SILC Episode 3: Ragitha's Plea
Spike was so lost again. One minute, he was trying to find a way home, and now, he was in a realm of toys and childish delight. "My name is Ragitha..." Her voice was so soft and kind, yet her attention was so confusing. She didn't look at him once at all. Rather, her whole gaze was captured by the green flames. Just before it slowly faded away, she reached out and touched it. Spike tried to stop her, but much like the floor and the teddy bear, her reaction to the flame was starkly different from normal objects hit by his power.
The small green flame traveled up her arm, burning away the childish illusion and revealing normal human skin. Slowly it stopped at her elbow, but once gone the colorful illusion slowly returned. She pulled the picture into her chest. "I tried to convince her such thoughts were pointless, there was no escape."
