reminds him of himself. Soon Thomas was fast asleep.

Chapter 3: the dream and the prophecy
Thomas woke up in a dream and to see a abandoned city. He got up and walked around, as Thomas walked, he saw a sign said "welcome to canterlot". Then he looked at an abandoned castle,
"I'll check it out" said Thomas.
As he entered the castle, he noticed a figure waiting for him. The figure turns it's head at Thomas. Thomas fell on his back, the figure take it's hood to see an alicorn, she has white fur with pink mane and tail.
"Welcome Thomas" said the figure.
"Who are you and is this a dream?" Thomas asked.
"My name is princess luminous and yes this is a dream" said princess luminous.
"How do you know my name? What do you want from me?" Thomas asked curiously when he got up.
"I know everything and everypony, I know about you, I know who you love and care about. I want to help you, something huge and evil is coming" princess luminous replied.
"What is it?" Thomas asked.
"Do you know, the evil alicorn named opaline arcana is? Do you how the magic and the pony tribes are divided?" Princess luminous asked, "the feelings that you love, do you know where you are born from?" She added.
"I don't remember" said Thomas.
Princess luminous thought for a moment, "do you want to know the truth and the prophecy?" She asked.
"Yes" Thomas replied.
Soon princess luminous use her magic to explain the story and this is the story princess luminous told Thomas.

A long time ago there are three alicorns celestia, luna and cadence. The fourth alicorn name opaline, she was trained to be a protector of equestria. But on the day of the alicorn coronation day. Instead of opaline to be the new ruler, they choose celestia and Luna.
Opaline was jealous, so jealous that she wants to destroy both celestia and Luna but she was banished from the alicorn land called spyros.
Many years later when princess twilight sparkle ruled equestria until opaline arcana appeared and cause the ponies to fight and turned against each other and caused the magic to fade. So princess twilight trapped opaline in her castle.
According to the prophecy, six ponies: that you along with two pegasi, two earth ponies and one unicorn will bring the magic and the pony tribes back and together will defeat opaline arcana for good. princess twilight save her magic and her legacy by hiding in your head on sodor.

"And that is how it all begin and the magic and ponies are divided by the evil alicorn named opaline arcana, now she wants to escape from her prison to finish what she has started by stealing the magic of the cutie marks." Said princess luminous ended her story.
"So who are you?" Thomas asked
"I'm the princess of time and a pony of the form from each of you, my job is to stop opaline from returning, I want to help you and I can save you with your help but opaline is trying to stop me by making me weak and I'm always trying to stop it" said princess luminous.
"So all of us have the magic of cutie marks don't we? so how can we defeat her?" Thomas asked.
"She shouldn't be aloud to escape from her prison and her helper should be caught" said princess luminous,
"Helper?" Thomas asked.
"There's a traitor among you" said princess luminous seriously.
"TRAITOR!?" Thomas cried
"One of you is helping opaline arcana to escape and getting revenge" said princess luminous.
"Who?" Thomas asked
"I don't know who it is but I'm sure it's a blue unicorn mare, you have to catch her before it's too late" said princess luminous.
"I'll find the traitor" said Thomas with determination.
"That's good but you must not tell anypony about this dream" said princess luminous.
"I'll and thank you for your help" said Thomas thanking her.
"I'm glad that I can help you, but remember, you must find the traitor as possible" said princess luminous and then she teleported Thomas out of the dream.

Thomas woke up. Sunny and Izzy are waiting for him, Thomas got up to his legs.
"So what's the first move again? Thomas asked.
"To zephyr heights" said sunny reminding him.
Soon they set off to the mountains of zephyr heights.

Chapter 4: welcome to zephyr heights
Up in the mountains, Thomas, Sunny and Izzy were tretching through a misty and vast canyon with stone cliffs on both sides. Their adventure was still going strong with no intentions of stopping any time soon.
"You know, not to freak you out or anything, but you do know Pegasi can steal your luminescence, right?" Izzy asked with caution.
"My lumi-what?" Sunny questioned, not familiar with that word.
"Luminescence. You know, like, your sparkle?" Izzy clarified. "Yours is... lavender."
"Huh?" Sunny said, still a bit puzzled over this.
"And the happier you are, the brighter it shines!" Izzy exclaimed as the two continued their hike, with Thomas close behind.
Suddenly, a mysterious and shadowy figure raced over their heads. Startled, Sunny, Izzy and Thomas all looked up to see who the figure was, but it was gone.
"Guys, I think we should run!" Thomas exclaimed before bolting away.
Sunny and Izzy followed suit and ran after Thomas, with the figure not too far behind. As the trio sped through the caynon. Thomas was able to get a good look at the figure who was on the ledge of the cliffs, and the silhouette resembled a Pegasus with its wings tucked in. Until they eventually reached a dead end where there was a big pile of rocks in the way, as if a landslide had occurred. Thomas looked back to see the assumed Pegasus jumping over from rock to rock, getting closer every time.
"Hurry!" Sunny cried.
Without any other options, the trio started to climb the cliff, with Sunny pushing Izzy and Thomas in the process.
"Ugh, I was never good at rock climbing but this is my first time." Thomas groaned, struggling to keep his grip.
Finally, they had arrived at the top of the cliff, there were even higher than the clouds. Izzy was the first to reach the top, followed by thomas, however, Sunny's luck had ran thin as she suddenly lost her grip and began to fall.
"Sunny!" Thomas called out, before quickly grabbing her hooves just in time. "I've got you."
With all of his strength, Thomas tugged and tugged as hard as he could, sweat was dripping down and his face was slowly turning red, then with one final pull, Sunny was now safely on the ledge.
"Thanks, thomas." Sunny said gratefully.
"Don't mention it." Thomas replied with a smile.
Suddenly, they all heard a whooshing sound as a Pegasus flew into view, assumingly the same Pegasus that chased them earlier. Sunny and Izzy were so startled, that they screamed while hugging each other.
The Pegasus eventually landed on a nearby rock and fluffed its wings put gracefully, this Pegasus was named Zipp Storm, she had white fur, a magenta coloured mane with a blueish, greenish streak through it. But most of all, she had a pair of white wings with purple, red and blueish greenish coloured feathers.
"A real Pegasus...!" Sunny said in awe.
"Why does her mane remind me of toothpaste?" Thomas asked himself.
"Whoa! Two unicorns? And an Earth pony? Together?!" Zipp gawked in amazement. "Okay, well, this day just got a whole lot more interesting."
They all suddenly heard the sound of clanking metal as two Pegasi in armor were approaching, she then jumped over to the cliffside, as if she was avoiding them. Before she jumped off, she looked at the trio and said one sentence.
"Don't tell them you saw me!" And with that, Zipp was off.
"There's no way we cooooould! We don't even know your naaaaame!" Izzy called out to Zipp, but she was already gone. "She seems nice."
All of a sudden, a small yelp was heard from behind them. Turning over, they saw two royal guards, one of them was cowering behind the other one, their names were Zoom Zephyrwing and Thunder. They both wore golden armor, but Zoom Zephyrwing had blue fur, while Thunder had green fur.
"Thunder! Get it together!" Zoom said angrily.
"But... But that's an Earth pony!" Thunder retorted.
"They're harmless." Zoom clarified. "They have very tiny brains."
Sunny didn't look pleased about that statement.
"What do we do about them?!" Thunder asked, gesturing over to Izzy and Thomas.
"Well, did you bring the shield?" Zoom questioned.
"What shield?"
"Didn't you read the guard guide?"
"Yes! ...Okay, no."
"Ugh, fine!" Zoom groaned, before walking over to the group spreqding out her wings. "I've got this."
Turns out that their security measure was to place a tennis ball on top of Izzy's and thomas' horn to prevent them from using any kind of magic, despite the fact that both Izzy and Thomas doesn't have any to begin with. Right now, Sunny, Thomas and Izzy were escorted to the elevator that led up to the castle.
"That's creative." Izzy commented as she stared at the tennis ball on her horn.
"Where did you guys even get a tennis ball from?" Thomas asked.
No answer...
"Um.. hello?" Thomas said, waving his hoof in front of their faces. "Oh, I get it, you guys are just ignoring me. Well, two can play that game."
"What's it like to fly?" Sunny asked Thunder. "Is your wingspan the same as your height?"
"Well, I..." Thunder began, before Sunny and Izzy threw even more questions at him.
"Do you need a license to fly? How far can you go?"
"Can you fly to the moon?"
"Do Pegasi wear horseshoes, or do they just weigh you down."
"Woah, guys. We don't want to overwhelm him." Thomas said cautiously.
"Well, I-I do collect sneakers." Thunder answered.
"Hey, hey, hey! Don't answer anything!" Zoom advised. "They could be spies."
"Oh, for crying out loud!" Thomas groaned.
But when him, Sunny and Izzy saw a full view of Zephyr Heights, they completely forgot about being fugitives. Zephyr Heights seemed to be a thriving city with plenty of advertisements spread around the place. This city kind of reminded Thomas old home at Brighton.
"Woah." Thomas gasped. "Now this looks like the perfect place for me."
"Yeah, the perfect place for you to try everypony's brains." Zoom accused while pointing a sharp hoof at Thomas.
"You do know that I don't harm anypony, right?" Thomas asked, as if stating the obvious.
"Well, maybe you do!" Zoom exclaimed.
"Okay, now you're just being ridiculous." Thomas said in a deadpanned voice.
But before Thomas could lecture the guards any more, there was a news report on one of the many screens, featuring two ponies, one stallion and one mare. The stallion was named Skye Silver, and the mare was named Dazzle Feather.
"Good morning, Zephyr Heights! It's another beautiful day in the big city." Skye announced. "Looks like warm breezes and clear skies for tonight's royal celebration!"
"Royal celebration?! Talk about great timing!" Izzy laughed.
"Tonight's royal bash for Queen Haven will be stunning, but the real jewel in the crown will be Princess Pipp's performance." Dazzle added, before turning over to Skye. "Isn't that right, Skye?"
"Oh, my, yes, Dazzle." Skye chuckled. "And this just in – an exclusive vid from Pipp for all you loyal fans out there in Z.H."
Just then, a small display of what looked like a live stream appeared on screen and standing in the middle, was Pipp Petals herself, she had light pink fur, a purple mane, white, fluffy wings, and a yellow coloured tiara with a green crystal.
"What is up, everypony? Big shout out to all my fans, the Pippsqueaks!" Pipp announced as two young fillies squealed in excitement.
"So." Pipp begam. "Tonight's the night. I can't wait to debut my new song later. It has a very special place in my heart, but not as much as you guys!"
The pegasi all let out an audible "Awwww."
"We love you so much, Pipp!" A Pegasus fan exclaimed aloud.
"Okay, guys, I love you lots. Gotta go. Pipp-Pipp-hooray!" Pipp said while fluttering her wings.
"Pipp-Pipp-hooray!" The pegasi, Izzy, Zoom and Thunder repeated.
Finally, the elevator had reached the top as the doors slid open.
"Move it!" Zoom instructed.
"You betcha." Izzy obeyed.
As they stepped out of the elevator and onto a golden bridge, Sunny couldn't help to notice something rather unsusal about their surroundings.
"Do you see anypony flying here?" She asked.
"Huh, now that you mention it. That does seem a bit odd." Thomas agreed, but Izzy didn't seem to realise.
"They have a castle!" She squealed.
Even though they weren't here for sightseeing, they secretly had to admit that the castle did look really flashy. As they went inside the throne room, a line of royal guards marched on each side of a path that lead to three thrones before making a stop next to the entrance.
"Wow, nice spread." Thomas gawked.
"Bow before our queen!" Thunder declared.
As he said that, a trumpet fanfare sounded around the throne room, before all the guards bowed down before... A small, white, fluffy Pomeranian with wings name Cloudpuff as he walked regally over to the front of the room. Sunny and Thomas seemed a bit confused about this, but Izzy played along with it, bowing down as well.
"Your Majesty!" She said in a overdramatic voice.
"Em... Izzy, I think that's the Royal family's dog" said Thomas.
Cloudpup barked with excitement. Then, a faint light shone from the ceiling as Cloudpuff raced back to the front of the throne room, right when three pegasi swooped in. Two of them was Pipp and Zipp, and the other one was the queen and motherly figure of the two pegasi, Queen Haven. In appearance, she had light purple fur and was also the same colour as her mane, she also wore a dark purple cloak and a tiara with blue Pegasus wings made out of crystals.
"Well, that's one way to make an entrance." Thomas whispered.
"Hi, new friend!" Izzy said to Zipp.
But instead of a friendly greeting, Zipp shook her head, signalling her to be quiet. Izzy seemed to have taken the hint as she pretended to zip her mouth shut.
"Guards, state your business, and please make it quick." Queen Haven said in a posh voice. "We're on a very tight schedule today. Before the celebration, Cloudpuff needs his pedicure, Pipp needs to rehearse, and I need to practice my laugh." She then let out a forced laugh. "Hmmm. Still not right."
"Your Highness, we found these intruders in our territory." Zoom announced, gesturing over to thomas, Sunny and Izzy.
Queen Haven then took off her glasses and when they saw the trio, she let out a deep gasp in astonishment.
"An Earth pony... and two unicorns... in Zephyr Heights?!" She stammered, unable to believe what she was seeing.
"We have them under control, your Highness." Zoom assuree her.
"Oh, oh, a-and we deployed the shield!" Thunder said, referring to the tennis ball still perched on Izzy's and thomas' horn.
"That is completely pointless!" Thomas exclaimed crossly.
"Hey, you stay out of this!" Zoom scolded.
"Is this an attack?! On the night of our royal celebration?!" Queen Haven asked as he paced around. "Why are you here?! Who sent you?! Nopony must know they're here!"
Despite Queen Haven's words, Pipp still couldn't resist showing her live stream.
"Check it out, Pippsqueaks! Live from the castle... There are 2 real unicorns and a Earth pony!"
She then turned her phone around so that the live stream could get a good look and they all gasped loudly.
"I know, right? This is so not a filter."
"Pipp! There's nothing to fear." Queen Haven assured her as she took the phone from Pipp. "Those nasty little ponies have been captured. Your queen will protect you."
The pegasi then all let out a sigh of relief, now knowing that they had nothing to worry about.
"Shut it off!" She instructed, tossing the phone back to Pipp.
"Look, your majesty." Thomas began. "We don't want to cause any trouble here, we just need to..."
"Guards!" Queen Haven cried, interrupting Thomas in the middle of his sentence. "Please escort these ponies to the dungeon until I can question them properly! And confiscate the book!"
As instructed, Zoom Zephyrwing snatched the journal from Sunny and began reading it.
"What? N-No, no! But-but, your Majesty, I just wanted to ask you a few questions, please!"
But the royal family didn't seem to care as they began to make their exit through the roof while Sunny, Thomas and Izzy were escorted out of the throne room.
"Did she just say "dungeons"?" Izzy asked worridley.
"What else could go wrong today?" Sunny sighed to herself.
"You can say that again" Thomas agreed.

Chapter 6: Thomas meets pipp and zipp
Back in zephyr heights, the three ponies had just been escorted to the castle dungeons for presumably trespassing. sunny was gazing out a nearby window, in a deep trail of thought.
"Something is not right." Sunny whispered. "We haven't seen a single pony flying, except the royal family" she then noticed that there was no response from Izzy or Thomas. Sunny turned back to face them. "Izzy, Thomas, are you two listening?"
"I read you loud and clear, sunny" Thomas replied honestly. "But I'm not so sure about Izzy."
Thomas then gestured over to the purple unicorn, who was in a message chair as it hummed quietly, she had two cucumber slices on each of her eyes, and was holding a coconut with a straw and an umbrella.
"This isn't dungeon-y at all" she giggled.
As it turns out, Izzy was right about the aesthetic of the dungeon, it looked less like a dungeon and more like a luxurious spa resort. The only difference is that you can't leave, which sounded even more pleasing. As Thomas was thinking of a way to escape, he hear a voice.
"Hey" said a familiar voice.
"Huh?" Thomas looked over and saw none other than zipp storm standing there "oh, it's you."
"I'm sorry for you three got thrown in here, but I have to talk to you." Zipp said, getting to the point.
"Princess?" Sunny said in disbelief.
"Your majesticness! Y-your graceful highness!" Izzy stuttered.
"Zipp. Just... Call me zipp" zipp interrupted, preventing Izzy from embarrassing herself even more.
"Okay, zipp. I'm sunny" sunny introduced. "And these are my friends"
"Izzy moonbow" said Izzy
"And I'm Thomas" said Thomas
"Sunny, Izzy, Thomas, I really need to ask you something important." Zipp then looked both ways to make sure that nopony was around. "... About magic." She continued.
"What a coincidence, that's why we're here" said Thomas.
"Maybe you can tell us how yours works?" Sunny asked. "Izzy and Thomas has no idea how the unicorns lost theirs, so we thought maybe-" before sunny could continue, she was interrupted by zipp.
"Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, wait. Lost theirs? As in no magic? Well... That changes things." Zipp whispered to herself, before continuing. "Listen, I might have some information that could help, but first, you need to tell me about this."
Zipp reached into her wing and presented a familiar looking journal.
"My journal!" Sunny gasped, taking the journal and was happy to be reunited with it again. "Thank you, zipp. I-i never thought I'd see it again."
"Yeah I can be pretty sneaky when I want to be." Zipp replied eagerly.
"Nice." Izzy remarked. "I'm-i'm only medium sneaky."
Well I admit, you've got the talent in you" said Thomas.
"Oh, thanks Thomas" zipp said gratefully, before turning back to sunny. "Anyways, so where did that come from?"
"It was my father's. Why?" Sunny asked.
"That star..." Zipp said quietly, as if she had seen something like it before.
As Thomas took a closer look at the journal, he did see a rather familiar symbol on it, but before he could explain to zipp what it was, they were interrupted by the faint sound of a digital trumpet fanfare nearby. Turning over to the source, they can see two pegasi guards rolling out a red carpet, with princess pipp petails following with a strut in her step, before noticing zipp next to the assumed fugitives.
"Zipp, what are you doing here? Mom said to stay away" pipp said with clenched teeth.
"Right, then why are you here?" Zipp asked with a smirk.
"For the content." Pipp scoffed as she pulled out her phone and took a couple of selfies.
"Um... Excuse me, princess, if I may." Thomas stuttered as Izzy brought sunny in for a hug while pipp was taking selfies.
"Please, just call me pipp" she said modestly.
"Okay then, pipp. I'm Thomas. if you don't mind me asking, why isn't anypony flying?" Thomas asked.
Pipp then gasped and turned around giving them a nervous laugh. "Everypony knows that only the royals can fly, of course."
"What?" Sunny, Izzy and Thomas exclaimed aloud in unison.
"I know, it's not fair. But that's just the way it is. If there were some way we could teach the citizens to fly, you know we would in a wing beat." Pipp said while fluttering around, before stopping to look at zipp to get her approval. "Right zipp?"
"Yeah. In a wing beat" zipp groaned sarcastically, before pipp's phone buzzed.
"Oh! Dress rehearsals. Gotta go." She said and then turned her head around to her sister. "And so should you" pipp said as she walked away, she started doing vocal exercises. "Me-me-meeeee! Red feather, yellow feather, red feather, yellow feather."
"Bust my buffers, she's like a worse version of James." Thomas thought.
"I have to show you something." Zipp declared.
With that, zipp put her hoof on the touch pad next to the luxury dungeon, and almost instantly, the jail bars quickly rise up, officially making the trio from their dungeon. Sunny, Izzy and Thomas gasped over how easy it was.
"Well bust my buffers, I can't believe it was that easy." Said Thomas with disbelief.
"You comin' or what?" Zipp called out.
"Nevermind that now, Thomas." Sunny said as they walked out. "We need answers."
But before Izzy and Thomas could follow behind, they looked back and took an orange and an apple from the fruit bowl nearby and replaced it with 2 tennis balls, giggling to themselves, they followed the others.

Chapter 7: sheriff hitch meets emily
Just outside Zephyr Heights around the area of the same cliff side where Thomas, Sunny and Izzy met Princess Zipp Storm, two fluffy bunnies were minding their own business, eating away at some grass sprouting out from the cracks of the ground, when suddenly, a hoof gripped onto the cliff side, causing the two bunnies to run off with a small yelp. Turns out the source of the hoof was none other than the sheriff of Maretime Bay himself, Hitch Trailblazer, who had just recently embarked on a journey to bring Sunny, Thomas and Izzy to justice.
With all of his strength, Hitch quickly pulled his body up and finally making a landing on the cliff side. Once the sheriff was on solid ground, he allowed himself a moment to take a break, all the while panting and grunting, as if he had been doing this for a very long time. Luckily, Hitch wasn't alone as the two bunnies returned and both of them stopped by either side of Hitch. As he looked up in confusion about his new fuzzy visitors, they both cuddled him cutely, much to his chagrin. But then, he noticed something in the distance, a bumper sticker of a unicorn in a heart-shape, presumably left behind by Sunny.
"Litter!" He declared as he got up. "I mean, a clue." He corrected himself, but then, as if the sticker wasn't enough clues left behind, Hitch also found a strain of hair hung on a twig. "Hmmm... Unicorn hair." He pondered.
Finally, the last clue was a blue feather on the ground, Hitch picked up and gave it a small lick as he smacked his lips, just to let the taste sink in.
"Pegasi." He muttered under his breath as he walked off, with the fluffy bunnies following behind. "Track's gone cold." Hitch said, pressing his head up against the ground, before quickly getting back up. "Sunny, Sunny, Sunny, Sunny. You think you've escaped?" He asked himself rhetorically. "Well, think again. I will not eat! I will not sleep! Well, maybe a quick nap and snack if I can't find you in the next few hours, BUT! After that, nothing will stop me!"
When Hitch had finished his speech, all of the bunnies had gathered around the sheriff, clapping their ears together, cheering at such conviction.
"Oh. Thank you. Thank you." Hitch chuckled. "No, no, you're too kind. ALSO!"
As soon as Hitch continued, the bunnies stopped cheering, all except for one, who hadn't noticed that the clapping had stopped, but soon was told when the bunny next to him shushed him, which her quickly obliged.
"I'll follow you wherever you go! Whether harshest deserts, the coldest tundras, no trail too dangerous, no clue too small!"
Suddenly, as the clouds slowly faded away, all the bunnies noticed something behind Hitch, and that something turned to be a news report of the recently assumed fugitives, which were none other than Thomas, Sunny and Izzy. However, Hitch was only after two of them. Since they knew that Hitch was after the ponies right behind her, they tried to tell him by squeaking at him, trying desperately to inform him about it, but he seemed to preoccupied with his speech.
"The past matters not! It's justice-" Before his speech could continue, he finally noticed that the bunnies were trying to tell him something. "What? What?" He groaned, upset that they ruined his speech.
The bunnies then gestured over to behind them, Hitch looked back to see the news report as clear as day. "Gotcha!" He said proudly, having a pretty good feeling on where they were.
As hitch begin to head to zephyr heights, he noticed a green pegasi.
"THOMAS?! He's here?! I have to find him!" said the pegasi and hurried to zephyr heights.
"Wait, that pegasi knows that blue unicorn?" Hitch asked himself.
As he followed the pegasi, he stopped to see a portal appeared behind him. Hitch turned around and out of the portal was a earth pony mare, she have emerald green fur with green mane and tail, green eyes and the number 12 on her cutie mark.
"Where am I?" Said the earth pony.
"Are you ok ma'am?" Hitch asked.
The earth pony mare shocked to see hitch.
"Who are you?" She asked.
"I'm sheriff hitch, and you are?" said hitch introduce himself.
"I'm Emily" said the mare known as Emily.
"How did you get here?" Hitch asked.
"I can't remember, all I can remember is that I'm looking for my friends Thomas and Percy" Emily explained.
"I think I know where they are" said hitch
"You do?" Emily asked.
"Yes but they're at zephyr heights with my friend sunny with the other unicorn but we need to blend in as pegasi" hitch replied.
"Really, thank you" said Emily.
Soon hitch and emily head to zephyr heights to track down sunny, Izzy, Thomas and Percy.

Chapter 8: the blast from the past
During following zipp, sunny, Thomas and Izzy followed her to a hidden compartment that led to what looked like a basket of a hot air balloon as zipp made a graceful landing in the basket, before looking up to the others.
"Watch your step." She warned, but sunny and Izzy didn't take that advice very well, as they both made a rather rough landing, ending up on top of each other.
Thomas looked down at the long drop below him, seeing how sunny and Izzy had just land, he didn't want to get hurt. So he take a deep breath and jumped down. Lucky he landed on his four hooves.
"Whoa, Thomas. You really know how to make a landing" zipp remarked.
"Thanks" said Thomas.
As sunny and Izzy got up, zipp then pulled down a nearby switch, making the balloon basket lower down as the group was now looking over what looked like some sort of abandoned and condemned building as sunny, Izzy and Thomas all gawked at the sight before them, but it did look like the place could use l little cleaning.
"Where are we?" Sunny gasped as the basket made the landing.
"It's amazing, right?" Zipp asked rhetorically as the group hopped out and examined the place. "I'm pretty sure it was some sort of station for when earth ponies and unicorns used to visit zephyr heights. It's like everypony just... Forgot."
"Bust my buffers, it definitely looks," Thomas then trailed off before clearing his throat. "Rusty."
While zipp was explaining sunny and Izzy both went up towards a framed picture of maretime bay, it seemed like it had been here for a very long time because of all the dust on it. Sunny reached out her hoof and wiped off some of the dust to reveal a familiar looking lighthouse overlooking the city. As she eyed upon it, her face lit up, recognizing that structure. But then, she looked above it and saw another framed, and rather dusty picture of three ponies walking through a forest, one earth pony, one pegasi and one unicorn, the latter carrying a rose with it's magical aurora.
"This is proof! All pony kinds did used to be friends!" Sunny said eagerly. "My dad was right"
"Fuzzing fireboxes, if only the ponies from maretime bay can see this" Thomas said and he turned to zipp. "You know, for a pegasi, it must feel a bit weird being the only pegasi that could fly."
Zipp sighed "the truth is... We can't fly either, we're been faking it."
"Faking it?" Thomas asked shockingly.
"But how?" Sunny wondered as she, Izzy and Thomas towards the Pegasus, demanding answers.
"You'd be surprised what some wires and good lighting will do." Zipp explained as she walked up to a chalkboard with a complicated equation drawn on it. "But I'm just so tired of living that ridiculous lie. That's why I come down here, to get away from all of that. Well... To do this."
With that, zipp ran off, jumped onto a switch that seemed to have activated a nearby fan, with the machine being turned on, zipp leaped over it, causing her to fly up into the air, spreading her wings out gracefully as she did so.
"Wow!" Sunny gawked at the pegasi's flight.
"Whoa! Her sparkle is so bright right now!" Izzy remarked.
"That reminds me of Gordon" Thomas added.
"Who's Gordon?" Izzy asked, not recognizing the name.
"Oh, just a friend of mine" Thomas replied as Izzy nodded in understanding.
After spreading out her wings for a moment, zipp glided back down to the ground and led the trio to a particular part of the abandoned station. "But that's not why I brought you down here. This is what I wanted to show you"
Zipp then gestured over to what appeared to be a stained glass window depicting one unicorn and one pegasi in either sides of the window underneath an picture of the star cutie mark.
"Oh my stars...!" Was all sunny could say, before taking a quick gaze at her journal, which depicted, the exact same symbol on it.
"This was made a long, long time ago, when we still had magic." Zipp clarified.
"It's beautiful!" Izzy gawked.
"I agree, it's so amazing!" Thomas added, admiring the creation.
As sunny marvelled at the creation itself, her eyes soon lied upon the crystal that was above the pegasi. "What is that?"
"That's the Pegasus crystal". Replied zipp "it's part of my mom's crown."
As she examined the room, she then noticed a piece of curtain on the ground, and she could see a slight lump in it, meaning that something was underneath the curtain. Sunny then walked over to it and pulled away the curtain slowly to reveal none other than the unicorn crystal. Her face lit up once again, having found what she was looking for. Then, she looked at an engraving on the floor of the Pegasi crystal. At the top of it, there was a small gap, it looked like a perfect fit for the unicorn crystal. Curious, Sunny tested out her theory by pushing the crystal into the gap and it turned out, she was right, it was a perfect fit.
"Look!" Sunny called out to the group as they all gathered around.
"They fit?" Izzy asked.
"These two crystals belong together. United." Sunny exclaimed.
"So... what are you saying?" Zipp pondered, confused about what the earth pony was thinking.
"Maybe you lost your magic because the crystals were separated." Sunny thought.
"So if we put them back together..." Izzy trailed off.
"...magic will return?" Zipp finished.
"And all three pony kinds will get along again!" Sunny said with glee.
"That's actually not that far-fetched, Sunny." Thomas remarked.
"Aw, but what about the Unicorn Crystal?" Zipp asked.
"Well, if you're looking for crystals, we've got, like, a gazillion of them back in Bridlewood." Izzy replied.
"Then that's where we'll go next." Sunny declared, before remembering something else. "After we get the Pegasus Crystal from your mom, of course."
"Ooh... That'll be tricky. She, uh, never takes her crown off." Zipp informed them.
As it turns out, Queen Haven really adored that crown, because it never left her head and she wears it everywhere she goes. When she's sleeping, when she was in the shower, she even wore the crown while going swimming, and to prevent it from getting wet, she puts a swimming cap over top of it.
"So, what do we do?" Sunny asked, a little bit stumped.
"I think I might have an idea." Thomas exclaimed. "What if we take the crown while she's sleeping?"
"That's... the worst idea I've ever heard, Thomas." Zipp said. "I don't want to risk waking her up." She then pondered for a moment, trying to think of a plan. "I got it! Pipp's performing at tonight's royal celebration. All eyes will be on her, especially my mom's. She'll be distracted. So we just need to swap the real crown with a fake."
"Oooh, I can craft a decoy!" Izzy beamed. "But I will need a box of macaroni, a tube of glue, fourteen gooey bunnies, and three jelly beans. Oh. And glitter. Lots of glitter."
"I think I'm going to like this." Thomas said intrigued.
"Okay." Zipp began. "Here's the plan."
Soon zipp explained sunny, Izzy and Thomas the plan.

Thomas The Tank Engine in a new generation
Later that night at zephyr heights, sunny, Izzy and Thomas had put their plan into action, and were in position behind Queen haven's throne, anticipation for the upcoming show.
Up on her porch, zipp was leaning against the railings, with her mother and sister.
"I hear you paid our guests a visit," Queen haven spoke to her daughter.
"Pipp told you?" Zipp asked in shock.
"Oh, you know she tells me everything," Queen haven replied, while she was working on powdering herself. "I wish you would tell me more. You're going to be queen one day. You'll wear this crown. And trust me, it is heavier than it looks".
"Actually, there is something I wanted to tell you," zipp begin. "The unicorns don't have any magic, I think it's tired to why we can't fly..."
"Zephyrina!" Queen haven exclaimed, turning to her daughter. "I don't know what silly ideas those ponies put into your head, but we have a duty to protect our citizens. All the pegasi are happy enough knowing that we royals can fly. Why would you want to disrupt things?"
"Because it's a lie," zipp reaffirmed her statement.
"It makes them feel safe," queen haven replied. "Oh, one day you'll understand. Your sister does," queen haven smiled when pipp arrived, carried by wires, "oh, and here she is now."
"Me-me-me-" pipp sang, warming up her vocals.
"Showtime!" Queen haven declared with a spread of her wings.
With that, the light dimmed dark, followed by the sound of upbeat, pop music playing in the background, as the royals were carried up and gently lowered into the room.
"Remember to smile!" Queen haven smiled to her daughters as they flapping their wings, for show.
"Ugh!" Zipp groaned in disdain, as both she and her mother took their seat on their thrones.
Cloudpuff yapped as he took a sit beside queen haven. Looking behind her mother's throne, zipp looked to see sunny, Izzy and Thomas were all in place for the next phase of the plan. Just as zipp has said, her sister pipp, made a grand entrance above her adoring fans, as she proceeded to sing, and "fly" to further captivate the audience.
(Pipp)We got the light We're coming in stronger We're in it together If you want it, it's all inside your mind We got the light Won't wait any longer We'll get it together If you want it then you can paint the sky
Just as zipp said, all eyes were all on pipp's performance, including queen haven's. Though, even Thomas couldn't help but whistle as he bopped his head to the rhythm of pipp's singing.
"Wow, she's got nice sets of pipes!" Thomas commented.
"Uh, Thomas?" Sunny called, as she stood on top of Izzy. "Little help here?"
"Oh, right," Thomas boost sunny up, until she's right on top Queen haven's throne.
I used to care what they'd say Let 'em into my brain But I found a new way Ohh-hoo-ohh Every time I fall down I pick it up like rebound Gotta get through somehow
From there, sunny made the swap with the fake crown that Izzy has crafted, while sunny stole the real crown. Once the task was done, Thomas put sunny back on the floor, before he walked over to inspect the Pegasus crystal embedded crown.
"Huh, so this is the Pegasus crystal?" Thomas look over the crown.
"Yeah!" Sunny nodded "well, we're got the crystal, next stop is bridlewood!"
With that, the three ponies galloped towards the nearest exit. Unfortunately, a guard was at the door. Fortunately, he was too busy talking to somepony, possibly his girlfriend, on the phone to notice.
"No, you hang up," the guard insisted.
Sunny and Izzy quickly closed the doors, when them and Thomas heard a dog whimper, to which they turned to see the royal dog, cloudpuff, growing and flaring up his wings.
Sunny and Izzy both let out a scream, while Thomas stop the dog in it's tracks. But the dog continued to bark and wriggle in Thomas' grip.
"You're a spunky little one, aren't you?" Thomas said to the dog.

With Thomas holding off cloudpuff, sunny and Izzy galloped to another door, only to find sheriff hitch, in a paper-thin Pegasus disguise, complete with a mustache and Emily with her paper-thin Pegasus disguise.
"Sunny Starscout," the sheriff barked. "You're under arrest..." Before he could finish, sunny closed the door on him.
Turning to the another direction, sunny and Izzy dashed off to find another way out, while hitch and Emily dashed in, only to find themselves enchanted with princess pipp's performance, causing hitch to swaying his hips to the sound of her enchanting voice and Emily laughed at him.

Thomas was still wrestling with cloudpuff, when the two guards from before caught him in the act. Luckily he was wearing the paper-thin Pegasus disguise and a hat that zipp gave him.
"Hey!" Zoom shouted. "What are you doing with the queen's royal dog?"
"Uh... I was just playing?" Thomas grinned nervously, as he held the dog in his hoof and gave it a scratch behind the ears. "I just love dogs! And isn't he a cutie?" Unfortunately, the small dog wriggled himself free from Thomas' grip "h-hey! Come back here!"
With that, Thomas took off chasing the dog, with zoom and thunder exchanging agreement.
"I don't blame him," thunder commented. "He's is cute."

Cloudpuff dashed into the crowd of Pegasus ponies, forcing Thomas to sneak around the crowd in hopes of cutting off the little dog's escape at the other side. Unfortunately, he was too late. By then, cloudpuff has gotten to sunny and Izzy and stole the crown back, intent on giving it back to Queen haven.
Sunny and Izzy give chase, only to crash into Thomas in the process.
"Oof!"
The three ponies grunted as they fell to the floor.
"Wipeout!" Izzy moaned.
Sunny looked up and pointed, "there he goes!"
Unfortunately, what Thomas failed to notice, was that during the crash, his painted fake wings were starting to come undone.

Cloudpuff return to the throne, wagging his tail as he sat at the base of the step. Before zipp's mother had time to notice, she quickly stepped in, struggling to pry the crown away from the dog.
"Give me that!" Zipp grunted, pulling the tiara off, while cloudpuff ran off with the Pegasus crystal into the crowd.
At that moment, hitch had finally found his targets and was closing in on them. Thinking fast, Thomas beckoned both sunny and Izzy to hide behind some curtains, while he stepped in and blocked hitch's path
"Get out of my way!" Hitch ordered.
"Sheriff, I know you and sunny go way back," Thomas began. "But you don't understand."
I know I am a fighter (fighter), I feel the fire (fire) I'm shinin' brighter We got the light We're coming in stronger We're in it together
"No, you don't understand!" Hitch argued. "I'm trying to keep sunny out of trouble!"
"By arresting her?" Thomas countered. "Yeah, real helpful."
"It's not like I want to put her in jail! She's at the point of no-" before hitch could continue, cloudpuff arrived and and crashed into hitch's leg, dropping the Pegasus crystal in the process. "Huh?"
When hitch looked down, like all the little critters, the little dog immediately took an instant liking to the stallion.
"Hey, he likes you!" Thomas said to the stallion.
"I can see that," hitch replied. "What is it with me and critters?"
Just then, Emily came up aside hitch, Thomas recognize her.
"Emily? Is that you?" Thomas asked.
"Thomas!" Said Emily and hugged him, "I thought I've never see you again."
Before the moment reunion between Thomas and Emily could continue, the spotlights begin to flicker out of control, interrupting princess pipp's performance.
"What the..." Pipp said in confusion.
The next thing everypony knew, the spotlight shines on Thomas, Emily and hitch. The Pegasus crowd all shared confused looks at the new ponies. Then, out of impulse, Thomas, Emily and hitch stated to dance.
While Thomas and Emily dance, in the meantime, sheriff hitch was singing awkwardly.
(Hitch)Throwing up, find a glove, fly around Bup-bup-bup Doing stuff that I love You're like, why? I'm like what?
"What is happening?" Princess pipp asked, unsure as to how her spotlight could be taken by these strange Pegasi.
At the same time, hitch continue to sing awkwardly, with cloudpuff howling with the stallion.
Crisp and dry Eat some mud Glowing up Lovey dove...
(Thomas and Emily)They're not such little ponies After all!
Suddenly, a scream was heard to which the crowd look up to see princess pipp was zipping around, out of control. Using the distraction, zipp slipped in and snatched the Pegasus crystal that cloudpuff has stolen, leaving Hitch and Emily with the dog, while the rebellious princess and Thomas regrouped with sunny and Izzy.
"I got it!" Zipp handed the crystal to sunny.
"Yes!" Sunny cheered as she took the crystal and tucked it away in her saddle bag.
"Let's go!" With a gallop, zipp lead the group to an exit.
"Nice work with the lights," Thomas complimented to sunny and Izzy. "What did you girls do?"
"We didn't do anything," sunny replied.
"But we did meet this nice backstage Pegasus," Izzy explained. "But he was scared of us, and jumped on this strange thing-a-majig, with flashing buttons, levers, and he then he took off screaming."
"Freeze!" A loud voice barked, to which Thomas and his younger companions stopped in their tracks.
"It's the prisoners!" One of the Pegasus recognized sunny and izzy from the mugshots.
At that moment, pipp came swooping down and knocked hitch and Emily's fake wings off, blowing their cover.
"Two earth ponies!" Another Pegasus shouted, causing hitch and Emily to take their leave, leaving a heartbroken cloudpuff behind.
"Whoa!" Pipp screamed, when she crashed into Thomas, knocking both his hat and his wings fake wings off.
"He's a unicorn!" Another Pegasus shouted.
However, the surprised Pegasus didn't stop Thomas, with princess had finally came to the end of her flight, to which she hung upside down, with the wirings revealed in the spotlight, above an entire audience of shocked Pegasi.
"She's a fake!" A Pegasus fan exclaimed.
"FAKE!" Another shouted, while the reporters in the room snapped a photo.
"The royals can't fly either?"
Knowing she's in big trouble, princess pipp desperately looked around the room, spotting her sister zipp, who had stopped to look back at the commotion.
"Zipp?" Pipp pleaded.
Sunny, Izzy and Thomas were galloping towards the exit, only for sunny to bump into zipp.
"Zipp! Hurry!" Sunny shouted, with the reluctant princess following.
However, in the process, sunny had dropped the Pegasus crystal from her saddle bag and left without her knowing.

Meanwhile, out on the street of zephyr heights, the sound of police sirens filled the air as sunny starscout's group, with hitch and Emily following closed behind, were galloping for their lives.
Leading the escape is their new friend, zipp storm, "quick! This way!" Zipp guided the group to take refuge in the alleyway.
"Ok," hitch panted, after he dove behind an iron barrel. "I think we lost them!"
"Hitch, what are you even doing here?" Sunny asked.
"Arresting you," hitch answered. "And saving you. You know, a little bit of both, actually. You're welcome!" He said sarcastically at the end.
"Oh, gee, thanks," zipp roll her eyes as she approached hitch. "But we don't need any saving. OK?"
"And you are?" Hitch asked the pegasus princess.
"Her mom is the queen!" Izzy chirped.
"Wait a minute. So that means you're a princess?" Hitch asked zipp.
"Huh, look at that," zipp smirked in a mocking tone. "The sheriff just became a detective."
"What?" Hitch asked.
Then sunny turned to Thomas and Emily in confusion.
"So Thomas, who's that green earth pony?" Sunny asked. "I've never seen her before in maretime bay."
"Oh right, everypony meet Emily, a friend of mine" Thomas explained.
"But how do you two know each other?" Hitch asked.
Before another word could be exchanged, the tv screen announced a breaking news broadcast, before the city's reporters, skye and dazzle, appeared with a photo of princess pipp hanging upside down.
"Breaking story," dazzle reported. "Zephyr heights is in turmoil tonight after the shocking revelation that the royals cannot fly."
The broadcast then cuts to an interview with a pegasus foal, talking into the microphone. "Pipp used to be my favorite."
"If we can't trust our own royalty, who can we trust?" Another pegasus civilian asked, before the microphone was taken by a pegasus stallion.
"I blame the unicorns and the earth ponies," the stallion went on record saying. "They ruin everything!"
"This just in," dazzle reported. "Queen haven has been arrested for being a phony pony full of baloney!"
Zipp gasped in shock, watching as her mother was escorted by the guards, "no comments," queen haven huffed. "And no photos!" But quickly, the queen changed her mind, "okay, one photo." She said, striking a pose with a grin.
"Anypony care to explain?" Hitch asked.
"We had to get the crystal. Look!" Sunny reached into her saddle bag for the crystal, only to find it was gone. "Oh, no, no, no , no. It's not here!" She exclaimed to zipp, who was just as shocked as sunny is.
"Seriously?" Zipp asked.
"Look on the bright side. We had so much fun losing it," Izzy said cheerfully.
"We have to go back," sunny said.
"But it could be anywhere," zipp said.
Suddenly, they hear something in the alleyway. There, coming out of the shadows was princess pipp and she was not happy.
"Somepony seriously needs to explain why this thing was so important that you had to ruin my whole show over it!" Pipp demanded as she took out the crystal from her wings.
"Trust me, it was," zipp smiled as she tried to take the crystal, but pipp snapped back at her.
"You left me hanging there! In the spotlight! Now everypony knows that we can't fly," she said with sadness.
"But how did you escape?" Thomas asked.
"A kind pegasus rescue me" pipp replied.
"What kind pegasus?" Zipp asked confused.
"That will be me" said a voice.
Then, came out of the shadows was Percy. He had green fur, dark green mane and tail, and the number 6 on his cutie mark. Thomas recognize him.
"Percy, is that you?" Thomas asked.
"Thomas! I can't believe I found you!" Said Percy as he and Thomas hugged.
"You know him Thomas?" Sunny asked.
"Yes sunny, this is my best friend Percy" Thomas explained.
"But how do you know Emily and Percy?" Hitch asked Thomas.
But before Thomas, Emily and Percy can tell them the truth, pipp's phone buzzed, she took it out and looked at the screen.
"A warrant is out for the arrest of the princesses," dazzle reported before the video switched over to Queen haven getting a mug shot taken.
"Pipp! Zipp! Save yourselves!" Queen haven begged.
"What?! This isn't happening! This is so not happening!" Pipp freaked out.
"Pipp!" Zipp spoke up, "forget all of that! We think we can bring back magic, but we need that crystal."
"Have you lost your mind?" Pipp asked in disbelief.
"Please. This might be our only chance," zipp pleaded.
"Your sister's right, I trust Thomas and Emily after all they're earth pony and unicorn" said Percy.
"Fine. I know a way out. Come on." Pipp said as zipp and the others followed her.
"What? Wait! You can't just... But I'm the sheriff!" Hitch whined before following.
"Not the time hitch, now come on!" Said Emily.
Soon eight ponies hurried through the night, their journey to bridlewood had started.
