Vacation

TWILIGHT Sparkle woke up with a heavy yawn, and she rubbed her eyes. The stinging sensation of a hot morning creeped up her spine, and she knew the day was going to be MISERABLE. Like, reading a book in the sun's glare. But, Twilight thought, I must read it! Surely there is a small spot with NO sun at ALL.

Twilight picked up her favorite romance novel, "Live Long Lust". She was almost through, and she left out on a good part-when Neon Blast and SilverSword-the novel's characters-were prepared to kiss.

She found a comfy, "no sun" spot with a squishy chair. She read it... the best part...

" Neon Blast stepped close to SilverSword." Twi read aloud." Neon Blast gazed into his eyes thoughtfully, and SilverSword gazed into hers." Twilight's suspension made her heart skip beats, waiting for the perfect moment. "'Thank you for the interview! I enjoyed it.' Neon Blast said, than added: 'You helped with the extra credit.'" Twilight started getting frustrated. She thought about skipping through some pages. "'No prob.' SilverSword said in his sexy voice. Neon Blast-" Twilight screamed and was prepared to fling the book. But she changed her mind and went back to the pages.

"'Oh, SilverSword!' Neon Blast said, and stepped up to him. 'How about extra credit with me?' SilverSword said, then slid his hoof down Neon Blast's waist..." Twilight cried happily. The part was about to come! "...Neon Blast's lips rose to SilverSwords, and-"

"TWIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII!!!!!!!" Screamed a voice. Twilight jumped-and the book fell shut. She lost her page.

"AppleJACK!!! What is it!!!!???? WHAT!!?!???? TELL ME!!!!!" Twilight Sparkle screamed. Her voice was full of rage. "Twi! Fernderd a great t'avl guide fer a v'cation! Wait. Twi? You mad?"

Twilight snapped. "YES I'M MAD!!!!! YOU MADE ME LOSE MY PAGE IN THE BOOK "LIVE LONG LUST"-MY FAVORITE NOVEL. AND FORGET THAT STEWPID TRAVEL GUIDE AND MAP, BECAUSE.... BECAUSE! I'M IN NO MOOD FOR VACATION. I LOST IT AT A GOOD SPOT TO. JUST LEAVE. LEAVE!!!" Twilight screamed. AJ stepped into the library. "But! Theres good spots, 'n-"

"GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Twilight screamed so loudly that Derpy Hooves heard her and dropped the heavy package on the roof. It crashed through.

Twilight groaned and threw it up into her room. She snatched the book, and, angrily, started ripping it apart. Pages threw everywhere, and she gathered the peices and threw them into the trash. She snatched AJ's travel guide and map and furiously flew through them-until she saw something on the map.

It was a small green dot. Like an island. There where three available places to book:

A cottage

A log cabin

A condo room

Twilight gathered her money and threw them into the booking envelope and sent it away. Ponies booked differently-they booked at home so that no one would get the house they planned on booking to.

"Whatchu do?" AJ asked, with confusion in her voice. "I", Twi said, "booked the log cabin-and i'm setting out in a bit."
