It wasn't that Gear Sprung hadn't tried to get a date. Having moved to the Crystal Empire, he had gone to bars, clubs, and even blind dates. But no matter what he does, he simply has no luck in finding someone that finds him attractive. Being sick and tired of the loneliness, Gear does something truly remarkable with his profession as a clockmaker - if he can't get a date, he'll make one instead.
