Fiery Sparks

The day after....well whatever happened, Fire Pit has now got a problem...what is it? Let's see...

Midnight was currently in the little office area in the home she and Fire Pit both live in, trying to configure the song order for their upcoming concert called:

'The Flaming Stargazers Tour'....or for short....TFST.

"Babe?"

"Yeah? What's up, Fire?" Midnight leaned back in the office chair, looking over to the open door in the hallway.

Fire Pit comes in, exhausted, drained out even.

Midnight got up from the chair....or was about to...

"Don't. Don't get up from that chair, Middy..." the tiredness was clear in his voice, Midnight nodded, yet still confused by what he meant.

"Uhm....OK. What's up?.."

Fire Pit climbed onto Midnight's lap and leaned on her for support. "That bad of a day at work, eh?.." she spoke before hugging him.

"Mhm...it was extremely boring, you'd be drowsy in 3 seconds flat.." That statement made Midnight chuckle, yet her concern was still raised for her partner. See, these two were the package you'd NEVER want to get rid of. EVER. These two are like the sun and moon, sure they switch roles every now and then, but they make it work. Toxic relationship? I THINK NOT. Healthy relationship? BURY ME RIGHT HERE AND NOW, THESE TWO ARE THE DEFINITION OF ADORABLE.

"Wanna talk about it?.." Midnight asked softly in a maternal way, she may be infertile, but her motherly nature was passed on by her own mother (Marcia in case you forgot). Just because Midnight is unable to have kids of her own biologically, doesn't mean she's not the best aunt you could ask for. Twilight and Timber have a little boy named Franseco (FRAN-CHES-CO), and he's LOVED being near Midnight the minute he first saw her. Heck, she was basically a teddy bear he could cuddle with whenever his parents were on a date. How cute is that?!

"....no...gimme cuddles..." Fire mumbles.

Midnight chuckled again, smirking. "As you wish, Master." Before giving him said cuddles. Anytime he was upset, infuriated or just plain right unhappy, Midnight was there to heal him, just like he's always there to heal her whenever she is experiencing the same things. Don't even get me STARTED when it's that time of the month for Midnight. It. Is. PAIN INDUCING. No literally, it's worse than normal for her...luckily Fire Pit is there to help. :)
